Artistic Ground View Landscaping Design

Mark provided me with an estimate on 4/7, and advised it would be about 3 weeks before the work could be done. I received a call on 4/11 advising that they had an opening and could do the work on 4/12. George and his crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and left my yard in the same condition as when they arrived. I would not hesitate to use Artistic Ground View for future landscaping work.

George's crew represents everything you can wish for in people working on your property. They truly work as if its their own property. They exceeded all my expectations. I had really hard time finding reputable crew to do this work locally, few companies I contacted within 20 mile radius could not even manage bidding process, let alone actual work. How can I trust someone with my project if they can't return phone calls or show up on time for estimate appointment? So I expanded my search further and found Ground View, for whom my location was at the edge of their service area. Its quite a trip for them to get here, yet estimator was on time and called me several times to ensure my expectations were met. They promptly followed up with Emails with estimate and all details. Once I agreed , the work was scheduled promptly, started on time. Entire crew is professional , courteous, polite, intelligent, well spoken. They are truly artists in their work. Concrete curbing is popular in my neighborhood and all around Florida, but often it looks terrible, which was my great concern when selecting the company to do the work. Ground View has a Web site showing their work, which made me believe in their quality, and it turned out better than I ever expected. I highly recommend Ground View for all your curbing, paving and landscaping projects.

I originally called them out for an estimate on concrete curbing and ended up hiring them to do a complete package that included a paver walkway shrubs/landscaping design for the beds and sod for the front yard. Mark came out as scheduled for the original estimate and helped us design the entire project. George did a follow-up visit to refine some details and the job was started shortly thereafter. The work was completed promptly and the crew was courteous and hard working. George was fantastic to work with. I'm glad I found this crew, I chose them because of their high rating and great reviews. Thanks Ground View!

Marc came and gave us an estimate for the above work . He was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. He returned a second time to review scope of work,very helpful ! We agreed to have the work done and a start date. The work started before the date with George & Gary removing the bark mulch and doing the prep work did a great job,very hard workers!! The next day Marc,George,Gary & John showed up to install the curbing and rock. They worked up to dark and did a fabulous job, looks better than we envisioned. On Monday Marc & Gary came to install plants and clean up. We could not be happier with the work done.Special thanks to Marc did what he said they would do when they said they would do it ! !

The curbing looks great.? Marc and George were very professional and nice to deal with.? I received a detailed estimate of the work to be done and they showed up on time and did a fantastic job.? I wasn't home when the job was being done, but George called me with questions he had about the color to make sure it was right.? I would recommend Ground View to anyone who needs concrete curbing.

I really wish I could attach pictures to this review.? The work that this team did was amazing.? Not only was the staff completely professional, but they were also extremely talented.? I had landscaping borders installed in my entire yard.? The staff provided recommendations on what would look best with my pavers and Spanish tile roof.? My next door neighbor came over to compliment me on how impressive the outside now looks, and he also mentioned that every person walking their dog stops and does a double take. These guys are truly amazing!!? I am so happy with my decision to go with them.

Our experience with Ground View, Inc. was GREAT! George and his crew went over and above to make sure we were happy with the landscape curbing they added to our home landscaping. The workmanship is exceptional and the guys paid so much attention to detail. My husband and I couldn't be more proud and happy with the way our curbing turned out! George came out as scheduled and gave us an estimate for decorative curbing. I had only planned on doing the front yard but he was so reasonable that I had him do the back yard as well. I liked him and his calm demeanor and called to schedule the project right away. On the scheduled day George and his crew came as planned, and worked so hard preparing the areas even though it started to rain. They stopped a little while for lunch because of the rain, but immediately came right back and got back to work mixing the concrete. This could have been the only bad part of the story, because once I saw the color I wasn't happy with it. It was beautiful work but the color was just too red for me, and I wanted more beige. Well, they didn't make me feel bad at all, and just took that down and remixed the color. The way they handled the situation immediately without being disgruntled was amazing. They were calm, respectful, and so nice and professional about it. Because of the 2 situations with the rain, and me not liking the color, they worked tirelessly well past a normal work hour in the scorching heat to finish the job. I can not thank them enough. It has just put that finishing touch on my landscaping, that has made it perfect. I would hire them again without a thought, and recommend them to friends. Their workmanship is incredible. They are hardworking, and wonderful to work with.

They were excellent. They came out even though I was a little far as far as distance. The owner of the company came out for some curbing work, and gave me an estimate. I liked what he had to say, and his work was great. He was very conscientious, the work turned out beautiful. The work was a little more expensive than some of the other companies, but it was worth it.

They did a fine job and the guys were good workers.

These guys (Gary and Dan) were great! They were polite, professional, punctual, and worked non-stop. The curbing looks awesome!

This review is in response to the request in the monthly magazine. The date above is approximate. We've used Ground Forces several times at our residence and also at 2 rental properties. Dimitri is very nice and his crew does a good job. They also do a nice job of cleaning up afterwards, which is really important to me, especially after big jobs. Will definitely use them again. One thing though, if you use them to prune palm trees make sure they don't wear the spiked shoes to climb the trees!

The owner and crew arrived on time, and began work immediately after one final review with us. Once they started, it almost seemed too good to be true at what they were producing. The end result was amazing. Once finished, the owner walked every where with me to ensure all clean up was completed to my satisfaction prior to departing.

Demitri came out to give me an estimate on trimming the large oak tree in my front yard. He did this on a Saturday for me as I explained it was a time sensitive matter. I found that it was a very reasonable price. He was very accomidating with his schedule to match mine. He and his crew were delayed because of the weather that day, but he was very good about communicating with me about what time he would be able to get to my house. He and his crew did a very good job with the tree trimming and clean up. He was also able to haul away some items for me. I would gladly use them again for any of my yard needs.

They did a great job. The owner who came out to quote the job was very professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. We felt so comfortable that we didn't even call another company. We hired him a few days later and scheduled the job. Unfortunately a lot of rain came through our area which caused them to have to reschedule the job. This happened about 3 times. It had been raining heavily, however, so we were very understanding about them having to reschedule all 3 times. The 2 guys that came out and completed the job were very friendly and did a very nice job. We're very happy with the end result! We were concerned that the color was off after it was completed but after drying for a few days it's exactly what we had envisioned. We'd definitely recommend Gator Tail to anybody else that asks.

The border wasn't exactly what I had expected, and it had an imperfect finish in some places where I felt that it should have been smooth.

Estimate process handled by owner and it went smoothly - on time, quick, no hidden fees, no cash discount (we tried). Workers were late on date of work, but did call to let me know supplier had issues. It started raining and the work didn't get finished, they covered everything well. They came back to finish the work a week later and that turned out fine. The part that wasn't fine was the clean up. They basically left a red concrete mess in our driveway and street. We took muriatic acid and washed everything down with 3 hoses and chased the mess to the sewer drain and it took 3 hours, apologizing to all of our 5 neighbors that the work affected. There were a few flaws in the work where the workers weren't careful with the wet concrete. This company came highly recommended but I am disappointed.

Great customer service - they responded to calls immediately, provided the lowest of three estimates, were friendly and professional. While they showed up half an hour after the expected window of time, they worked quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend them. I like supporting family-owned companies such as theirs.

Excellent, they did an outstanding job for a very fair price.
