Scott and Michael did an excellent job at a reasonable price. We would definitely use the company again.

I got the company's detail from Angies list and called Scott. He came to our house and explained in detail about all the options. After all the questions were answered I decided to go with softener and drinking water purifier. Scott came with his dad on the day of installation. The work was MORE than clean and perfect !! I was not at home during the installation. Therefore I had to call Scott on several occasions with some questions. One day I even asked him to come to our house to go over the little things again. He came promptly and explained all the little things to me patiently (no service charge). He is extremely professional and more over- really a nice man. I believe no one could go wrong by choosing Mr. Water company for water softener service. Remember, this is a family run company and we felt that every step during the process. It was an extremely pleasant experince for us.

I would recommend them to others. I would use them in the future.

They listened to what I had, they were very prompt once I signed a contract, and the work they did was really good. They explained that once it was installed it would take a couple of days for the water to be clean. They were very easy to talk to and did a fantastic job.

Met Mr. Water at a home show at Tropicana Field. Scheduled an estimate. Showed up on time. the estimate was reasonable and we accepted the bid. Shortly afterwards Mr. Water & Son, came and installed the unit. Everyting working fine.

A friend highly recommended Mr. Water stating that his work was done in a professional, courteous and timely maner. I checked Angies List to see if Mr. Water was listed here and sure enough they were. And they were highly rated. I called for an estimate and scheduled an in-home visit for the next day. Mike arrived right on time and explained the options available and the purpose of each in an easy to understand way, with a brochure and pictures that anyone could understand. I decided on the system I wanted and was quoted a price. When I mentioned that I found his company on Angies List, Mike smiled and immediately reduced the price by $50.00 just as was stated on Angies List. I asked Mike if my sprinkler system would be using soft water as well as the house water. He explained that they would install the piping so as not to treat the water that was going to the sprinkler system. This saves money on salt used to soften the water. I liked that idea. I didn't want the system taking up space in the garage, so Mike said it was ok to install the systen outside and out of the way, next to the airconditioner unit and out of plain view. The installation went flawlessly at the agreed upon time. The piping was laid underground so that there was no change in landscape appearance. Once the installation was complete, the operation was explained in detail. Servicing the unit seems easy enough for any homeowner to accomplish, however Mr. Water will come out and perform any service required if the homeowner chooses not to do it him or herself. That means a lot in a retirement community like ours. Many of us don't get around like we used to. After the unit was installed and we had a chance to experience the benefits of softer water, we found that we use less soap in the clothes washer and are now able to use shorter washing cycles and therefore less water. We have noted that the wash cloth lathers up much better with soap and I feel cleaner steping out of the shower now. The dishwasher seems to do a better job on the dishes, glasses and pots and pans with less spotting. I give Mr. Water 5 STARS, and would recommend them highly.

Our first contact with Mr. Water was on the phone with Kay. She was very pleasant and professional, scheduling an appointment for Scott to come out to our home in a timely manner. Scott came to our home to provide an estimate. In doing so he thoroughly explained the different types of water softeners available and the pros & cons associated with each, enabling us to make an informed decision. We did some research on line that matched what Scott told us. There was no pressure to choose one system over another, or even to purchase at all. He and his father then came out to install a Dual Media Vortech conditioner, complete and ready to use. They accidentally punctured a sprinkler line that we discovered the next day. Scott came out immediately upon our call to repair the sprinkler line. Eight months later, we continue to be completely satisfied. Excellent service, reinforcing why we like to support local small businesses.

He was very nice. I did like him. He had a problem with the system and instead of having to buy a whole new replacement he rebuilt the one I had. That saved me a lot of money. He was very punctual. Everything worked out well. There was one small problem and he had to call someone to help him but he came right away. It just took more than one person to do the job.

Mike is very professional. He comes well dressed, on time, knowledgeable, and ready to do the job he is hired to do. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

This was a very agreeable experience considering that this company did not originally install system. Michael diagnosed the problem and did the necessary adjustments at a very reasonable rate. Would be sure to use this company again for any future problems.

Mr Crocker was such a nice guy to deal with. He was very punctual and completed the job in a few hours. Everything worked fine and the difference in the water is noticeable when you take a shower

Scott came on 12/19/11 to give us a price and full description. He was informative and able to get us set-up for installation asap.Even though he was going on vacation for the holidays he assured us that all would be done by his Dad and brother. He gave us an appt time and everything was finished and explained in less then 2 hours. New valves were included in the price which was nice because ours had been painted over. The tank is big but fits very well next to the hot water heater. By the time they left we felt like we had known them for years.

Did a good job,thought they should have given 10% for angies list members instead of $50 dollars off. They put in pvc pipe and added an extra line for a hose. Also made it so the sprinker system would use hard water only. Only complaint I found some rocks in places I shouldn't of, from when they buried the system. Michael Crocker was particularly helpful thoughtout the process.

This is a father/son company. They are very responsive. I had an issue with installation regarding the existing custom steel case. The new unit was not installed to fit within the existing case. Scott came out and promptly dug up the system resetting it so it fit within the case. We had one other issue with salty tasting water which was resolved immediately. This system is not as good as the original Kinetco system but it was much less expensive and works very well for the price. Scott returns all phone calls immediately and came out within 24 hours.

He came two days later with a new system which he installed in 2 hours!!!

Scott gave me an estimate and described the system they would install. I was pleased with the information and contracted with them to install. They came as scheduled, performed the work with which I was very satisfied. I had another estimate which turned out to be quite a bit less (I was offered a rebate), but their system had a mixed media filter compared to the separate carbon/resin filter offered by Mr. Water.

Mr. Crocker (or better known as Mr. Water) fixed my water softener and was very fair and honest. The repair needed was minor and the quick education about softeners was helpful for me as a home owner. He also offered me an upgraded device to help control the use of the salt and what the cost would be. What I liked about the offer was twofold - First I am aware of what to do if my salt usages goes up and what budget to plan for - Second, Mr. Crocker didn't try and over sell it or push me to do or worse, he did not try and lie or use scare tactics that others have tried and pushing me some sort of upgrade. The reason I even called him was due to a great article in the last issue of Angie's List Magazine. His reputation convinced me to call him. I still remember how an electrician that seemed legitimate over-charged me for what was a very simple and inexpensive repair. I had no way of complaining or letting others know about my bad experience. I pretty much swear by Angie's List and again had no worries when I called Mr. Water to repair my water softener.

Very knowledgeable, polite, prompt and helpful. No pressure sales at all! Great product and great service. Scott gave us our estimate and gave us many options that would work for our home and allowing us to choose what we needed. We chose a 2 tank system with additional carbon filter for chlorine/chloramines. He installed a hard water bypass valve so we can switch to hard water to run through a hose when putting water in the pool or using on plants etc. He came and installed the entire system and showed my son how to use it. It has been working beautifully! No more cloudy dishes out of the dishwasher. No spots on shower doors. Using a lot less dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent & less shampoo. We love the new system and will recommend Scott to everyone.

Called last week to see if they could evaluate my water softener... it was not repairable, they came this week to replace it. Very happy with their service.

I called on a Monday afternoon to arrange for the purchase & installation. Kay the office manager (& Mike's wife) was very nice & had Mike call me back to arrange for the installation. We decided that Wednesday morning at 9 am before the heat set in would be great for both of us. Mike & his son Scott showed up prompty at 9 am. They prepped the existing location for the install which consisted of digging up the water line prior to it entering the house and also digging a hole for the conditioner tank since it stood 54" tall. Despite the heat, Mike & Scott did a thorough and professional install in a couple of hours. the softener & carbon filter system are working great & I'm no free of buying anymore bottled water as well as getting all the other great benefits of softened & filtered water. having lived all over the US, Florida water is by far the worst (so far) for hardness, mineral build up on everything, and crummy taste. A water softener has turned into a "must have' appliance. thanks - Mike & Scott.

Scott installed a whole house water softener and a reverse osmosis system in my home. He is very professional, prompt, and polite. I am very pleased with both systems and recommend him without reservation. This company will also do yearly maintenance on your reverse osmosis system (change filter) for a small fee.

I had a water softener system and a reverse osmosis purification system installed by Mike Crocker in Feb 2006. I paid $1270 for the two together and feel I got a great value. Mike has changed the filters on the RO system annually, exactly as he promised. I never buy bottled water, and refill containers, and use the RO water for cooking. I wish I'd installed both when I first bought this house. The softener has made a huge difference in my dishes/glasses, which were extremely cloudy, and also helped with laundry, shower glass, etc. Mr. Water is extremely professional, prompt, and helpful, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Scott was on time, friendly and professional. He tested the water, replaced the filters and even some of the connectors. Will definetly recommend.Great Job!!

Called them up for a qoute on a water softener system for my house. They came by and gave me a qoute that was reasonable and explained everything very well. We set up a install date and they came and did the work very proffesionally. Clean and Neat. They were not pushy at all, like most water softener companies that got qoutes from. Great "Mom & Pop" to deal with.

I wanted to work with a new water softener company and looked up the ratings in Angie's List and gave Mr. Water a call. Mike has a wonderful attitude and is a soft-sell. He was informative with his information and pamphlets and helped me come to a good decision. He was prompt and had the system within a few days from our initial phone call and visit. He did this job alone. It's been a month since I've had the system installed and it works wonderfully. I am very happy.
