Didn't show up to even quote me

Stephen had a cancellation this so came within a few days after I called him to do the jobs. He works efficiently, cleaning after himself as he goes. He is a perfectionist and does thorough and precise work.

It turned out great! He was a good communicator and discussed all the plans before building. He was very polite.

He came to my house, looked everything over (including crawling into the attic) in order to give some advice on what needs to be done. It's a minor job, but I needed some advice on what he thought I should do. He took time to answer all my questions and give his thoughts. He did this on his own time and as a favor to me. He is very busy at this time, but I will keep him in mind for in the future. A very nice man to talk with and one that will give all the time and help that he can. I thank him for his advice. A good man.

Stephen was very professional, and did an incredible job. My 2-story house was a challenge to wash, but Scott tackled it well and now it looks great. I would definitely recommend his services.

I requested a quote for tile repair. He explained that he was not accepting new clients until his current clients' needs were met. He responded within a few hours of my original email and I am thankful for his quick, professional response which allowed me to move forward with other vendors.

When I called, he was with a customer, so he called me back shortly, as promised. He promptly came to look at the townhouse and give me a quote, which he emailed shortly thereafter. He did the work a couple of days later. I had read his good reviews and saw that he was experienced. I soon found out that he is knowledgeable and has a strong work ethic. From start to finish, he was courteous, punctual, professional, and kept his word every step of the way. I was pleased with the excellent job he did, and I would recommend him and use him again.

He replied immediately to my call, gave me an estimate the same day, and did the work the following day. When he and his assistant started work he quickly identified another plumbing issue that needs to be fixed. Instead of throwing up his hands and abandoning the job until we got the plumbing work done, he came up with a great solution: patch most of the drywall, but also put in an access panel so that the plumbing repairs could be done easily in the future. The drywall patch was expertly done: a very good match with the existing wall texture. They obviously took a great deal of care with the job even though it's not in a highly visible location. Cleanup was thorough. I'd definitely call them again.

Stephen and James did a fabulous job for me. I am more than satisfied. They cleaned off all the accumulated mold, mildew, moss, stains and just the accumulated grunge from all surfaces on my house. At job's completion, Stephen walked with me around the whole house making sure I was satisfied with his work. It was a pleasure doing business with someone who is good to his word and goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy. Stephen will definitely go on my short list as a reputable handyman.

i emailed Mr. Scott over the weekend asking if he was available to power wash on Mon. or Tue. He scheduled for Tue. morning. He arrived on time, was very courteous & efficient. I'm very pleased with his work everything looks brand new again.

I showed Stephen all of the places i wanted something done, what I wanted and what he thought. He explained what he could do, usually with several options from which I could choose. After he finished he had me look it over and wanted to make sure that it was just what I wanted. Several times he offered to do some little additional thing - usually for no additional cost. Stephen was very quiet, did not talk much but was willing to explain what/why he was doing something a particular way. i have no hesitation about recommending Stephen. He is good at what he does and I believe him to be a very trustworthy person.

Stephen went above and beyond to help me out knowing I was out-of-town and my daughter and her roommates needed help fast. He went out to the house after hours and worked into the night to help me out and this from a handyman I had never worked with prior. He is a good man and does very good work at a fair price. The space was tight (behind lighting and between cabinets). He not only partially disassembled and reassembled the light, but replaced a bent clasp in the blind mechanism. He was on time and very capable.

After an initial brief bit of communication lapse, Mr Scott was prompt, professional, did a great job, and was very reasonably priced. We expect to have Mr Scott handle other projects for us as they come up.

Mr. Scott responded to my call for service by coming by to give an estimate for the work the same day I called. He sent an itemized email with details of the estimated price and an expected date for beginning the work. The evening before the day he was to start work, he called to let me know his scheduled delayed him by one day. He arrived with his helper at the stated time and did a thorough job of cleaning the house roof and sidewalk. He purchased and installed the 2 fluorescent bulbs for the garage and after checking the motion sensor light that was not working correctly, purchased a new one to replace it. He and his helper, Chris, were both accommodating of workmen who needed access to the garage while they were pressure washing the roof. Mr. Scott is attentive to detail and takes pride in his work. I would ask him again when I need work done.

He arrived on time and when right to work, when he left all that we had discussed was done to my satisfaction, he was pleasant and I would use his service again
