Description of Work: Installed a 50 gallon hot water heater tank. I was hoping they could remove a timer boz but they said there was not enuf power cord to hook up to the tank. Said I need an electrician to install a junction boz. Also, didn't hook up the T&P release to outside connection. However, the next AM, on time, the owner,Scott, came down and did the job. We don't have drains in FL because houses are built on slabs thus the need for outside pressure venting.|Overall I was satisfied with the work and service. I was very satisfied with the price. I would recommend Free-Flow and would use them again.

Description of Work: Water heater acting up, needed to be replaced; called Scott, who could not come personally but arranged for employee George for the next day (we did not need same day service). Old water heater removed, new one installed, thorough clean up of site. Scott is the one who informed me we could use the 10% off coupon for Angie's list members on service even though this was a scheduled replacement. Employee stated that he "was used to charging a lot more" for similar work for a previous employer. Cost was reasonable, new heater working well!

I obtained three estimates for the work and awarded to Scott based upon several things including his reasonable quote, understanding of the work, honest, courteous & professional manner, and his extensive knowledge specific to tankless water heater installations. We scheduled Scott for the next week and he arrived on time and immediately began work. Upon arrival, I asked Scott to price some additional work which he did and I added. Scott accomplished all work in a skilled workman-like manner, running piping along attic walls and out of the way of accessible storage areas so as not to intrude upon future storage spaces. He cleaned-up after himself leaving no mess behind. Scott will be my plumber of choice for all future work. He is by far the best of all plumbers I have worked with and I recommend Free Flow Plumbing to everyone.
Description of Work: Installed plumbing (hard copper hot & cold water lines, isolation valves, pipe insulation, etc.) connecting a Noritz tank-less water heater to existing house plumbing including disconnecting, removal & disposal of existing electric water tank heater. Additional work included cutting and permanently capping water supply lines and a sewer pipe for a sink which had been removed.

Free Flow Plumbing has been an answer to prayer. Just when we needed emergency help with our backed-up kitchen and bathroom sinks, Scott was fast, courteous and honest. Besides completing the work we initially contacted him about, he was also professional and honest when we asked for assistance with other minor repairs with the shower and water heater. The adjustments he made on our water softener have greatly improved the quality of water in our home. He told us exactly what the problems were and worked diligently to correct it all. Not only will I use Free Flow's service again, but I also highly recommend Scott for anyone who needs a FANTASTIC plumber.

The owner of Free-Flow Plumbing came out the same day I called to provide me with a FREE estimate! His price was so reasonable that I never even got a second estimate. Not only did the owner provide me with the estimate, but he was the one who would be performing the work. I scheduled the work and he showed up exactly when promised. His work was very neat and he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Free-Flow Plumbing to everyone!
Description of Work: I needed a sink installed inside my garage. Free-Flow Plumbing had to run a new drain line and new supply lines to the sink which they also mounted.
