It went really well. George who came out was really professional, did a great and prompt job for us.

They came out and did the job. He was fast and polite. He called to let me know that he was going to be a little late and I appreciated that.

I sought quotes from 5 different plumbers, only Free-Flow called back that day. They came to check out plumbing needs and needed to track down the proper drain fitting. They came back two days later and performed services, charging only for labor and parts despite their extra effort to find the right part. Plumbers were professional and mostly punctual (came at 10 instead of 9, though they did call). They even helped me change a kitchen faucet and didn't charge me! I will definitely use them in the future if needed!

They were very punctual. They got rid of the old hot water heater and installed a new electric one. They did an excellent job.

Both visits were right on time. We were called prior to arrival for the visits. We didn't know we needed a garbage disposal until they showed us the puddle of water under the sink and the rusted disposal. All four outdoor faucets (over 20 years old) were leaking and we had them replace. Two were soldered. All work was completed in a timely manner. We feel the cost of the repairs and installs were very reasonable and we felt that our water bills in the future will be greatly reduced. We have owned the home as a rental since 1997, and have just moved to this home as a downsizing from our previous home at 16212 Pinerock Dr, Tampa, FL 33624.

I will be short and to the point. He did an awesome job! As for price - extremely fair, would give it an A++ if available. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing service.

I was at my Chicago home when I received a call from my girlfriend that the ceiling above the shower in my Tampa home was damp and dripping water. I called Frfee-Flow plumbing, and they came out to see what was wrong. The serviceman said that the showerhead was cracked. As we had another one, he simply replaced it with the new one. He only charged me $40.50 for the repair, I was very grateful. I thought of how, sinceI was not there, he could have made up some other, more expensive reason for the ceiling moisture. Instead, he simply fixed what was wrong. I am very impressed with Free-Flow Plumbing.

He was called to check what his charge was for coming out to give us an estimate. The reason we were concerned with charges for coming out to give estimates is because we have been hosed before. He said there was no charge and if were agreeable he could make the repairs at that time. If we were not there was no charge. We were agreeable and he made the repairs and was done in reasonable time so that we could turn on the main water supply to the house.

They fixed the pipe, but they had to jackhammer through the concrete floor to do so. This caused sand and debris to get into the pipes. They came back to clean out the faucets, but they didn't do a complete job, they are still not right.

I checked with Angie's List for a plumber and chose Free-Flow Plumbing because of their good reviews. Scott was at my rental in about an hour and found a pinhole in the copper pipe in the wall between the bathroom and laundry room, which he repaired. He also recommended a company for the water damage clean up and they were there this morning too starting the clean up. Thanks to the quick action of Scott, the owner of Free-Flow, damage has been kept to a minimum. I would highly recommend Free-Flow Plumbing to anyone who would ask.

He came when he said he would. Went into bathroom and told me the problems. I said go ahead and fix them all. He did that, and it cost less than I thought it would.

I had a leak inside one of the shower faucets and I had asked for Free Flow to come and change the faucet and shower head. George was the name of the worker. He arrived and was very friendly, courteous, and whenever I or my wife would ask a question, he was very considerate to let us know what we needed to know. Upon further inspection and a thorough explanation, we discovered that what I wanted done would require much more work than anticipated. George explained that he could change the cartridge inside the faucet or with his recommendation, use a different type of faucet and shower head than the one I purchased from Home Depot (the Home Depot item was much higher priced than the one that George was able to get through his distributor). Afterwards, I had George change the other shower faucet cartridge in our guest bathroom. He also replaced our outdoor faucets and repaired one of our toilet seals. He did all of this with our approval. We then talked to him about replacing our water heater as we knew that it was getting old. He said he could call his boss and find out what the schedule was like. If there was time, he would do that in the same visit as well. When Scot, the owner, said he would take care of the rest of George's schedule, George went to his distributor and got our new water heater. After all of the chores were completed, I was really impressed at how he cleaned up after himself. This is a first for us in regards to plumbers. After doing all of the work, George was able to also give us some counsel on what to do with the remodeling of our kitchen sink and making some additions. We will use Free Flow for this project in the future. The total could have been much higher for the job, but they gave to us (as Angie List members) a discount. Normally it would have been 10%, but on this occasion, they gave us over $300 in discounts. Their demeanor, courtesy, and cleanliness will have us recommend them to those we know need a plumber and we will use them again. Angie's List - you hit a home run on this one!

The services performed were to determine issue with shower faucets that had very low pressure. They looked at all faucets in the house, cleaned out some faucets to improve flow, and found that the shower faucets were the cause of the issue. So we replaced both. Now, the shower faucets work as expected. Also, they fixed a toilet flange which appeared to be broken from prior owner. They were very professional. They checked their work when they were done. Overall, they did an excellent job!

Installed a heat on demand water heater, fixed small leak in bathroom, and plumbed an outside wash basin. Geroge kept areas clean, and was very courteous.

We had contacted another plumbing company, that seemed to have a hard time showing up. We then checked Angie's list. The wonderful reviews for "Free-Flow Plumbing" were true. We had called Scott on a Tuesday, he was out here Wednesday morning with his estimate, we hired him, and he started the work on Thursday, permit in hand, finishing the entire job Friday. We could hardly believe his promptness, his professionalism, his knowledge, and the care that he showed. The other gentleman that partners with Scott has all of the same qualities. They had a lot of work ahead of them, and didn't stop until dusk on Thursday until the long trench was hand dug, the drain pipe installed, so the inspector could be there Friday morning to approve it, and finished the all the work by mid afternoon on that Friday. His price was more than fair, for the intense amount of work they had to do. They had also filled the trench back in for us, and made sure that they cleaned up any mess that they had to make, to do their job. Very clean. If we ever need any plumbing work done again, from a dripping faucet, to a major plumbing project, we would definitely hire Scott. Yes, he is that good, and worth every cent spent. We highly recommend "Free-Flow Plumbing".

The tech, George, was professional,knowledgeable and freindly. He was very neat in cuttting dyrwall away to repair shower valves. This resulted in the repair of the drywall to be simple. I would strongly recoomend this company for your plumbing needs.

Overall the communication and service was excellent. They responded timely and were punctual. The Technician, George assigned to the call was knowledgable. Informed me of what he thought the problem was and went to work repairing it. He was very thoughtful when entering the house. He was organized by having all his equipment with him and cleaned up after the repair was completed. Very pleased with the service and will hire them again.

The pipe behind the wall between our bathroom and bedroom broke 2 days before we went on vacation. Sent in emails to several vendors, but Scott was the only one responded. He called and said he would be over in an hour - he showed up less than what he told us, and fixed the problem in just about an hour. His pricing was really reasonable, we surely impressed with his professionalism and the way he conducted his business. Will surely use him again when we redo the kitchen and bathroom.

After trying to repair our kitchen faucet, Scott said that the faucet needed an O-ring that was proprietary. He did not have access to getting this O-ring. I then authorized him to purchase and install a new upgraded Moen kitchen faucet that had a life time warranty. Scott installed the new faucet and our tenants were very pleased with its quality and performance.

Overall it was a positive experience. We learned how important it is to service & replace as needed for an old water softener.

Scott is always extremely helpful, efficient and honest. He gets the work done right the first time, and we can trust him to give us a fair price everytime. We have used Free Flow plumbing several times at two different homes, and we have always had excellent service and dependable work each time.

They discovered my water softener was deteriorating and was sending debris through my pipes. They did a fine job and I have no complaints with the service. The price was much cheaper than I expected.

Our experience was not too good. The faucet was not very long. We were not too pleased with them. We ended up using someone else afterwards.
