Moms with Mops

Moms with mops is extremely professional, thorough and responsive. I receive 2-3 reminder texts/emails prior to my scheduled service, and a text when the tech is on the way, and again when service is complete. Before the scheduling service, you sign a contract that outlines what their basic service includes, along with their restrictions and requirements. You can also sign up for add-on services beyond the basic service. For us, for example, we ask them to clean our screened in deck which gets coated in pollen regularly, and that helps us enjoy it more. The first service is a deep DEEP clean; they’re there all day. Everything from blinds to ceiling fans, baseboards and behind appliances. That first appointment is more expensive, and then everything else is maintenance cleaning...everything on your contract. I’ve never found anything not cleaned to my expectations, and Melissa is very clear to let us know if we did, to let her know and they’d correct it immediately. We love coming home on the days Moms with Mops techs have been there...one of our favorite bonus luxuries is perfectly fluffed couch cushions that we can sink in to. Highly highly recommend.

Melissa, Hye Suk, Wendy and the whole team do a superb job. They clean my offices at work and I liked them so much, we hired them to clean our house. With some other cleaning services, I used to be disappointed with small details not being taken care of. This doesn’t happen with Moms with Mops. It’s always spotless.

The house had been thoroughly cleaned before they came to clean. It was the cleanest home ever serviced. And yet it took 3 hours MORE for them to finish. A $600 bill is outrageous for a house cleaner! Who could afford you? Not me. And their being here SO late. it interfered with the photographer's appointment. Definitely NEVER use them again. I don't know how you find business at $100 an hour. I guess saps like me. No wonder you charge before you ever come to clean.

Moms with Mops has consistently done a fantastic job house cleaning for our family. We hired them a number of years ago during my wife's cancer to make things easier around the house. They always paid special attention to make sure handles, knobs, switches, etc were clean to protect my wife while she was on chemo. Now with Covid, they continue to have that same attention to detail. Always on time and always a pleasure to have in our home.

It has gone VERY well! It started off very professional. they came out as scheduled and on time to do the initial inspection to get an idea of what all needed to be done. Very pleased with that visit also! The girls arrived today also on time and ready to start. They were VERY, VERY easy to get along with and they did a great job. Very well! Cleaning is a tough business because everyone has a different idea of the expected quality. Moms with Mops takes care of this by providing a checklist so you know what to expect and then encourages feedback. Any small issues are corrected immediately and permanently, which is far above any other cleaning service I've had before.

They always do an excellent job. We had one minor complaint recently when I reported that the commercial vinyl tile didn't seem to be getting completely clean. The owner of the company responded promptly, and the issue was addressed the very next visit. The CVT looks great again!

Update: While the reply from Mom's With Mops sounded professional. My overall experience was far from professional. There reply attempted to convey that the items missing were cleaning supplies. Had that been the case I would not have bothered to complain. Instead, what was missing was all of my cleaning swifter, dusters and polishers. Along with, a set of irreplaceable forged knife set, women shoes and expensive clothing. While I continued to pay them the agreed upon biweekly fee even though there was very little to clean I didn't think they would mind cleaning out drawers and cabinets. They balked! Accused my house manager of wanting their job. Eventually, Melissa said it was all done. NOT. I realized after I left my first review that drawers and cabinets were sporadically done. A Main drawer with coffee supplies had coffee grounds and beans spilt all over. The most obvious drawer in the kitchen. While I doubt Melissa is responsible for the missing items; here crews did not look like people I would have trusted looking at the photos my security cameras captured. As for the other workers at the house. They were workers who had worked for us for years and we never had a problem before Melissa/Mom's With Mops or after. Unfortunately, I do not see (yet) the items missing in their hands on my security camera clips. I do see though where they deactivated the alarm and never set it when they left and exited another door not monitored. Also, twice in a 4 week period Melissa called me to say one of her workers left a sweater at the house and asked if the worker could go there to retrieve it. I did not realize at the time how suspicious that now sounds. They had a very easy job that they were paid very well to do. They failed.
