Very positive experience. I was able to quickly speak with someone on the phone, and the process to schedule the appointment was quick and easy. They were able to schedule an appointment for the same week. Dave, the technician, provided a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. Once at the house, he got to work quickly and did a nice job. He explained everything to me, and when he left everything was as he found it. Will be using them again for next year's maintenance.

The company contacted me after reading my review. An appointment was made to correct the issue. The service person doing the repair was professional and very careful to make sure the work was done correctly. It looks great now. The sales person and service men were prompt and courteous. I have no complaints about the product, they did everything they promised. The issue is the new access hole that had to be cut into my ceiling for access to the air handler. The carpentry work was not done very well. The opening is not square, the molding was falling off and the piece of drywall that was out back in was broken. I contacted my salesperson who gave me a number and told me to contact the installer. I did this and was told by the installer that he was too busy and advised me to call the office again. This was of course after they had been paid in full. To this day, I have never heard from them, nor have I called again as I dont like getting a run around . Seems like once they have the cash they don't want to hear from you. The ceiling remains unrepaired.

Bay Air cleaned my AC and replaced the wall unit as well. Bay Air was very professional and diligent in their services. If I ever have a problem with my AC I will contact them first.

The cost is for a year contract. Very good service. Highly recommended.

It went great, they were great salesmen and service men. They told me everything that was wrong with it. They recommended we replace it, and it works very well now! I even save money on my bills now. They come out when they say the are going to.

Vince was great. Before he got to our house the AC was blowing cooler air, so when he arrived he provided options for waiting until the weekend was over since it was cooling. We opted to have him check everything out while he was there - which he did thoroughly. We had an issue with the thermostat which he adjusted. Everything worked great - Vince was excellent and we would certainly call him again!

Pete came out the same day we called and gave us the estimate. He was very professional. Sal and Russ did the install job. They showed up on time and went right to work. Within a few minutes it was clear that they knew what they were doing. They were also very professional, clearly had all the required knowledge and were friendly and courteous. They finished the install about an hour ahead of schedule and it looks beautiful! Better yet, the house is nice and cool! The county inspector came out last week to look it over and he said everything looks perfect! He also mentioned that he never has any problems with installs by Bay Area AC. I have dealt with several AC companies in the past in this area. Most are incompetent crooks. We're thrilled with Bay Aear AC and will always call them in the future! And recommend them to anyone looking for AC work! And if we need a service call, we'll ask for Sal and Russ if they're available. The price was fair and the work excellent, and the people are amazing. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Tech was polite, profetional and showed up on time. He was thorough and gave tips and advise on future care. He was honest with his recommendations and did not try to sell things we didn't need. Don came out and did an extraordinary job checking every aspect of my AC system. Using specialized equipment he was able to tell us that our system was leaking quite a bit of air through the duct work and between floors of my home. Don had a lot of useful suggestions and a plan to take care of the system.

I bought my house and decided right away that I needed a central heating and ac system. The house had a fuse box and a wall unit which was not acceptable for me! Their company quoted me for installing new ductwork and new circuit breaker box new ac and heatpump (sorry this is Florida and I'm not concerned about the type of furnace that I would have had up north lol.) was $4200. I agreed and within three days the work was done! IN JUNE! The peak of their season (I once worked admin work for TRANE so I know how busy these guys get in summer!) I was and am very happy with my investment. BRAVO!

It went well. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

He was really wonderful. He was great. Should my unit die, he gave my options on what to purchase as well as financing.

We bought a house last year that had a brand new A/C system installed by Bay Area A/C in Sept timeframe and we moved in two months later. Then in January (4 months old system) when we had a water clog backup from the drain line which automatically shutdown the A/C unit, we called and had a Bay Area tech come out and he supposedly cleared the drain line and reset everything. The work was still under warranty or else it would've cost $75 to come out they said. Then over the weekend here in June (8 months old system) we had another backup but this time one of the water sensor didn't work right and water started backing up and flowed into the pan. Water started to fill up but at the same time also had water drip outside of the pan. Apparently this went on for a while until the pan water got high enough and tripped the secondary sensor which shuts off the AC and alerted us to the issue again. Unfortunately it was too late since enough water got outside of the pan and onto the ceiling that caused major drywall damage. I called Bay Area and they had someone out late that day around 7pm. This time the tech was more thorough in clearing the old drain line which apparently had solid debris inside the drain line that had to be cleared out with nitrogen back blow. Although the service call still didn't cost anything, I'm now left with the cost to repair the drywall damage and cleaning up of the mess on my own. Bay Area says they're not responsible for drywall damage even tho it's their "new" system install that caused it. So my complain to Bay Area is really with the quality of their work: - the water detection leak protection was inadequate as water was dripping outside of the pan vs being contained, all I'm told when I called the office is that "these things happens", not much in terms of apologies or attempt to assist with repair - when we had the service call in January, the tech did an inadequate job of clearing the drain line - otherwise we wouldn't have this major failure within 5 months regardless of how much algae grow in the line excuse, otherwise we'd all be in trouble everywhere; my previous system I had went 9 yrs without any issue - I was told that the original owner did not replace the drain line when they put in the new system, however I do expect that when a new system is installed that the drain line should be checked thoroughly and cleared for possible blockage even if it's not replaced - the second tech left a mess after he back blow the debris onto the attic, that's for me to clean up as well I suppose In all fairness, Bay Area AC were responsive when called and their people does show up on time and are generally friendly. But I would not hire this company if I'm looking for someone that stand behind their work quality. Even though I did not pay Bay Area AC directly for the cost of this new system that probably cost 4-5k or more, I'm pretty sure that cost got passed on to me when I bought the house and I am now its owner.

The only problem that we had was with the time of the appointment. They just changed the weekly meeting from Monday to Thursday and I was not informed that the first appointment of the day would not be until 10AM, and was told that they were to be there between 8-8:30.AM. After calling the office at 9AM they explained the meeting. It takes me 45 min to drive to the home and really was not happy at that point.But the supervisor told the tech that they would comp the visit, while that was really not necessary, was appreciated. This is a very professional company and one that really value their customers, will certainly use again!!!! Again Thank You!

My service technician was Mark Milligan who did an outstanding job. Mark was punctual, professional, courteous and thorough. We purchased a 5000SF foreclosure property which had been essentially gutted so I had concerns about the condition of the 4 HVAC systems. Mark spent the time to help me ID which system controlled which zones for the house. The systems had not been serviced in quite some time and contained an excessive amount of leaves and sand. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone. Great company with a focus on quality and value.

The service call went well. Harry, the tech, arrived within a few hours of my initial call. I was impressed with the prompt service, the amount of time spent on the job, as well as the quality of the work and the reasonable price. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

The Tech that was schedule for my job called me an hour early ready to start, the schedule time was 9-12. He spent about 21/2 hours checking the systems and answering questions that I asked. He was very attentive to my questions and concerns that I had about my systems and answered my questions without any hesitations. I will be calling them back in a year for the annual check up or if the systems need serviced before than.

The job was to replace an old HVAC system with a new energy-efficient Carrier system. Person estimating was very knowledgable and provided good recommendations. Cost was competative. Job started on agreed date and took only a few hours to complete. The installation, however, was less than adequate. The installer seemed more interested in finishing quickly than getting it right. I had to prod him to level the outside heat pump unit. He said it wasn't necessary but the instruction book said it should be done. The inside unit has a condensate drainage system to the outside with a high level shutoff switch. A few hours after the installer left, the unit stopped. A new serviceman came with an hour (good) and blew out the drain line. He said the high level shutoff caused the unit to shut down. After a few hours, the sytem shut down again on high water level. I disabled the level switch and agreed to have service back in the morning. The next new guy determined the real cause was inadequate installation of the drain line. Again, the inside unit was not installed perfectly level and the drain was not sloped downward properly. The entire drain system was re-built and the unit has been working fine since. Overall, the service was pretty good and the new Carrier unit is excellent. It was unfortunate that the installer did not modify the old drainage tubing to work with the new equipment.

During a scheduled tune up on Feb 16, it was noted that the A/C unit was leaking puron AGAIN. This has been an on going problem for the past couple of years. I've paid for a leak test and we've changed out various small parts, but it still leaked. I called John, the Operations manager at Bay Area and discussed the issue with him at length. He had his rep (Uri) perform another leak test and voila! The problem was discovered in the evaporator coil. He immediately scheduled a replacement of the coil and the pan (covered under warranty) and performed the work at no charge. He agreed that Bay Area should have found the leak prior to this, and assumed responsibility for fixing my A/C unit correctly. Uri and Dave came back and performed the work...they were on time, professional and did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased. Bay Area installed the A/C unit in my old house, as well as the unit in this house when I built it. They are professional, competitively priced, and very good to work with. I highly recommend them for all A/C needs.

Everything went very well. There were no hitches. I think they were just what I needed and perfect. They were very responsive. Considering I compared them to four other companies, their price was an A. The quality is so far, so good.

They provided the service that I wanted at the price they advertised and they were good. I found them on Angie's List; the guy was very congenial, they were nice to deal with and I will use them again. They were right on time, quick and clean.
