MIke came to the house to assess the situation with our inoperable water softener. He also took a look at our water filtration system (at my request). He came back with a solution that was better than I expected -- at a more-than-fair price. He was able to come back later that week with his son to do the installation. They were punctual and delivered more than they promised. I'm very pleased with the result.

Called Mr. Water and within 4 days Scott came out to examine our system. He suggested re-bedding the carbon and softener tanks, replacing the two control valves, replacing the chlorine pump, and adding a 120 gallon retention tank to give the chlorine a chance to kill bacteria in the water. After about 4 days he gave us a quote of $1900 to do the job. I priced all of the equipment he bid and determined this was a good price with labor. After I gave him the OK, he started work in about 3 days. The subcontractor Chuck that did the plumbing was very knowledgeable and took time to do the installation right. In addition to re-bedding the softener tanks, they installed two new Autotrol 255 clock control valves with bypass, one UNIDOSE 30 GPD chemical feed pump to inject chlorine, and one 120 gallon fiberglass retention tank with all necessary piping and fittings. One year warranty on the chemical pump, one year on labor and 5 years on the Autotrol valves. Once the installation was complete and the new system brought into operation, the water in the house cleared and the smell was gone. The system worked.

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and tried to help the best he could. He also recommended a timer that would monitor the water for us so that we wouldn't be using more water than we needed. I found Mike to be very professional and honest and I was very happy to find someone that can help me with my water conditioner problems in the future. By the way, since he wasn't able to solve my problem (because I didn't have a water conditioner problem) he didn't even charge me for the service call. He just found a future customer.

They were responsive to our phone calls. They showed up at the time they said they would and they did what they said they would do. They cleaned up and explained what they did.

Came out the same day I called them. Checked the preinstalled loop and discussed the different options. After we settled on a system and a price they came back two days later and installed the system. Works great. Easy process from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them.

They both helped in all sorts of ways, with pragmatic ideas on how to service the system. I would be more than delighted to give this company the very best rating one could get. He was good, on time and personable. When I called him he answered the phone promptly, came out the next day, stayed in touch with me consistently, and taught and helped me drain my water heater which wasn't even part of my request. I've already decided to use him to install a 2nd system.

Met Mr. & Mrs. Crocker (owners of Mr. Water) at homeshow booth. Their product was the best price at the homeshow and after checking the company on Angie's List I decided to have them install the water softner. Since the installation two years ago I have had one minor problem that Mr. Crocker personally corrected at no charge. Best price, excellent product, no problems - I highly recommend Mr. Water!

I found Mr. Water on Angie's List, Mike Crocker (owner) arrived on time and immediately went to work. I have Aloha water and and spend many months out of town. Our hot water has a strong sulfur smell which Mike recognized upon entering. Before we discussed ANYTHING he announced "I can fix this" went out to the truck and returned with a wrench. Mike removed a pipe leading to the hot water tank, drained sludge explaining as he went along. Mike examined our old water softener and said it did not need to be replaced completely but suggested updating and replacing only the meter and resin. Mike also re-plumbed the water softener replacing corroded copper with CPVC. At our request Mike also installed a four stage reverse osmosis system. Mike was professional, neat and exact with his work. He went well above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.

We had some trouble getting the system to work initially, but they got it working after about 4-5 tries. I feel this speaks highly of their customer service. He did a really good job of sticking with it until it was resolved. I feel they are an honest company.

We were very satisfied with the project and enjoy our soft water and pure drinking water. It was done exactly when promised at the price stated, which was competitive with the other estimates obtained. The Crockers were nice people to have in the house.

Mr. Crocker arrived on time to the minute. He was very professional, courteous, and most of very knowledgeable on water conditioners in general and had done his homework on mine in particular. I had 2 previous bad experiences on this unit with someone else. So having someone come in and start explaining things to me right away in terms that I could understand made me feel like wow he's really good!

They were right on time for both, providing an estimate and for installation. There were no problems and the workmanship was very professional. The installers were very courteous and left the work site very clean.

They were very clear in their instructions, and in the description of their product. They came 2 or 3 times to the house to figure out how to connect the system. Their price is very fair.

HERE IS A FATHER-SON TEAM THAT IS VERY HONEST AND UP FRONT ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY DO. QUITE PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. TOOK ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR THE INSTALLATION BECAUSE THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING CAREFULLY AND WERE METICULOUS IN INSTALLATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY SHOWED WHEN THEY PROMISED, DID THEIR WORK NEATLY AND EFFECTIVELY, THANKED ME FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. BOTH MR CROCKER AND HIS SON WERE HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL THROUGHOUT. WHEN POSSIBLE, I PREFER TO DO BUSINESS WITH A LOCAL, FAMILY RUN COMPANY. GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.
