Ken was professional. He cleaned the hoses and checked everything out. He gave me an estimate for the part I may need if it continues to act up.

Charles did a great job, on time and very professional. Found out what was wrong and repaired it on site. Also fixed another broken appliance part while here. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use again if I have appliance issues.

They called on a Sunday and suggested I call Monday at 8:30AM and set up an appointment, if I thought one was needed. I called Monday and spoke to Ben, and explained my icemaker started working so an appointment would not be needed. He was very helpful and told me if the icemaker started acting up, I could go to Amazon.com and buy a replacement. He then said Youtube had helpful instructions on installing icemakers and it was a pretty easy install job. Ben explained he was trying to save me money but If i need an appointment be sure to check back. I was very impressed and will certainly call for any other appliance needs I might have.

Called Cal's Appliances and they were out within 2 hours. Ken tested it and it miraculously functioned properly. He made sure all was working correctly. He has done repair work for us before and has always done a great job and is prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company!

On Dec. 13th, I called Cal's because my washer stopped working the night before--water would not drain. As I was going away, asked if they could come before I left. Charles showed up that afternoon and after going thru machine, he found a coin that had damaged the pump--it was shot. I ordered this part and was told not to expect delivery by the time I was leaving. ( taking some dirty clothes with me) The next morning they called to say pump was in their hands and Charles would install that afternoon. He called, was on time and fixed washing machine. ***To say the least, such consideration and kindness like they showed should be an example for other companies to follow. ***I will definitely use them again, and recommend them wholeheartedly. Charles, thank you again to you and your staff for all you did to help me out. Y'all are a blessing to this community.

Great! They came out the same day I called. Repairman very nice! I liked that he had an i-pad to look up a fix for my particular refrigerator repair and could email me my receipt.

Very prompt, professional and courteous. Called Cal's the morning of 10/13 and was given an appointment for that afternoon. Charles and Felipe showed up and diagnosed the problem as a wire burned off and quoted a price to repair which was more than reasonable, needless to say I was more than glad to have them repair my dryer, I was sure the heating element had gone bad. They also found my duct work was blocked by years of built of lint, so I had them to clean that out. My dryer is working like new now, thanks to Felipe and Charles. This is my go to appliance repair now, as my husband said "we found a winner".

The technician was very polite, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the part we needed on his truck. We had a very good experience dealing with this company and would recommend their services.

Made appointment Monday for Tuesday. Charles came, rather quickly diagnosed my Samsung 'fridge problem and fixed it in short order. Price was reasonable, repairs accomplished without disrupting house, Charles was quite personable. Winning contribution.

Came home after 3 day absence, freezer was only cool, fridge was room temp. Coils had been recently cleaned, so called for service. Came the same day, found out the processor board controlling the defrost cycle was not kicking the heater on, so ice buildup internally was blocking all air flow. Fortunately, in pulling/reseating connectors, it started working again, so after letting the ice buildup melt overnight it has now been running fine for a week, no other parts needed (yet). Company was very courteous on the phone during initial call, and appointment made for the same day. The tech guy called ahead, and arrived right on schedule time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He provided a complete estimate of parts/labor *if* the controller board failed again, but his effort that day cost me only the service charge, and he saved me the cost of a new fridge!

Cal's repaired an old dishwasher for my tenant just in time for the Christmas holidays. Their communication was excellent, the repair was prompt and effective, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

We always use Cals! This time our dishwasher had not been working properly (it didn't heat). They came out and could not find anything wrong with it. Whatever they did when they took it apart and put it back together - it is fixed. Every single time you will get the best service - they are very knowledgeable, fast, professional, clean, fair with their pricing. Look at all internet reviews - 5 star for sure. Highly recommend!

The dishwasher had been installed by Cal's less than two years ago (high end Bosch which was ordered from an internet vendor). Amazing that the springs only lasted a fairly short period of time. The dishwasher runs well, otherwise.

I chose this repair service because of their longevity in business and the other reviews. I am very pleased with the results. Charles even made a joke....told me he had bad news for me...."I'd have to start doing laundry"!! I was very pleased to hear those words.

Excellent service, quick response and outstanding repair time.

They were unable to provide service because I possibly needed Freon put in the refrigerator, so they referred me to another business who could if that was the problem. Unfortunately, the compressor went bad and the cost to fix it was expensive. Also, this would of been the 2nd compressor for our Amana Refrigerator and was advised that a factory defect might be causing corrosion to the compressor.

I was completely satisfied and delighted with the quality of work, professionalism and cost of both the jobs they performed for me. The Ice Maker on the Sears refrigerator was a challenge as I had an older model refrigerator. They tried to substitute a newer model ice maker (which was less expensive) but it was not compatible. They were finally able to obtain the Ice Maker originally designed for my specific model refrigerator (which was much more expensive), installed it and the ice maker is working great. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Cal's Appliance for refrigerator repairs and would definitely use them again in the future.

Amazing service! They called 10 minutes after I sent an Email and said they could be here within two hours. Mike called when he was on the way, with arrival right on time. My dryer looks and works like brand new. The oven works great too.

I liked the fact I was able to make an appointment on line for a service call. Service was prompt and the technician was knowledgeable. Didn't actually get any repairs done since the repair cost wasn't worth it so I ended up replacing the washer instead.

Contacted them to install an electronic control panel that the manufacturer had shipped us as a replacement part for a defective control panel on our new high-end gas range. Cal's Appliance Repair scheduled an appointment for us right away. They were professional, very reasonably priced, punctual, courteous, and best of all, our gas stove now works great! . Based on our experience with them, we highly recommend them for repairs on large appliances.

These guys were great. They scheduled in a two hour time period but each time they came to the house they came at the beginning of that time period and called before coming. The fact they had to come several times was not their fault - all these electronic parts of the new washers....... but I'm not rating the washing machine here. Anyway, when it finally looked like it was going to take more diagnostic than could be done in my house, they took my machine back to the shop and gave me a loaner. Getting the loaner was a pleasant surprise. The cost of the repair was mostly parts - going back to poor reliability of washer itself. They were always very clear about cost and time and I couldn't have asked for nicer people.

Very professional. Repaired the problem and cleaned up after himself. Very punctual. This is the second time I used them. They repaired my Fridge also about 6 months earlier. Will stay with them from now on.
