"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

"They come out to my house when no one was home to do the work after I told them I wanted to be home for the work. Called the company asked them to leave because I was not there they told me he had to finish the area he started which was one piece of wood and strip of roofing. The owner then called me to tell me I owed him 900 dollars for that small job. The other side of my carport was never fixed so there is a hole where the branch went through it. The email I just received from this company says I need to pay the 900 for the work already done and I will receive an invoice for the other part of the work. This company has been unprofessional and rude. I asked the owner over three months ago to send me the itemized recipe for the 900 because I do not understand how one piece of plywood and a small stipe of roofing can cost 900 but never received anything. I do not recommend this company because I think they are shady."

"It took forever to get the permit approved. The inspector had to come back multiple times. About 4 months total. Now after 7 months, the A/C is not working. Junior, who was great, came out a day later than scheduled, and said it was a warranty part. I could not get anyone from there to let me know how long it will take. Finally, after multiple calls today, they told me the part would get there in 7-10 days hopefully and then they would message me. Seriously? My husband is on dialysis and needs a good house temperature."
