Description of Work: Scott called me within minutes of leaving a message. Made it out to look at my Water Softener the same day and was able to make the repair. Prior we called the pampering plumber who was unable to fix even though they were the ones to install the softener in 2012.

Description of Work: The gentlemen did not seem to understand the issue I was having and kept talking about my well which wasn't the issue. When I set the appointment over the phone he asked me if I was sure I wanted him to come out as if he wasn't sure he wanted to take my appointment. I have a leaking pipe under my house so I needed someone to come out and at least diagnose it. He came out dressed up and never had any intentions to do the pipe work and told my girlfriend it was more of an issue than he was expecting and he would have to come back out. He then proceeded to encourage us to dig up the dirt around the pipe as if he didn't want to have to do that part. I never called him back and never will. IT was a COMPLETE waste of time. I have no idea how he is still in business. Furthermore, I joined Angie's list in the hopes of finding a reliable person to a) work on my well and b) fix my pipe issue. I found neither and am not sure if I will use Angie's list again.

Description of Work: They installed a whole house water filter\softener. The same men who came to talk to us about the system were the ones who installed it. They were professional, punctual and took pride in they're work.

Other companies told us we had to replace the whole system and also needed the help of a plumber for our pipes. I would highly recommend Mr. Water and the services they provide to anyone who is need of a honest company to do business with.
