Moms with Mops

They did an excellent job. We were very happy with their services. They showed up on time, were very thorough, very professional and everything was done well.

We use them every three weeks and on occasion for our beach condo. They are the BEST! BTW, we won't put the cost in our review since we know that varies from customer to customer.

I wasn't here when they came. They damaged a few things but they replaced those things that they damaged. Overall, I was satisfied. It wasn't to my standards. The pricing was good.

Did a great job targeting the areas that I requested to be cleaned in a 2 hour period. Polite, professional and thorough job! The house smelled and looked great!

This was a big deal purchase. It did not turn out. I asked her to use baking soda and water on the cupboards and it never got done. She skipped through it and used her own stuff which wasn't any good. Only one out of eight or nine cupboards got done. She did not do what I asked her to do on two households and the price was different than what I was told. She billed me for $35 more than what I was told. If a friend or family member asked me about them I would tell them not to use them.

She arrived right on time. Was very pleasant. Asked what I expected and where she should start. She took a tour of the house then went right to work. She dusted and vacuumed really well. She did an excellent job cleaning ceiling fans and even inside microwave. I was very pleased with the service and the owner worked really well and was very nice about changing the schedule when I became ill. Thanks so much

The girl who cleaned was very sweet and had a good attitude and Melissa, whoc scheduled the cleaning was professional and nice. Everything was 'okay' and I would not comment (either positively or negatively) except for one problem. When I come home to review the cleaning, there was a wet spot on the sofa. She said she did not cause it (but I had been gone the entire time and the spot was not there before). She got a rag (not sure what was on it) and scrubbed the spot. There is not a faded white spot on my green sofa. I contacted Melissa and she was very concerned and professional about this. She then talked to her cleaner who made her believe that it was not fault of hers. I have waited an extra week to give her the opportunity to 'make it right', but there has been no contact. I would not recommend them.. I will be adding my house keeper to Angies list, who I HIGHLY recommend - Jeannie Stovall. I want to say that other than this issue with the spot, I was satisfied (not happy) with the service.

I purchased a 4 hour cleaning special through Angie's List for a $119.00. Janka showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning my home. Light fixtures glowed and the floors sparkled. The two ladies worked for FOUR hours without taking a break, even when I urged them to. I had been ill for several months, so dust was everywhere and everything needed a thorough cleaning. The ladies worked incredibly hard and were very eager to please. They were also delightful. My house looks amazing, and I couldn't recommend Moms with Mops more highly!

Contacted Mom's With Mops. Spoke with Melissa. She met me the next day to see the job. She was very professional. Provided a personalized check list for all of the extra things I mentioned in addition to the regular clean. Initially I hired her to do a regular clean every two weeks. Her price was competitive with what my management company charged me. I opted instead to do a deep clean first and then regular cleans every two weeks. Melissa provided me with another checklist for the deep clean. Her two girls arrived early in the morning and worked a very long 11hour plus day! They did an amazing job. Our stone floors have not looked like they look now in years. They spent another several hours on our first regular clean. When we first arrived and pulled into our garage it smelled cleaner. Absolutely thrilled we found this wonderful company to care for our home.

Natalie showed up on time and even a little early. She started to work within minutes. She fully understood what needed to be done and what didn't quickly. She is a very perceptive lady. I told her that my house is going on the market to be sold and I needed to have it show ready. The first room she started with was my worst. She gave special attention to that room and scrubbed the floor on her hands and knees since there were deep problem areas. In this room all furniture had to be pulled out from the wall so she could deep clean. When she finished that room it looked better than it ever did. She then arranged the furniture in a better way than before so it would show well. The other rooms needed a lighter touch which she did. She instinctively knows how to set priorities in how to clean a home. In some rooms she gave her thoughts of how to stage the room with decorative items. I liked how she worked. She knew what needed much attention and those that needed a light cleaning. As an extra, she helped me load boxes and pictures in my car to go to storage later. I would hire her and her company again. She left her card and let me know that she would be able to do anything else in the future. I was highly impressed with this company and would recommend it highly.

The service turned out really well. I only paid the $89 Big Deal. They did a good job. They were very thorough. The lady that came in was professional, courteous, got her job done, and took off.

Melissa was hired to clean our 2nd home in Destin. She assured me that she will be able to clean on the dates I had guest leaving and coming in. The first problem was when my guest called me at 5pm to tell me they walked into a dirty home that had not been cleaned. Melissa knows my guest check in at 4pm. When I called Melissa she told me that they had been running behind but would get there soon. The house was not cleaned until late that night. Melissa never offered any compensation for me or my guest which I feel is very unprofessional. I offered my guest a 10% discount. The second issue was a week later when the same thing happened on a Saturday. I could not get a hold of Melissa so was forced to call an outside company that charged me $100 more than my regular cleaning. When I did talk to Melissa she told me that she had written the wrong date on her schedule and had it to clean the next day. She said that her business was growing and guess she just got confused. At this point I decided I needed to terminate our business relationship. Since I live 400 miles away I need someone who I can count on. She never offered to reimburse me for the extra $100 I had to spend for the cleaning. I would not recommend her if you are looking for someone dependable. If you are flexible, I would consider her.

They have cleaned our condo many times and do an excellent job. They work hard and get the job done in the limited amount of time they have between departures and arrivals. Any questions or small damages, they take pictures and send them to us immediately so we can let them know how to handle it

We've used Moms with Mops for about 3 months since my wife went back to work. Melissa's crew works very hard to make sure our house is in excellent shape EVERY time. Melissa goes out of her way to ensure our satisfaction and always follows up to make sure job is done right. We were pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable price and would recommend Moms with Mops to anyone!

Melissa was super easy to work with, very prompt in her responsiveness and gave me a great price for the quality of work that she and her team performed. I was moving out of a rental property and her team was very easy to work with and left the house looking better than I expected. Even when my property manager did a walk through and found a spot he needed clean, Melissa was quick to go back and was able to take care of the issue that was found. I was able to move out with ease. My property manager even said it was better than he expected as well and I was able to get my full security deposit back based on the awesome job that Melissa did. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and would absolutely use her again if I needed her. Pricing was very reasonable and her and her team were prompt and did an excellent job!

Moms with Mops were very professional and responsive and provided quality work. I prefer to communicate through text messages and they were able to accommodate that. I needed a Move-In cleaning done on my recently purchased home. The only day that worked for me was the day the movers where moving in our household goods. Moms with mops showed up and worked around everyone and did a great job. I would highly recommend Moms with Mops and will hire them again.

We usually clean our house ourselves, but with the busy holiday season starting, house guests arriving and more work and social activities scheduled, we knew we needed some help! Moms with Mops did a great job and we will use them again! They contacted us promptly, provided the service expected and then some! Our house was very clean and smelled great too! First Off- WOW WOW WOW is the only way to describe the service i received from this company. I immediately knew that this company was different from all others when i called to get a price and the Owner Melissa, set up a time to come meet me at my home. She came out the same day i called, which i definitely did not expect. Most providers will ask you a ton of questions like sq. footage of the home, pets, kids, number of rooms etc. then give you a estimate price based on your answers. Not Melissa; she walked the entire house with me asking questions, pointing things out, and TOOK NOTES about my home. GREAT first impression. We have had other cleaning contractors in the past some better than others but when Moms with Mops came out Friday to clean my home it was on another level of clean. The house looked and smelled amazing. Even upon checking the things "normally" missed by other cleaners, they were clean! I believe Melissa and her team clean the homes like they were their own; which in my opinion you couldn't ask for a better feeling then that! I have 2 dogs which were no issue either and Melissa was adamant that the cleaning could be tailored to my liking even though they have a basic list they go by. But in all reality after seeing my home cleaned by other companies and then finding this company, They have a customer for life! Everything was right on target, timing, price, quality.
