He promptly called back, asked a few questions and then told me he could come up and charge me a lot of money attempting to fix what I thought might be wrong or he could tell me that I was mistaken. He also gave me instructions on how to check for other issues that may be causing my problem. While I may not yet know what's causing my problem, I now know of several things that are not causing it; and it didn't cost me anything. When I do need a plumber, I know who I'm calling for professionalism and service.

Very well, was done in an hour with no clean up on my part!

Mr. Elliott came a bit early (good), checked the problem areas, he had the parts to repair all, and did it in less than an hour. Did a good job. He is friendly, professional, and the price, though not cheap, is fair and reasonable.

I phoned the business and left a message. They got back to me within a day and set up an appt for the next week. The serviceman came on time, repaired all the fixtures, replaced faucets and a toilet. A week later, one fixture was still leaking, and Mark Elliott came personally to repair it at no cost. They show up on time, do a good job, reasonable cost ($95/hr) give you a choice of them supplying the fixtures or they can do so. I am using them again for replacing all the bad plumbing pipes.

I am absolutely impressed with Elliott Plumbing. I am a construction professional, and just bought this vacation property in Florida. Elliott Plumbing arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, and even came back late in the day, due to problems that couldn't be handled that morning. At the end of the day, everything was done, and the owner came over to finish the job. I have another plumbing issue that will need to be handled in a few weeks, and absolutely will call Elliott Plumbing to take care of it. I am very impressed. Great service, great attitudes, fair price. What more could anyone ask!!!

The area was hit by cold weather and it seemed everyone had problems. They worked hard to get the jobs done in short order.

I sent a message to Mark through this web site on a Sunday requesting a quote and got a response the same day. The quote was very reasonable and the reviews were enough for me to set a time/date for the work. He showed up on time and got started. Once started he did show me where one toilet was leveled with grout (didn't look real good) and the other wasn't installed much better. He cleaned/scrapped up all the old grout, replaced the flanges and installed the toilets and after leveling them, and re-grouted around each. They now look 100% percent better than before. Absolutely perfect job, if I ever need any more plumbing he will be my first call.

Toilet tank was shattered by an object falling on it. Mark was here in less than 24 hours with a new toilet, and it was installed in less than one hour. Cost estimate was less than I expected, and my final bill was well with the estimate I was given. Folks, it just doesn't get any better than this! Steve

This is my first review ever. Felt compelled to write a review after the amazing service. Cheap, quick, professional, and friendly. He is our new plumber.

Our first call to Elliott was for no hot water. However, when Mark tested the appropriate parts, they indicated they were performing adequately. I was shocked that there was no service call fee! He said he didn't do any work, there was no charge! AMAZING! A few weeks later, the same problem returned. Mark came back out again and retested the same parts with the same results. However, obviously something was happening so he replaced the thermostat and element (I honestly can't remember if it was upper or lower or which). But he didn't charge me until he knew that that had corrected the problem. I was blown away by his professionalism and trust. His bill was very reasonable too. He will alway be the plumber we call!

On time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional.

I could not have asked for better service. The gentleman (owner of the company) came in, I told him what I needed done and he went right to work. He was courteous and professional at all times. When he was done he cleaned up his mess completely, and the work was top notch. Will definitely be calling them again when I need a plumber in the future.

Plumbing for my house is somewhat complicated. House was built in 1951 with "add-on" pluming over the last 50 years. Elliott was able to figure out the plumbing and only charged me for HALF the time they spent on the job. I will be coming back to these folks for future plumbing problems!

They discovered that it was improperly installed and they quickly corrected the situation. Next they suggested that the other 3 bathrooms should be looked at as well. The same situation was present and they quickly corrected. The price was fair and I have personally recommended them to many of our friends and neighbors! A one and halve our work that he was kind enough to come out on a Saturday turned into a 3 hour job. he charged for about 2.3 hour because he expected a 1.5 hr +/- .5 hr job. I would have gladly paid the three that was already a fair price. His work was so good (communicating what was happening, cleaning up after his work, asking how I want the temperature control set on the shower faucet (yep did not know some of them can be set so the shower does not get to hot in the case children), etc,

THey were very busy, with a long list of customers. Said they would come in the a.m.; were there within the hour of my call.

Made request for service call at approx. 9:00 AM. Talked with Mark, told him what I needed and he said he would be out before lunch time and that he would call when he was on the way. He called as promised and was at my home prior to lunch. Repairs were made in a timely and professional manner. Cleaned up as if he had never been here.

Mark called back same day to set-up appt after I e-mailed them about possible work. He charged me 1 hr of time at $105/hr for a new Kitchen faucet installation. Went above and beyond when new faucet had missing part. Very very professional, flexible and quick responses! Very reputable. I would definitely use again for any other plumbing needs without a doubt. Fully endorse Mark & the Elliott team.

My phone call was responded to in a reasonable amount of time due to the emergency plumbing needs because of the recent cold snap. The problem was diagnosed and the plan of action was discussed with me. They were very considerate of my home and worked very neatly and efficiently. And the best part...I felt I got a deal when the bill was presented!

A guy from Elliott's came out, looked at the valve, tightened one thing and boom... No more leak. He charged me $0 and simply asked that I keep them in mind if I have other work that needs to be done. Class act company!

Went well. I called around 8:30 Saturday morning and he was able to come by that afternoon.

Elliott Plumbing is very responsive! Stick came out almost 2 months prior to the actual install and gave us a quote, free of charge. When we called to have the work done, he remembered the effort and was ready to go. We needed to shift our appointment from 9am to 3pm or later the day prior to the appointment, and they were able to accommodate. They arrived promptly at 3pm, right after the granite installers left. They took all necessary safety precautions for working with the gas connection, were very gentle with our new cabinets, making sure to do no damage. They found an issue with something our general contractor had done in a less-than-ideal fashion regarding the sink plumbing and fixed it so they wouldn't have to be called back for another service call. Finally, they spent 5 minutes fixing a leaky cold water faucet in the laundry room which 2 previous plumbers had failed to fix properly! We will definitely use Elliott again when we renovate our bathrooms!

He diagnosed the problem, water in the electric controls that burned them out. Went and got the new water heater. Replaced it all by himself, and made sure it heated water as expected.

Very happy with professionalism and high quality of work performed and reasonable price.
