The hand pump has never worked correctly and a leak developed in the system after the work was done. The son, who was digging very aggressively around my well jammed the shovel down into the ground and exclaimed,"Oh there's your well!" I called them to fix the leak and told them that my pump was not keeping the prime and that the leak was visible. The son came out and could not find the reason and adjusted the pressure on the pump and said it would be ok now. I called again and he came out again and validated that there's a leak but said that he thought it could be my well and said that was very expensive walked away. My issue was not solved and therefore I am forced to call another company to fix the problem which I think was caused by the aggressive shoveling. I will never call them again nor will I recommend them.

The son was late in arriving to my home and I was not notified as to why and the person who answers the phone was not very friendly.

He was one of the rudest and most unpleasant people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He was irritated with me from the get-go I guess because my husband didn't tell me about the appointment and I personally wasn't prepared, but I was trying to go with the flow and get on with it and move forward. I don't understand what I could have done to make someone that angry just answering the door and getting my bearings. I had just had only an hour sleep for my "night", so awakened and unaware of the appointment...I guess was his catalyst. So congratulations to everyone who thought he was the nicest guy in the world.

Gary arrived early and went right to work. Everything is now working perfectly. No missed areas and the water pressure is much improved since adding the additional zone.

I was very satisfied. Gary was able to fit me in the next day, and the repair took all of 20 minutes. Price was $86. Suncoast will be my goto for all my lawn irrigation needs.

I'm very glad I used Gary at Suncoast Irrigation. He came out the same day we called for an estimate. He was also lower than competitors. Our irrigation system in the back yard was a mess from the pool construction. We had new sod ordered and needed the irrigation working before the sod was installed. We got the estimate on a Friday and Gary come out Monday. It was an all day job and everything looked perfect afterwards. This is a new construction house and I was unfamiliar with the irrigation timer. Gary took the time to show me how to set an alternate program to water zones where the new sod would be installed. After the sod was installed, two sprinkler heads needed to be raised up. I called Gary on a Friday and he came our first thing Monday morning. These two sprinkler heads we not part of the initial job. Gary adjusted them and tested the sprinkler system. I was pleasantly shocked when he told me there was no additional charge. I really was expecting to pay something since these weren't part of the initial estimate. Everything about my experience with this company has been positive. I will definitely use Suncoast again and recommend them to you too.

Arrived as scheduled on Friday and after inspection Gary stated what was needed and would be back Monday with the parts and soil to fill after completing the installation of extensions. Monday returned Monday and began work immediately. I only knew he was there when I heard the sprinklers go on. Gary raised several heads and replaced others that were badly leaking. He adjusted the timer and filled 3 bags of soil around the heads he had dug out. He spent over two hours working non-stop to complete the repairs as wel as adjust the remaining heads. He did an awesome job and I would recommend Gary to anyone.

Gary was great to speak with. Upstanding company! He took the time on the phone with me to understand my issue. He explained to me what needed to be done for a resolution (simple fix). Any other company would not have done this. All another company would have done is send out a tech and charge me for unnecessary service. Thank you Gary!

Excellent. Gary fit me in in a matter of days (when everyone else I called was scheduling 1-2 weeks out), and this was very important to me, as I had just installed sod. He quickly identified the problems, took care of them, and had my system working perfectly. He also set the timer and showed me how to use it so I can make the necessary adjustments after the initial 30 days of laying sod. And on top of that, his price was VERY fair :) Would definitely use him again!

As always, he does an excellent job. He has been maintaining and repairing my sprinkler system for a number of years. Always does a good job at a reasonable price. He checks the entire system and makes sure the timer works properly.

Called one morning..........gentleman was out in mid-afternoon...........described what I wanted...........he took notes, scoped out the area and gave me an approximate cost. (Depended on what he ran into underground..roots eg.). Said he didn't have all the materials with him and would be back first thing in the morning. He was, did the job in about 3 hours and the cost was within $20 of estimate. Work was excellent. No fuss, no hassle. Would use anytime. By the way, used Angie's list to contact him in the first place. He had a ton of good reviews. Add another.

Second time we've used Gary and his company. Great guy, very professional and reasonably priced. I like him so much we are going to do a quarterly maintenance program to make sure our sprinkler system stays running smoothly. In the heat of the morning, he replaced a broken line, several sprinkler heads, and improved the distribution of the water by clearing out several heads over grown by our lawn. He's a good guy despite being a Green Bay Packers fan :-)

Very detailed orienting, the quality of service was also very tearful as far as the movement property and added in certain walls that needed to be added to an existing irrigation system. They just listened to my concerns which is very important to me.

Gary, came on time and did the necessary work this was the second year I used the company and both times they did an excellent job (this is the first time I am typing a review for them). In the sweltering heat he moved fasted and accurately in order to get the job done. If I had to give any negative it would be that it took almost 2 weeks for him to come and fix my sprinklers. Good thing we had lots of rain prior to that. But on the flip side he did install a rain sensor for me so that was cool.

It went absolutely perfect from start to finish. He laid out a new system, dug the trenches, installed 6 zones with 45 rotating heads and about 16 spray heads. He was punctual, worked his tail off for three days and got everything running perfectly. He also installed a new box to run everything. If you need an irrigation guy he is the man.

Everything went well. Gary promptly returned my call for estimate and showed up at appointed time. I agreed with his estimate. He showed up the in a few day with the required material. replaced: 1 1/2 hp pump 5 head broken line adjusted all heads explained the rainbird system to me. I was pleased with the outcome. So far so good.

I just realized Gary was on Angies list as I've been using him for a couple of years. I'm a realtor and have referred him to several of my valued clients. Gary is amazing to watch as he works extremely fast and knows exactly how to make each of the repairs. One of my zones wasn't working and after about 5 minutes dealing with the timer box he knew that it was something more serious. He asked where my valves were with the system and I didn't know. That took him about another 5 minutes to located the valve box which was under a mulch bed. He trouble shot the valves and found the valve needed to be replaced. Amazing. Then he was off to complete a tour of the 6 zones on 1/3 acre to make sure each sprinkler was working and covering the area intended. He ended up replacing a couple of leaking heads and was off. Gary came right on time and went to work right away. As others have noted in their reviews, Gary is a extremely hard worker and knows exactly what needs to get done -- and he gets right to it! We were very pleased with his efforts to replace an old control unit but even more pleased with his efforts to ensure everything concerning our sprinkler system was looked at and fixed/adjusted as needed. Having had sprinkler system work done at our property up north, I can say Gary was a breath of fresh air. His knowledge and efforts were evident and his pricing extremely fair. There were no surprises based on his quote -- he did exactly what he quoted he'd do and the price was exactly what he quoted. We were amazed at the entire experience! We will certainly call him back to perform annual maintenance. He know he will keep our system up and running well and also pay a fair price. What more can one ask for?!

Gary was the only one willing to come out and give me a free quote while we were in the inspection process of purchasing our current house. There was a leak and we wanted to make sure it wasn't an irrigation line. He provided me a quote for the control panels and checking the system to make sure everything was working. I called around for other quotes, and he gave us the best price. After we purchased the house, I gave him a call to come back and do the work. He did a great job. He installed the control panel, programmed it, and showed me how it worked. (We're first time home-buyers). I would definitely use him again.
