Description of Work: Had them repair my refrigerator. They were on time and very professional. Had difficulty locating the correct parts, and it took a few days to get them. They called and kept me updated on the status of the part request and when they expected to be able to complete the job. Would have been an "A" if not for the difficulty of locating parts for my appliance.

Description of Work: Cal's Appliance repaired my Amana side-by-side refrigerator icemaker. While at my home, I asked the technician to repair my electric Jenn-Aire cook top control. Both repairs were done quickly and thoroughly and at a very fair price. I'll certainly use Cal's again for all future large appliance repairs. I'm VERY PLEASED!

Description of Work: I had a problem with the temperature control on my refrigerator. Ken came out and did a great job in troubleshooting, getting the part, then installing it. Office followed-up to make sure everything was good. Nice to have a company like this in the service business!

When I read this review I was totally shocked !!! I called [name removed] and apologized and asked what I had done so terribly wrong. She was equally shocked and said her husband( who wasn't even home when I repaired the washer) intended to rate a bad experience he had with a plumbing company. [name removed] who was delighted with my service and professionalism apologized and said they would correct it immediately. Since then I have called twice and emailed twice asking for them to please correct this mistaken bad review and as of today almost two months later it has not been corrected. Angie's list said they can do nothing to help us. I gladly own up to jobs that don't well, and do everything I can to make it right. It is extremely disappointing and rather frustrating to be given a bad rating for some other company's poor work and further to have it not be important enough for the homeowner or Angie's list to correct a totally erroneous rating.

Description of Work: We have an 8 year old LG gas clothes dryer. The drum was making a racket. Cal's came out and took a look. We thought worse case, but all it was just a piece of clothing that had torn loose and got caught in the back seam, unbalancing the drum. The tech cleared it out and gave some recommendations for lint vent cleaning. They charged the min service charge. The tech was friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend them to others.
