If you have any issue over the next 10 years with your gutter system, I will come out and fix it. Other services: - Remove and haul away existing gutter systems. - Service existing gutter systems, including removing clogs, resealing miters, and most other issues you are having. There is the yearly treatment ($325 I think?) and then the quarterly throughout the year ($60.00) I did a lot of research on services and companies in the area and I can't say enough good things about them. On a side note about termite inspections for selling/buying a house...no one has to be home unless it's specifically ordered by the owner of the property that they do."
