Description of Work: They did a new roof and wind mitigation inspections. They came out on a Saturday on a holiday weekend and I still got my reports within 48 hours.

Description of Work: Brian arrived right on time and performed an impressively thorough inspection. This was for a "4-point" inspection prior to our purchase of a 9-year old townhome, and also for a wind mitigation inspection. We've had inspections at prior homes, including several during a new build, so we have others with whom to compare, and I am very happy. He took numerous photos during the inspection, and reviewed his findings with us before leaving. Later that evening we received the online report (which we were able to save as a PDF). He'd inspected the roof and exterior, even though that is technically the responsibility of the HOA, but that gave us peace of mind. For the items that do need attention, the report gives us a detailed "punch list" of the things that we'll want to address. Should the need arise in the future, we will absolutely use this company again, and highly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: YOUNG HOME INSPECTIONS GET AN A+ IN MY OPINION. THE INSPECTOR WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY THOROUGH. WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THIS COMPANY THREE DIFFERENT TIMES DUE TO COUNTY INSPECTIONS ON OUR NEW HOME NOT BEING COMPLETED IN THE TIME COMMITTED. THE COMPANY WAS POLITE EACH TIME AND ACCOMODATED OUR NEEDS 100%, EVEN TO THE EXTENT OF WORKING ON DAYS THEY NORMALLY DO NOT SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS. WE NEEDED TO HAVE A 2ND REINSPECTION DUE TO A TRUSS ISSUE IN OUR HOME, AND AGAIN, THE COMPANY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMODATE OUR NEEDS SO THAT WE COULD CLOSE ON THE HOUSE ON THE SCHEDULED DAY. IF YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Description of Work: TOM COMPLETED A 5 HOUR INSPECTION OF THE ENTIRE HOUSE INCLUDING ROOF, ATTIC, CRAWL SPACE, AND DETACHED GARAGE. I ASKED HIM IF I COULD TAG ALONG IN THE ATTIC SO I COULD FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE DOING IT ALONE IN THE FUTURE. HE WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL- KIND, FUNNY, PROFESSIONAL. WHAT A WONDERFUL COMPANY!!
