It had the best pricing, really good service, and just very good customer relations.

My wife and I were very happy with the service we received from Mr. Water. We have extremely hard water at our home, and were in need of a solution. Unlike other companies we spoke to, Mr. Water listened to our issue and recommended a solution that fit our needs and budget. He did not try to sell us other expensive products we didn't need nor asked for. We received a quality water softener at a fair price. We have had the softener installed for approximately 7 months, and are extremely happy with the purchase. We no longer have gunk all over our dishes, glasses, and appliances. The softener has been easy to maintain and works very well.

Job went great Michael is very knowledgable diagnosed problem and fixed my water softener instead of trying to sell me a new one.

He was very ethical and could have sold me a new softener but he did not and repaired my old one. He did a wonderful job, the price was very fair and he was very timely.

Michael and his son Steve came out the day after I called for an appointment. They arrived punctually and gave a thorough presentation on how the unit would work. They then went into the garage, exterior and attic area to determine the best method of installation. Only after thoroughly checking this out did they give me the estimate. I told them I would like them to do the work and they scheduled it for the very next day at 9:00. I asked during the presentation how long they estimated the installation to take and they said about three hours. Sure enough, just slightly short of that, they said they were finished. They gave me an overview of the operation of the system and explained that while the cold water would immediately be softened and conditioned, the hot would take a couple of days, during which time the water heater would empty itself of the existing hard water and be replaced with the new conditioned water. They were nice, professional and very personable. Can't say enough good things about them.

We set up an appointment with the company, and they were very accommodating to our schedule. It's a small family-owned company, and Scott came out to explain the system and options to us. We had talked to several companies, and by far he was the most professional and informative. We were glad that their prices were also relatively reasonable, so we decided to work with them. We had some scheduling issues with travel on our side, and the company worked with our changing schedule. We asked that the equipment be installed in an inconspicuous location around back of the house resulting in a more challenging installation. Yet there wasn't a whisper of complaint. They were 100% accommodating to our needs. Scott explained the technology to us before he left. A couple of weeks later we discovered that we wanted our water to be a little less soft than the typical settings. When we couldn't figure out the manual, Scott went through how to configure the system. And then he came out to check and adjust it himself.

Michael Crocker is proficient, professional, honest and knowledgeable about his products and how to install them. His prices are reasonable and he arrives on time, gets the job done, is friendly and I highly recommend him.

All I can say is that they did a phenomenal job. They were professional, and honest. 100% recommend Michael and son.

I cannot say enough about how much this company has helped us. We have a new house. For five years I have called I don't know how many different companies due to the smell and taste of our well water. This guy came out here with a new device for $1500 and the water is perfect. It took the smell, taste and rust away that had ruined all our appliances, faucets and camodes. It doesn't require any maintenance and the job was done within two hours.

We received a few quotes on the service, but Scott came out and gave a fair price, and sold me on the service their family is able to offer. I felt much better knowing the person installing and servicing the unit has a vested interest and isn't just some some guy they hire off the street. I have a crazy schedule, and Scott did a great job working with me and finding a time to come in and do the install. He was always on time, and went above and beyond to explain how everything works. We had a minor problem with the unit that Scott found while doing the initial install, and he set me up the next morning to come out and fix it. He did more to correct that issue timely and completely than any other service provider I work with. All systems were quickly up and running, and we love the change in water and the taste of the RO system. I know that any other friends or neighbors looking for a system will get their number from me right away.

Scott was very pleasant and explained everything he was going to do and the cost before doing the work, so there were no surprises. He was great to work with. We are very happy with all of the repairs and will definitely use him again!

I did extensive research on water conditioning /softeners because my old system (that I bought from a big box store many years ago) was no longer working. I had four different companies come to my home and show me their system and go over price, installation, and warranty information. I chose Mr. Water because they received great reviews on Angie's list and were the lowest price with the best warranty. This is a family business and they made me feel very comfortable. It was obvious that they take pride in their product and service. Scott arrived on time for both the sales meeting and the installation. He was very professional and courteous. I received a detailed written quote and there was never any pressure to buy their product. I called a few days later to ask a few questions and scheduled the installation for the following week. Scott told me there would be an additional fee of $50.00 to connect the RO system to the refrigerator/freezer (for additional time and supplies). I thought that was fair and agreed. Scott and his brother installed the equipment on the appointment day and time (even arrived a little early). The did a wonderful job! They took time and care to be neat, clean, and careful with my belongings in the kitchen and the garage. The installation took a little over 5 hours and when they were finished, Scott went over everything I needed to know about the equipment and left me with an owner's manual. He informed me that I can call anytime if there is any problems or if I just have a question (they work even on weekends). The best part was that when I wrote him the check he told me not to worry about the extra $50.00 because it didn't take as long as he thought it would to connect to RO to the refrigerator! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new system or just repairs on an old system they already own!

Water softener working perfectly!

I could not be not be happier with our new water softener. After contacting several companies for estimates, I choose Mr. Water and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a water softener. First, it was so nice to work with a small family company that I immediately felt like I could trust. Second, their price was very competitive. Third, they were willing to do a great deal of extra plumbing to place the softener where I wanted it. Everything went perfect, and I really felt like their only concern was me having great tasting, soft water for years to come. Thank you, Mr. Water!

Returned for maintenance check and to address what I perceived to be a problem. The equipment merely needed the knowledge of the representative of MR WATER, Scott, and it is fine now. It had been a year since their first call to my residence. I liked them a year ago on their first visit and I will absolutely continue to use their services in the future. Scott was indeed punctual, very knowledgeable of the product and what needed to be done AND, neat and tidy in his work processes.

Scott provided me with a quote for the softener/conditioner without any high pressure sales action. He explained the system as to its capabilities and warranty. I ordered the equipment for an install in a week (the date was my choosing). No payment was requested until the equipment was installed and instruction on how to operate and maintain the installation. The day of the install, Scott called ahead and arrived shortly thereafter. Scott installed the equipment by himself over the span of 3 to 4 hours. The installation was professional and clean up was to my satisfaction. He provided me an overview of the system and how to maintain it. I' ve now had the equipment a few days and can clearly see the difference. Dishes come out of the dishwasher sparkling clean, soap lathers easier and my wife says her hair is better now than before. I am pleased we added the softener/conditioner and can't imagine an easier process (from my perspective) to obtaining improved water conditions.

Mike Crocker owner of Mr. Water has been taking care of our water softener needs since 1998. We have purchased new systems from him and have had systems repaired by him. I have always received the best from him or I would not have remained a customer all these years. He delivers excellent customer service. A wise man (my dad) once told me in his day a person such as a cabinet maker would be so proud of the work they did that they would carve their name in the finished product. Based on the quality of work Mr. Crocker does, he could proudly carve his name on his finished product.

We have an Everpure water filter under our kitchen sink and when I replaced the filter the fittings on the top of the filter started to leak. I spoke to Michael over the phone and he walked me through what I could do to repair the problem but I didn't know where to purchase new fittings. In any event, I wanted to have the problem solved quickly and not have any issues with Thanksgiving coming up. Michael was very flexible and was out to Palm Harbor and solved the problem in no time flat and we now have nice new brass fittings that don't leak! He was very professional and courteous to my wife. All in all a good experience.

After receiving demonstrations and quotes from various water treatment companies, I decided Mr. Water's conditioning system fit my needs the best. Factors that were considered when choosing a company to install my water conditioning system included price, reviews of the company, size of unit, and warranty. Mike and Scott installed the unit in my condo unit. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. The installation took about three hours. Both Mike and Scott explained the maintanance on the unit. For a week following installation there was a yellow tint in the water. Over time the yellow tint eventually disappeared. Having a water system in Florida is a MUST. I would highly recommend using Mr. Water for any water treatment needs.

They were nice people and a family run business, which i prefer to support. The sales and recommended solution part of our interaction was pleasant with none of the aggressive nonsense other providers tried. The product quality and pricing was fair and within our budget. The only downside of the interaction is that they seem to be a very small business, so when we had a service issue it was somewhat difficult to get resolved. Mr. Water wasnt trying to stiff us on correcting the problem, but rather it just took awhile for them to respond to our service needs. Eventually we got everything worked out and the unit is functioning fine, but what separates a great company from just an average company, is the follow up service. in this area, Mr. Water, in our personal experience, was disappointing.

Living in Florida with the hard water and an older house with lead pipes, my wife and I decided that we needed a water softener to combat the hard water damaging our copper pipes any further than they already are. After much research of types of water softeners and their positives and negatives of each, we decided that salt brine to be the best for what we needed. Then came the task of attempting to decide who sold the best salt brine water softener that was reliable and not costly to maintain and at the best cost that we could find. We thought that we were going to select Kinetico water system and had the representative at our home for the presentation. It appeared that it was the top of the line in salt brine water softeners. We were very impressed with the presentation and were ready to decide to purchase the Kinetico water system for $4,350.00. Then we checked Angie?s List for Superior Water Conditioning, Inc. (the only Kinetico dealer in my area) and discovered the hidden cost of the Kinetico units. Since Kinetico makes their own valve (which is very nice since no mechanical moving parts) they determine the price for replacement of these and you can only purchase them from the one and only Kinetico dealer in your area and only a Kinetico area representative can service your Kinetico unit with no price competition. That is when we discovered Mr. Water on Angie?s List. We were very impressed with the comments and reviews of Mr.Water, but concerned that if his water softener would be even close to as good as the expensive Kinetico? Mr. Water (Mike) came to our house for a presentation of what his company has to offer and why they decided to sell this product. Mike was very personable and knowledgeable about water conditioning. He offered us a Dual Chamber Vortex Water Conditioner with a Fleck 5600 metered valve with a catalytic carbon on top with high capacity resin in bottom with a 18" round salt brine tank for only $1,500.00 installed. My wife and I decided to go with Mr. Water and the unit was installed the following week. We are very happy that we decided to go with Mr. Water and we saved much money in the process. We would highly recommend Mike at Mr. Water and his family owned business.

Was offered a water softening system from another family member who was getting a new system. The system had originally been installed by Mr. Water and my family member was impressed with them at that time, so recommended them to us. Arrangements were made for Mr. Water to disconnect and transport the system from my family members location to our home and to connect it at our home. Scott and Mike arrived on time (actually, even a little early!) at the first location and did a nice, neat job of the disconnect. They arrived on time to the second location, our home, and discussed and explained installation in detail with us. They did a terrific job of installing the system where another filtering system had been prior, including doing some revisions to the piping so that it didn't stick out too far from the side of the garage where it's located (this is inside the garage). Both of them seemed extremely knowledgeable and were excellent at explaining all details of operation, maintenance, etc. - VERY professional and pleasant, too! Cleaned everything up beautifully - but for the new softening system you would not have known anyone had been there! In summary, we were extremely pleased with their service and professional demeanor and would certainly highly recommend them - and we plan to use them again for a reverse osmosis system when we remodel our kitchen!
