I did not use them, so it did not cost me anything. I contacted them, because I have used them before. I would use them again.

Very responsive and professional. I'd use them again.

Ordered part but still did not run properly . Came back out and reassesesd problem. Replaced panel and did work after panel replaced.

Took three trips to replace motor. Parts had to be ordered from out of state causing several days' delay. Tech was very good and honest. Labor cost high for what was done. Customer service at office could be better.

I had a very positive experience with Cal's Appliance. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, from the contact person on the phone to the repairman. They were able to order the piece and get it installed within two days. Usually when you are given a "window of time" for the repairman to show you are waiting FOREVER, however they were actually early! I was so impressed and will certainly called them again!

They are very efficient at what they do. I got no round around. I got this is the problem. I have been ready to fix it at that time, and they get out here. If I call Sears, I get a reply saying they could be out here in two-and-a-half weeks. Cal’s will get out here the next day. Sears had put me off for weeks every time. I will not hire anybody else to fix my appliances. I have always been happy. They get out here right away. They have always been on time, and the guys are great.

I called Cal's Appliances and they were very very friendly and competent. They were very efficient. I had a problem with the ice-make and it is an older refrigerator. We are going to remodel our kitchen soon so we decided not to fix it. He said it could potentially cause a problem so he wanted to take it out for us. He went above and beyond. They are very very nice. I liked the quality of their work and their quick availability. I would highly recommend them.

Technician arrived as scheduled, checked new range vent to make sure it would fit properly. He removed old vent, installed new vent & reinstalled cabinet trim. He removed old vent, boxes & scrap trim from house, then thoroughly cleaned the work area. I was impressed by how quickly & efficiently the job was performed.

Cook top was repaired but initially parts were thought to not be available. After a f/u service call the parts were found to order and the cook top has been repaired and in perfect working condition again.

It's been a while since I used the service, but I do remember that the service man was extremely professional and very personable. I was pleased with the service, and my washing machine is still working perfectly.

They came the next day from making my initial call. He showed up at the time he said he would and had the jobs completed within about 3 hours. The dishwasher was a little more complicated. A small part from a baby bottle had gotten loose and lodged into the motor--he had to take the whole thing apart to find this. Our ice dispenser was also complicated. It had frozen up on a prior date and I had to thaw it myself. I unfortunately used a blow dryer to help me and I ended up melting some of the parts inside the dispenser. He was able to fix both problems that same day....and 1 1/2 months later, they still are working just fine. The bill was a little high for us, but our dishwasher is a Samsung. This brand is considered "A specialty brand" and cost more money to fix. Oh well, the price to fix was still much cheaper than buying a new dishwasher if this one broke. I would use this company again and would recommend it to my family/friends.

Called Cal's and got a prompt response and convenient estimate that same day from the responding technician. The issue was readily identified and explained in layman's terms. The parts came in as estimated (2 days) and the repairman was on time after he called to confirm we were at home. He performed the work in about 1.5 hours and all seems right again. If the repairs hold; I can't think of anything but praise for Cal's. We'll call them again if we have a repair issue in the future. Had to have them back for same washer 6 months later. Same great service; this time he came and called time of death and advised to to move on - saved us from a costly repair that would have likely been followed by another.

We have used Cal's for years...since we moved to the area in the mid '80s. Whether it was Cal himself or a younger employee, we have always received polite, professional, thoroughly backed service. This experience was just another example of the company's attitude: The Customer is Always Right. "Ain't that a relief"?

Called on Monday morning and they sent the technician that afternoon after I got home from work. By scheduling that way I did not have to miss any work. He showed up and trouble shot both problems and had them both back up and running in about an hour. He cleaned his workplace when finished. Price was more than reasonable. I was told the price of the service call right up front when I called. Service call charges are reasonable.

I've used them in the past and I will continue to use them.

This install was from an older cooktop to a newer model. The cabinet hole had to be resized and shims had to be fashioned into an irregularly cut hole. It took them extra time but did not charge extra for the work.

Went very well. Cal's responded within 2 hours of my call, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The were able to make temporary repairs that enabled us to continue use of the refrigerator. They ordered a replacement circuit board via a laptopcomputer while still at our residence, and came back in two days to complete the replacement of the defective circuit board. No muss, no fuss. Just good professional work.

Cal's Appliances does great work, absolute finest I have ever had.

The new replacement compressor fan was noisy, but they quickly ordered a new one and replaced it and the new fan is perfect. The icemaker valve went bad and they replaced that cheerfully and at no additional cost. The estimate and warranty service was exactly as explained and they were very responsive to call back and make sure I was happy with their service. I do not hesitate to recommend Cal's.

Service technician arrived on time as scheduled. Identified the problem and installed the new circuit board. He ordered a new evaporator fan motor and replaced it three days later as scheduled. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Technician arrived early, worked very quickly/efficiently, was very personable, honest and respectful; *Professional attitude *Military discount *Punctual *Efficient --Will definitely call again for our next appliance repair! We are a military family preparing to relocate, and we'll most likely have to find renters for our home....these are the guys I will call if/when my renters have appliance trouble.

Great company! Ben give me great advice as to some of the problems wrong with my washer and even talked me though taking it apart. He discribed the companies rates in detail and talk me though the process of what his repair guy would do. I thought the washing machine had a bad timer and was ready to buy a $76 part! If I never talked to Ben I would have paid somebody between $150-$200 to pull out a baby sock suck in the pump. I mean this guy helped my trouble shoot !! As long as I live in Fort Walton Beach I will use this company for all my appilance needs! The other guys companies in the area I call almost made me feel like I was bothering them. He came and fixed the shorted wire and then a week later he came back out-didn't charge me a trip fee at all, and fixed the handle for free. We had just moved from Tampa and didn't know who to call or anything. He was great.
