Suncoast Irrigation

l was very pleased. Gary first gave me a detailed proposal (including quality parts) and what I believe to be a very fair price for the system, He arrived early on the scheduled days, worked steadily all day, and installed an excellent system. He was extremely neat and considerate of my property, and completed the work as scheduled. Before he left, he explained the control system to my satisfaction, and stated that I could always call if I had questions. I found him to be extremely professional and will certainly recommend him to friends.

He arrived before appt time and immediately started to work checking the system zone by zone. When he had identified all of the heads and problem areas he Started to work fixing them. This was a major reno to the system which probably hadn't been touched in 30 years. We are very impressed with Gary and Suncoast Irrigation. Having no Idea of where the pipes for this system were he was able to find where the problems were and fix them. He replaced 5 Rainbird Rotors, 18 Rainbird Pop-ups, a Rainbird Electric Valve and a lot of PVC pipe to replace the cracked PVC pipe. Gary for what he had to fix was fast and efficient and very nice. We are very very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call for his expertise to work on our system again.

I have used Gary many times in the past for not only my home but the home of my sister in Holiday, FL. It turned out that two of the four valve manifolds that are attached to each zone of the sprinkler system were no longer working. They normally last for 8 - 10 years and mine were now over 12 years old. While the other two valves were still functioning, I felt it was just a matter of time before they broke down as well. I had Gary replace all four of them. To get to the valves requires Gary to dig down eight inches along side of my house. This exposes all four zones and their valve manifolds (also called solenoid valves). This was by far the biggest expense this time. The whole system is now working fine and there is no leaking water from any of the heads. I was, once again, very satisfied with his work.

They were right on time and repaired the system within about 30 minutes. Nice job, reasonable price, which included a $45.00 service call. I'd definately use them again.

Our lawn guy cut a pipe while worker however after trying to repair it myself I ended up calling Gary. He inspected my sprikler system. He repaired what needed to be repaired. He was on time professional completed the work in a short amount of time he is very thorough. He gave the impression he really enjoys his line of work.

Gary was the hardest working person I have seen in years. He shows up when he says and I never had to wait on him for a quote or for any other reason. When he showed up for the quote, he said he would be here at 5 pm...he was there right at 5 pm. He surveyed the property and gave me a no hassle, no pressure quote, I was immediately happy with his quote and made plans to have him come out about two weeks later to start the job. On the day the job started, he said he would show at 9:30 and he showed right at that time, He trenched and yard (which appeared quite hard) and went right to work. Like I said, this guy is a hard worker! He takes no breaks and just presses on. Its almost like he is right in the zone and is totally focused, The job lasted 3 days and at the end of each day he cleaned up the sidewalk/path. On the last day, he showed us how the system worked and he requested I inspect each zone. We were very pleased and happy to pay him for his hard work. This guy is the energizer bunny...actually I think he has more energy than that bunny! Will definitely have him back out again for any future irrigation work.

extremely professional and proficient

We've had problems with water streaming into our lanai after a heavy rainfall. The problem worsened when the neighbor installed new sod, and the ground became super saturated. Since the neighboring property is slightly higher than ours, we now had a stream of muddy water coming into our lanai. Gary came out and installed a French drain that extended from the corner of our lanai to the sidewalk in front of the house. He worked by himself, did a wonderful job, cleaned up beautifully, and NO MORE WATER PROBLEMS!! We highly recommend Gary's business.

He was very efficient, cleaned up afterwards. He make sure the whole system was up and running and it was done quickly. The office personnel was very helpful and knowledgable as well and worked with me as to get the work done in a timely manner.

I had a slight leak in a valve assembly and I wanted some ball valves put in along with a back flow device so I used Angie's list for the first time and chose Suncoast Irrigation based on reviews and proximity. I left a message and was contacted in a short time. The lady said Gary would be there the next day at a particular time and he was. Gary looked at my assembly and I explained what I needed fixed and added. He did the job right then and there which shocked me which was awesome. Gary had the job done within an hour and the fee was reasonable. Gary had all the parts necessary and just watching him you knew he possessed the knowledge of a true tradesman. I need look no further for an irrigation specialist for future use.

Technician repaired sprinkler water lines, repaired and replaced lawn sprinklers.

I would highly recommend Gary from Suncoast Irrigation to anyone adding a sprinkler system or needing a sprinkler system repair. He showed up early and worked hard from start to finish. He priced the job fairly and even repaired things that he noticed needed work without charging.

Gary came out promptly and gave estimate. we decided on using him and me came out the next week and worked all day by himself although it rained most of the day. He ran new lines and replaced some old sprinkler heads. He also upgraded our timer box and installed rain sensor. Everything was done professionally and we are very pleased with work and price.

Gary arrived, assessed the situation, told me what he could possibly find before he started so there would not be any surprises, Quickly found the broken piping and repaired it. He then also checked all the other sprinkler heads, and adjusted them if necessary. He also had to replace one sprinkler due to a broken rotor. This is the second time I have used Suncoast Irrigation and I am very pleased with Gary. They promptly return calls, come out to address the issue in a day, or when you will be home and he always arrived at the time he told me he would be here. Gary is very upfront and explains what the problem is, options and if there may be any problems before he starts. I believe that he is honest, does not do more than is necessary and his prices are fair. I am very happy with Suncoast Irrigation and will use them in the future. Very professional and very good.

I needed work on two sprinkler heads and one pvc pipe that was under a very large bush that died. In digging and cutting up the stump of the bush, I accidentally partially cut through the pvc pipe (I did not know it was even there). He arrived on time and finished all three of the problems in a little more than a half hour. His work has always been very good. I would recommend him to anyone.

Gary is super efficient. He was on time and made short work of a difficult job. I would recommend him to anyone as an honest, hard working, knowledgable person. We felt we got more value than we paid. That is always a good feeling.
