I called Mr. Water to come out and take a look at our water softener as it did not seem to be working correctly. Steve Crocker quickly came out, showed me that I had been using it wrong, and helped me get it back on the right track. Super service.

Outstanding customer service! I called Mr. Water to request an adjustment to my system (which they had installed about nine years ago); Mr. Steve Crocker came out to my house the day after New Year's Day and made the adjustment in less than a minute. He didn't charge a thing; saying it was all part of the service. Having them install my system back then was one of the best decisions I have made.

We had started to notice a smell in the water on occasion. Mike came out, added some treatment to the salt and instructed us on resetting the time on the iron and water system. Cost $82. We've had this system for 2 years. It's great. We don't have rust stains on anything anymore. Still very pleased with the system and service from Mr Water

Steve is meticulous and thorough. He cleaned out our water softener system and provided and changed out the carbon filter for the whole house filtration system. Steve is punctual, personable and Mr. Water's prices are extremely reasonable. I wish more companies had the same work ethic as Mr. Water. I would highly recommend Mr. Water not just for servicing the unit, but also for installation.

Had Vortex softener installed to remove chloramines and remove hardness. Michael and Steve are super. No high pressure sales, just good knowledge and price. Very happy with results from Mr Water.

We had Mr. Water install water softener and reverse osmosis systems in our house in 2005. They worked great and Mr. Water came out yearly to change the reverse osmosis system's filter and check the water softener. When our daughter bought a house in 2010 they installed hers. When we bought a house and moved in 2015, we bought another system from them. The service and products have always been great.

They did an excellent job as always. I use them every year.

This is an update. We have well water heavy with iron. We had a water/iron filter system installed. About 2 months ago we had new white sinks installed in the bathrooms. No iron stains on any of those sinks. We had iron stains on everything that the water touched. The water in our home is great. Thank you Mr. Water.

Scott was great on the phone prior to the visit. He answered all my questions and provided a very competitive price against the major competitors. During the install he was professional, knowledgeable and made sure the entire area was spotless when complete.

Mike came out promptly. Explained everything in full. Tested our water. Didn't try to up bill or sell us something we did not need. We excepted the bid and they'll be out with our new system.

Great, he run in to some problems with the water lines, which he fixed at no atdditional cost.

We had very hard water and were tired of the calcium deposits tearing up our appliances and plumbing in our 4 year old home. We called Mr. Water, set up an appointment and Mike Crocker came to give us a free estimate. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, time it would take and cost. He had an opening the next day and we agreed. He and his son Steve were punctual if not even a little early. They were personable, professional, and worked very hard in 90+ degree heat. They gave us great instructions on how everything worked so we would feel comfortable in using it. The cost was reasonable and there were no gimmicks like other companies I had called. We would hire again without hesitation!

Mr.Michael Crocker showed up, checked out everything, and said it was all in working order. He thought a salt bridge was the problem and hit the salt on top with his hand and it went down a little. We wanted to know how much we needed to pay him and all he wanted was gas money.

Extremely professional father and son came 1/2 hrs early had a mess to remove old unit lived up to everything they said when we originally spoke install went very well when they left area was cleaner than when they started great experience when they left they gave me names and numbers told me to call if any problems said they are available 24/7 if a problem arises

I had an absolutely great experience with this company. It's owned and operated by the Crocker family. Steve and his father Mike did the install and it went great. It took maybe 2 hours and it's been working perfect so far. I can't express enough how wonderful it was to deal with them. Very efficient and had one of the best quotes. I would absolutely recommend them to install your water softener.

I have used this company for over 20 Years. It is family owned and I see no reason to ever change as long as they are in business. Always on time, their fee increases over twenty plus years have been reasonable and they are just honest people and do efficient clean work. I only had my water filter changed this time but this was the company that installed it about six years ago and also in another house they installed a water softener and filter for me and serviced that over the years. Reliable.

Excellent service and work! I've been using Mr. Water for a long time and can recommend them highly! This call was no different. I had 8 people coming to my condo for Christmas and the leak occurred days before they arrived. They rushed right out to get me back in shape for company.

Mike took the time and had incredible patience explaining everything to me. I did a lot of research on line as to different units and valves and asked him why he preferred the valve he uses. I brought up some of the pros I read about from the online research I did and he said he would install any valve I wanted, but recommended the Fleck 5600 based on their long history with them. I really appreciate that he was agnostic to the brand and would install whatever I wanted. I ended up going with his recommendation because I really didn't need a fancy digital read out since it is really set it and forget it. Mike and his son Steve showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Again, he took the time to explain how the entire unit works. We have soft and filtered water and couldn't be happier. Do your research if you want, but trust me, you will end up choosing Mr. Water in the end so save your time and leverage the research I did.
