Artistic Ground View Landscaping Design

They arrived to do the estimate on time and emailed me the actual estimate later. Amanda worked with me via email to schedule the work. They had a cancellation so they worked me in on a Saturday. They arrived on time and I was very involved with the design stamp and the shape of the curbing. The work they did was beautiful and I have received many compliments. I am very happy with their work and communication.

They came, did a perfect job, cleaned up their entire mess and were done in about 2 hours. Great job!

They arrived on time, were very professional. They removed the old curb, and did an outstanding job installing and sealing the new curb; left the yard clean and free of any trash.

They had to reorder materials and so there was a delay. New material was not the same. Individual pickets slide - I didn't see that with first material I was quoted ...and places have been easily scratched/dented especially at gate area. I had also asked the person doing the quote to close up open areas at the bottom of the fence across rear of previously installed fence...he said no problem but I had to remind crew and then they used scrap pieces that weren't even smooth and it looked bad with nails that attached it sticking out. Neighbor behind me knocked the pieces they installed out due to the bad look on his side. So I had to patch with portable pieces (stick in the ground fencing from Home Depot) the best I could so dogs can't escape. It doesn't look great and a couple of the old scrap pieces hang out from it that I can't remove. They did work around an unusual shaped area and that turned out nice.

I am revising my past review due to a recent development of which the company refused to help me with including even coming to do an inspection. My ratings have also been downgraded. My original review was a total "A" but when a problem develops after less than a year one should expect the same service. Instead, I got excuses and zero help. My new curbing in different areas of my home developed one crack. I contacted the owner, via email, for help. His main response was "concrete is guaranteed to crack." "It might take days or months etc. This was never mentioned when I brought them out for an estimate and had them install it all. I replied to George that my original driveway was installed in 1994. Not one crack and yet within a year a crack with the curbing. He also tried to blame the ground or a lawn mower. Any excuse to avoid coming here and looking at it. It is very poor customer service. I would never use them again. They should not be on Angie's List. I plan to contact the state and file a complaint along with the Better Business Bureau. All need to know you will get nothing as a guarantee but plenty of excuses.

My first interaction with the company was getting an estimate from Mark. He arrived as scheduled and provided me with a complete understanding of what steps were involved in the project and provided me with some suggestions to enhance the overall appearance of my landscape. Once I agreed to have the work done a date and time was scheduled for the work to be performed. On the installation date I met with George who explained what he and his crew would be accomplishing and also provided me with some additional suggestions to enhance the project. This project could not have gone any better! George and the crew were extremely professional and respectful of both me and my property. They were able to complete the project ahead of schedule and the final product is excellent. They went over and above what was quoted and those little extras are what customers are looking for when hiring a company. I will use them in the future for additional projects and highly recommend them for anyone who is considering a landscaping project.

It was a pleasure to work with Artistic Ground View. They were extremely responsive to my questions and kept me up to date throughout the process. For the estimate and installation they arrived exactly when they said they would. George went over everything when he and crew arrived for the installation and ensured I knew what to expect. The crew worked the entire day and did a fantastic job. Our beds have never looked better. I would highly recommend them.

It went really well. They were great. I would absolutely use them again. They were punctual, honest, efficient, and patient. The workers were professional, polite, and tidy.

It didn't. First appointment, never showed up. "Had car trouble", but didn't call to advise. Gave them a second chance and rescheduled. Met with individual. Was nice enough and left promising us an estimate within 48 hours. It has now been 4 weeks and have not received anything. Guess they really do not want the busy. Probably too small a job for them!

They were amazing! They gave me an arrival window between 8-9am and showed up promptly at 8:01am. No exaggeration. Very professional and polite. Double checked with me on everything before installing to make sure everything was to my liking. Worked all throughout the day for 8 hrs straight and their work was incredible. Curbing came out amazing and we could not have been more pleased! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Fantastic! George and his crew arrived when he said they would. We went over the project, (front and backyard) George gave some suggestions with the layout pattern which totally made sense ( because of aesthetics and the locations of some of the sprinkler heads) and I agreed. They were to remove all the existing landscape edging (black plastic), the stone block edging ( and stack on the driveway for me), the were to remove some existing sod (for additional landscape bed) He confirmed the color and pattern, of the curbing and answered any questions I had and they went to work. George and his crew were professional, polite, completed the project without any problems. I LOVE the job they did. They cleaned up after themselves, and George explained some follow up information for the curbing. Job well done!

We want to compliment not only George and his crew but also Amber in the office. We had landscape curbing installed, a short sidewalk replaced and quite a large amount of sod removed. The work was completed beyond our expectation and the crew left the job site impecably clean. As soon as we decide what to do with the front yard we plan to contact them again. We are extremely pleased with the work done and highly recommend their services!

Fabulous. The crew had a lot of curbing to put down. This including needing to relocate/move a few sprinkler heads that were in the way. The curbing came out fantastic. 1 area needed to be repaired/replaced and they were out within days to fix it. Very impressed and would highly recommend them for concrete curbing.

I have a small backyard, 1/2 of it with pavers. With heavy rainfalls, I started noticing water pooling in certain areas of the yard especially by the back door to my porch. Water was starting to seep into the porch as the water was accumulating outside the back door creating a small lake that took forever to drain. I had spoken with a neighbor who is an engineer who suggested removing all of the pavers & to have the ground leveled. I contacted 4 different companies, 2 never even returned my calls. After meeting with both remaining companies, I decided to use Artistic GroundView, I just had a good feeling about this company. A team of 4 men arrived 15 minutes early (good sign), George introduced himself, spoke about the project & the team got to work. It took 4 men, 4 hours to pull up all the pavers, remove excess dirt, rocks, level the ground, put down crushed concrete, cut some of the pavers to fit & lay down all of the pavers. At first I thought $1200 was a lot of money for the job as it was a small area, but after seeing how much work was involved & how long it took (there also was no slacking on the job), I am happy to report it was well worth every penny. It came out better than I anticipated & I am 110% satisfied with the job & would rehire them for any future work.

THIS COMPANY, THANKS TO THE OWNER HAS AN OUTSTANDING WORK ETHICS. THEY ARRIVE 30 MIN BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME, DO THE JOB FAST AND ACCURATE. THESE GUYS ARE VERY POLITE, LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER, VERY ORGANISED, AND DO A GREAT JOB IN NO TIME. AFTER DEALING WITH ABOUT 20 DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS, I AM REALLY IMPRESSED BY THIS WORK ETHICS!
