Mr. Water Company

Mr. Water is a company that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to install any type of water filtrations service. Mike was exceptional in providing great service above and beyond what was asked. I purchased a water/ice maker, and not only did mike install the filter for the device, he even helped me install the machine! I did not have a clue on what I was doing, but Mike and his son took the time and called the company to help assist me. There is no doubt that I will be referring him to all of my friends and colleagues. Thank you Mike for the great service.

I was very pleased with him. He was very nice and very courteous. He explained everything to me. I did not get prices around but I was pleased with his price and I think that it was basically competitive.

Scott came out to do an estimate for a new water softener install. He was punctual, professional, informative and personable. After weighing my options, I went with Scott's recommendation and scheduled an installation date for the following week. He and his dad were on-time and went straight to work. The whole process took under three hours to complete without a single hitch. They cleaned up after themselves and explained what I needed to keep an eye on before they left. The system looks/works great and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. So much so, that I've already recommended Mr. Water Co. to my mother-in-law. Our water filter had a slow leak. Mr. Crocker fit us into his busy schedule, re-assembled it properly and replaced the necessary parts. He was very kind and gave us information on how to maintain the system in the future. He returned my calls, arrived on schedule and charged us a very fair price. HIs secretary was also very helpful.

I called Mr Water because I was having issues with my water softener. I had to drain my pool and refill it, and in so doing, forgot to put the water softener on "bypass," which temporarily caused the water softener not to function properly. Although he does not work on water softeners, he did have knowledge of some brands and because I was due for my annual filter renewal service from Mr Water, he offered to take a look at it while he was here for the filter renewal. He knew exactly what to do to correct my problem with the water softener and know, thanks to Mr Water, everything is working great! Mr Water company is always very responsive, on time, and has gives us superior customer service.

Scott Crocker was the person who came. He was very attentive to detail, clear in explaining what he was going to do, how much it might cost and so forth. He came right on time, always called ahead, worked quickly and efficiently. I will have him do routine inspections and filter changes. He was very polite and personable as well. As a bonus, he gave me a very good but unrelated tip on clearing my A/C drain, which worked for me.

EXCELLENT! Our Water softener system was not cycling so I found Mr. Water on Angie's List and called right away. His secretary was very sweet, and professional and said Mike the owner would get back to me later on in the evening and he did. We scheduled for the very next day and Mike came on time in fact early. Mike is the owner and has been in this business for years and he really knows his stuff. He immediately diagnosed our issue and within maybe an hour had fixed the problem. Mike took the time to explain how our system works and showed me step by step what he was doing and why. He explained what if any future problems that could happen and why and when to give him a call. His price was more then reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this company for all of your Water Softener needs and will use Mike in the future for servicing our unit.

The owner of the company "Mr Water Co." Mike Crocker came to my home and inspected my existing water conditioner. We agreed on his recommendation a new conditioner was needed since current one was 15 years old, never serviced and needed replacement. Probably hadn't been working for years. Mike explained exactly what was needed and the system that he recommends. Mike answered all my questions which were plenty and made me feel at ease with this purchase. I told Mike my neighbor was also in the market for a new system and had left it to me to find someone we trusted, had a good product and a fair price. "Mr Water Co" fit the bill. My system was installed the very next day and it was like day and night the noticeable difference. I have no problem recommending "Mr Water Co." (Mike) to anyone.

Scott is very good at what he does and installs a great product! His work is very neat and precise.

Owner and his son came at the appointed time and finished in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing and also explained how everything worked. I felt very good that I chose them based on Angie's List and the recommendation of my neighbor. They made sure they left everything clean and working perfectly. Good value for the price.

Scott came on Wednesday and examined the water softener, which had not been working for several months. He said it was basically a good machine, but need some major repairs. He returned on Friday and spent well over 2 hours repairing the water softener. He explained what he was doing at each step. When he was done, he removed all the waste and left everything really clean. I am most appreciative that he did not try to sell me a replacement. In fact, he never even suggested it. This saved me about $1000 A new unit would have cost upward of $1200.

I called this company to replace a old Reverse Osmosis system. Michael came out to look at it and advise on a replacement. Although the unit is almost 20 years old, he found it just needed some work. He convinced me, rather than replace this system, all it really needed was a new tank and filters replaced. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Michael was very pleasant and professional. We were very happy with this service experience.

This is a family business and feels like it. Very transparent and honest. Good quality work. Prompt. Dependable. Helpful. Scott was a pleasure to work with. The kind of guy you could easily connect with on the golf course.

Excellent and professional service. Great job from start to finish. Very nice guys. They explain everything and took their time. They also cleaned up everything and took away the old system. The new system works great. The water feels silky soft. I would definitely recommend Scott and Mike and their system.

FANTASTIC. I requested appointment to see if they, MR WATER, could service the equipment. Spoke with Scott and he was professional, said he could be at my residence this morning after his first appointment. He was very prompt and completed the appointment by actually taking care of the equipment while he was here. I definitely will call on MR. WATER again, and do absolutely recommend their services. I cannot think of one negative point regarding any of my contact with this company. They are prompt, they know their business, they are clean and they are very personable while doing their job. I tip my hat to MR. WATER.

We had the local Kinetico representative come to our home for a demonstration. We thought we were going to go with them, until we researched the product and the service on Angie?s List and found out that Kinetico wanted to charge $4,350.00 for their unit to be installed. Doing more research on Angie?s List, we found many complaints on their service and the cost of any parts, should it fail. We found that Kinetico pricing for parts and service was too high. We decided on Mr. Water from Angie?s list, since they had the best reviews of all companies. We called Mr. Water for a demonstration from Mike Crocker and he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail what products he had to offer and how they worked along with the price to service and to install. After meeting with Mike, we decided to go with Mr. Water. We purchased a dual chamber Vortech with a Fleck 5600 metered valve. We met him on Saturday and had it installed on the following Tuesday. Very professional and provided exactly what we paid for with no surprises or hidden cost. Since we got the catalytic carbon with the system, Mike advised that we do not need to purchase an additional carbon drinking water system under the kitchen sink. We are very happy with our choice, as the system works great and we no longer have the hard water in our pipes. We definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a water softener.

Needless to say, Mike himself did the install today and I can't tell you what a professional job he did. Mike came to the house right on time.The system not only works well but looks great! The job is spotless and he removed my old unit.I know this system will outperform and outlast any of the models those retailers try to push and you don't know who they contract to install the system.

Since Mr. Water had installed my system in 2005, I called Scott on his cell phone when I realized that my water softener was not functioning properly. The water had lost its "soft" characteristics and had started to form white deposits around the shower heads and faucets. Scott scheduled a visit for the very next day. He also remembered that he had installed my system, that it was 6 or 7 years old, and told me that it would probably need to have some parts replaced as well as new resin. He told me this over the phone, so I would not be surprised when I found out later that I may have to spend a few hundred dollars. He showed up for the appointment on time and went about an assessment of the situation. He discovered that worn out washers/bushings was causing the system to bypass the proper water treatment cycle. He replaced the worn out parts, replaced the resin in the tank, removed all the salt from the salt tank and cleaned the tank thoroughly. He also replaced a filter and a part in the shut off valve, so I would not have to call him back soon for another problem. He completed the job quickly, cleaned up after himself and gave me an invoice at a price which I had expected, based on our previous conversation. I was happy with this service in every respect and will call Mr. Water when I have water softener needs in the future.

Service performed timely and neatly. Have used Mr. Water for 4 years now--and they are the BEST! Friendly, Knowledgeable and considerate.

He showed us the gaskets that had broken down and needed to be replaced. He was very informative as well, helping us understand how to change settings, etc.

Excellent! Mr. Crocker took one look at my water softener system and knew exactly which parts I need to replace and which ones were still good. He even upgraded me the a "smart" control that measures the volume used. I was told by my old water softener service that I needed a whole new system and it would be $800 or so installed. Mr. Water saved me a lot of money and was extremely pleasant to work with.
