Description of Work: Steven Scott pressured washed the sidewalk, removed 2 rotting boards from an outdoor wrought iron bench and beveled one of the 2 new replacement boards that goes on the front of the seat. | |This was the second time he did work at my house. As before, he replied promptly and came within days of the request. He asked before using clorox (realizing some people prefer not to have it used) to pressure wash the sidewalk--he said he prefers using it because it gives more of a sparkle to the white sidewalk. He can do a variety of tasks...making him a suitable person to do quite a few different types of work when he comes.

Description of Work: We had Mr. Scott remove the caulk around the windows of our back doors, the two panes to the sides, and the pane above the doors and then recaulk them. The house was built in 1997 and it seems like someone tried to patch up some bad caulking themselves and the end result was leaking into my house. Mr. Scott was punctual and thorough and he came back out a few days later after some rain to check the job, made some adjustments to the caulking and we haven't had any problems since. We'll definitely be using him for our next project as well.
