Description of Work: This company replaced my hot water heater.

Description of Work: I set up an appointment with Scott Russell (owner) to have one of his plumbers repair the kitchen faucet in our rental property. The appointment was for 09:30 and the plumber arrived at the agreed time. The problem with the faucet was twofold. First, the water was not coming out hot enough for cleaning. Second, there was a noise in the pipes when the faucet was turned on. The plumber disassembled the faucet, found the source of the problem and then called me. Since the part was proprietary, he dd not carry it on his truck. So, I ordered the part online.

Description of Work: I phoned them from out of state and explained my problem, they were on it immediately! Their work was thorough and they explained what they would be doing. Very Professional!

Description of Work: PVC Pipe coming into house was leaking from pinholes and hose hookup (shutoff) was not completely turning off. Scott came and fixed leak and replaced hose shutoff valve.

Description of Work: REMOVED TOILET AND REPLACED WAX RING AND REINSTALLED TOILET.

Description of Work: We have had issues with our toilet backing up as well as the shower. A lot of very loud noise coming from the sink when the washer was on. Jimmy was here within an hour of my call. He was very professional and neat. He gave me options and I decided to go with snaking all the vents on our roof. He rechecked every faucet and verified that the water flowed freely.

Description of Work: I called and spoke to the owner Scott Russell about getting a ball park estimate over the phone on installing a small do it yourself water softner , which was a plug in unit so there was no wiring involved. I gave him the linear feet that he would need to run pipe to my main waterline from the unit and also that he would need to drill through the outside concrete block garage wall & the width and thickness of a small sidewalk he would need to tunnel under . He gave me a good price of $250 or less and we made an appointment to have HIM do the work , he even told me how long it would take him. The day came, and when he was 30 minutes late he called to say he couldn't make it that he would come the next day. The next day came and ONCE AGAIN 30 minutes after the appointed time and no plumber & no phone call, I called to see what was wrong, Scott told me he was sending a worker & that the guy must be lost... finally 30 minutes later here comes the worker. First off he told me he couldn't do the job that day & would need to reschedule, then he gives me a price of , not $250 which I had been quoted by the owner after giving info in great detail, but a price of $475. When I told him the owner had told me $250 or less, he called & then told me he had spoke to the owner who now was saying $475 was the best they could do. The excuse the worker gave me for such a difference in price was that Scott "always tries to do several things at once such as talking to clients while using his computer or doing paperwork , so he probably wasn't paying attention while he was talking to you." In the end I hired someone who was a single father who could use the money at Christmas time , who worked for a different co. on Angie's list . He was smart enough to see he could stack the 2 small copper pipes & place them above the walkway up against the wall of the house where the threshold of the door is higher than the walk way, saving time and trouble & a mess , plus I paid only $300. For 25 years I have run a business and I would NEVER not honor a price I gave someone, even if it meant I would lose some money. Being dependable and honoring your word in business is always more important than money ....that is if you are a person of integrity.

Description of Work: We used Free-Flow Plumbing Inc for plumbing services. We last used his services within the last three weeks. My sister was coming and therefore in our guest bathroom we needed to change the fixtures in the bath tub like the faucets, shower head and all that stuff. So he did that for us.

Description of Work: We called in the morning and had the new water heater installed by the afternoon.

Description of Work: We called and left a message. Within 15 minutes, our call was returned and Scott said he would be here within the hour. He arrived on time and put on shoe booties before entering the house. He knew exactly what the problem was from our call but checked it out to make sure. He had the parts on the truck and had the repair made within 15 minutes. He was very knowledgable about the faucet he was repairing.

Description of Work: Bathtub and sink were not draining well. Scott removed hair clogs and explained how we could do it ourselves in the future. Also chaned a part on a toilet that was was not draining well.

Description of Work: Repair leaking copper pipe in bathroom, fix garbage disposal, unclog bathtub drain

Description of Work: Installed a new garbage disposer. I had a slow, dripping leak from the old one. Being eleven years old, it was not worth it to repair it.

Description of Work: Repaired my hose bibs.

Description of Work: A pipe broke somewhere in our concrete pad. Given the age of the home it was a better decision to replumb the house rather than spend the money to locate and repair the leak.

Description of Work: Scott was hired to replace the hot water heater. When he arrived he first checked the electricity to the old heater and found that there was no current at the heater. So rather than replace the old hot water heater, he recommended that we call an electrician to fix the electrical problem. He could have replaced the hot water heater and lead us on to believe that it needed to be replaced, but his ethics showed through again.

Description of Work: Scott replaced our old external pipes, from the exterior of the house about 130ft to the city sewer line. He dug a 6 ft wide trench in the back yard to do this, and replaced old galvanized pipes with PVC pipes, including proper cleanouts to bring the system to code.
