They were a pleasure to work with and met all our needs. As with any project there were unexpected items that arose and John really worked with us to fix all the problems we had with our pool in a professional manner. It was superb. They were there and they got done early. Everything was wonderful. I would call them back because I was so happy with their service. I intend to use them in the future. I was so happy with my experience last time that I didn't get other estimates.

From the initial meeting with John Hartranft which included his evaluation and estimate of the work to be performed, detailed and itemized information regarding each step of the process, and, subsequent meetings with John and his Spouse (Janet) who was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and very keen with respect to tile selection, to the final meeting with Janet who reviewed all work completed, provided a thorough education about the care of the pool along with warranty information, and, several telephone calls during the project sometimes stretching into early evening hours, and, an opportunity to meet with the project Supervisor who conveyed a most professional, courteous, and, very skilled detailed oriented work, the entire experience which started with some anxiety on this Homeowner's part, ultimately concluded with a very satisfied and most rewarding experience as the project completion, which included some extra detailed focus on minor repair areas and deck pressure washing, was most gratifying; I would highly highly recommend this business to anyone who expects a professional, quality, detailed oriented, result and a sensitivity of John and Janet in their customer relationship that was warm, caring, and, informative, along with their willingness to meet the needs of the customer in a very caring supportive manner.

John is very capable and a man of many talents. He's not limited to working on pools and hot-tubs. He finds good people to sub-contract. He cleans up after they finish a project.

All work was done in a professional manner. Owner and staff were also professional; they were courteous and hard working and left the site in a very good condition when the job was completed. We would recommend them.
