I requested a quote for my diseased grass 3 weeks ago. A week later or so I got an email about my yard being treated the next day. Nothing else no quote. No service either. Then yesterday 9/24/24 I get an email stating that they got my request. Then later I get an email stating they are not servicing my area even though they do. So now I am 3 weeks or more possibly into a diseased dying yard and now I have to start over. Very poor communication for sure. I wouldn't recommend a company that treats someone they have never even serviced yet this way. I never write bad reviews, but this is terrible.

We have been using Philip's Turf Science for years and we absolutely love working with them. They keep our lawn beautiful. Their staff is friendly, professional and their service is second to none. We love that they are owned by a local family and although they have grown in popularity over the years they make our yard seem like its their top priority. They are quick to answer any questions we have. We are excited that they will soon be offering pest control as well we absolutely trust them to take care of our home.

10 month old sod infested with out of control weeds. Failed to show up despite assurances.

The owner, Wayne Phillips provides us great service overall. Our lawn has had several issues due to neighboring "Natural growth". We tried every chemical in an attempt to clear the weeds and crab-grass, to no avail. Wayne, who maintains the local golf course green, has significant experience combating local weeds, insects and diseased turf. He thoroughly explained his approach and followed up with periodic visits and calls to verify that the lawn was resoponding to the treatment. Our lawn has never looked better and in spite of the continued seeds being blown into our yard, his pro-active treatment approach manages to eliminate any new growth. He sends out monthly emails to alert customers of local issues regarding soil/watering in order to eliminate potential problems He is a professional, who knows his business. Very personable and always willing to explain changes in treatment. Responsive to calls and email - Highly recommend him
