We moved into our new house on a Saturday (May 1st). My wife was showering that night in the master bath upstairs, and I noticed the downstairs toilet begin to overflow - strange, since nobody was using the downstairs toilet. I plunged it and thought nothing more (I am clearly not a plumber...and probably lack some common sense!). Sunday morning (the next day) I was showering and the same problem happened with the downstairs toilet - only this time, it was GUSHING! The entire downstairs bathroom floor was soaked, and my wife jumped into action to save the wood floors just outside the bathroom. I called 5 companies off "the list" in a panic - many, I'm sure, were fishing and enjoying an otherwise beautiful Florida Sunday. However Scott not only answered the call, but he showed up within 10 minutes! He snaked the line and explained I had a giant tree limb that had been growing into it for many many years (our house is 90 years old). A previous owner had installed (apparently NOT following proper code) a cleanout just outside the house - if this problem happened to them, they would simply open the cleanout and...problem solved. However, we're not big on sewage in our yard, so Scott said he could either plan to come out with his "roto-rooter" and fix it every couple months or so; or we could replace the real problem - the old pipes with the tree groing through them. He pulled permits with our very finicky city and had the work completed and approved by the city in two days. We paid half that first Sunday, and half upon completion - I'm not sure it was the cheapest price, but I have nothing to compare it to. Scott's professionalism, punctuality, years of service as a master plumber, and 'A' rating on "the list" led me to simply authorize the work on the spot (that's not like us, but we were quite frustrated having just moved in and just wanted it fixed). We explained a few other projects we wanted to tackle, and Scott had several referrals for us. He did a great job and I can highly recommend him.

I called Free Flow Plumbing Service and Scott came out the same day to give us a free estimate. I obtained three estimates for the work and awarded to Scott based upon several things including his reasonable quote, understanding of the work, honest, courteous & professional manner, and his extensive knowledge specific to tankless water heater installations. We scheduled Scott for the next week and he arrived on time and immediately began work. Upon arrival, I asked Scott to price some additional work which he did and I added. Scott accomplished all work in a skilled workman-like manner, running piping along attic walls and out of the way of accessible storage areas so as not to intrude upon future storage spaces. He cleaned-up after himself leaving no mess behind. Scott will be my plumber of choice for all future work. He is by far the best of all plumbers I have worked with and I recommend Free Flow Plumbing to everyone.

We've dealt with many contractors over the past few years, but Scott is by far the most professional we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Free Flow Plumbing has been an answer to prayer. Just when we needed emergency help with our backed-up kitchen and bathroom sinks, Scott was fast, courteous and honest. Besides completing the work we initially contacted him about, he was also professional and honest when we asked for assistance with other minor repairs with the shower and water heater. The adjustments he made on our water softener have greatly improved the quality of water in our home. He told us exactly what the problems were and worked diligently to correct it all. Not only will I use Free Flow's service again, but I also highly recommend Scott for anyone who needs a FANTASTIC plumber.

After calling a few other companies that wanted to charge between 60-80 dollars for an estimate, I got into contact with Free-Flow Plumbing. The owner of Free-Flow Plumbing came out the same day I called to provide me with a FREE estimate! His price was so reasonable that I never even got a second estimate. Not only did the owner provide me with the estimate, but he was the one who would be performing the work. I scheduled the work and he showed up exactly when promised. His work was very neat and he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Free-Flow Plumbing to everyone!

He is great and I would call him every time I need any plumber. He is very prompt, professional and personable. He also goes out of his way to fix the problem and I would recommend him to anyone.
