I could not tell you how impressed I was with everyone at this company. Fred communicated with me every step of the way and showed up when promised. The quality of the work and the materials used was really impressive. Tony walked the outside of the house with me at the end and touched up any minor details I requested, but they were few and far between. Great people, great price, and we are so happy with the job that they did. Thank you!!

Price was very competitive versus other quotes we obtained. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Quality of the paint job was great - it looked like a new house. Fred returned calls, emails and texts within an hour (usually much less) - he was very responsive to questions and requests and concerns. He stuck by his quote, even though the project ended up using more paint than he originally thought. My in-laws were so impressed by the professionalism, price and quality that they hired him to paint their house. I would definitely recommend and would use them again.

They completed the entire job in two days. They were on time, and prepped the house to perfection. Everything was taped off, so there would be no paint applied to anything but the house. A lot of time was spent in preparing the house to be painted, which is fantastic. That meant that applying the paint was meticulous. I am completely satisfied, and can't think of one thing that I would change. This company is the best. A family company with long time employees, that is a model for the way businesses should be run. This company deserves more than 5 stars. This is a great family business. And the painters were professional, and very friendly.

I am military stationed in the Pacific. My home in Palm Harbor needed exterior paint and I was unable to be there for any part of the job. Above the Rest was extremely helpful through entire process. The cost was WAY below the competition. The work was excellent. Most importantly, they were honest. Highly recommend.

I met with one of the Ferrer brothers for an estimate. He was professional easy to talk to and he explained everything in details. Then we communicated by email and got a written contract. We came to a mutually agreeable price and the job began soon after. Work was completed in 2 days. First day two workers came to power wash at 8 am. One of them, George, rang my bell introduced himself and explained why he was there. Second day they returned again at 8 am with more workers. Mr Ferrer came in as well to explain the whole process. When they finished, Mr Ferrer came back and took me around to inspect the finished product. The house looks great. No complaints. They took great care not to make any mistakes. No mess. The workers were polite, professional and hard working. They were very good and I would hire them again. The Ferrers answered all my questions and emails. Very nice and professional. Nice job! I hired them because of the positive reviews and they were right on point. Im pleased.

Mr. Ferrer and his amazing team pressure washed and painted the exterior of my home. From the initial estimate to the completion of the work Mr. Ferrer was atop notch professional. The work was fantastic, completed on time, and reasonably priced. My home was truly transformed.

They did a great job painting my house. They pressure washed it the first day and then painted the next. They used high quality paint and did a quality job as well. Would highly recommend.

Fred's estimate came in less expensive and with better materials and service then the competing bid from a franchise. Word started the very next day to clean and paint was applied by pretty much his whole crew the following day. Done and done and with excellent work! 10/10 would hire again.

The estimate was reasonable. I was able to schedule within 2 weeks, the day after closing. They were able to accommodate my schedule so we could move in before my husband had surgery. They were prompt, courteous, neat and did the entire house in one day as promised. They even added an extra room and helped me match a color when I realized it would be too much for me to do on my own. I would definitely recommend them to all my new neighbors.

"Above the rest" did a fantastic job. I got a total of five estimates. They were right in the middle. I dealt directly with one of the owners, Shadwick, who laid out a detailed plan step by step of how he was going to paint my house. He did everything he said he would and in the time frame we established. Plus the workmanship was exceptional. Great company and employees.

Crew was very punctual, arrived on time and introduced themselves which was very nice. Showed them which rooms needed to be painted and selected colors for each room. They were very efficient and spread out to tackle each room, moving furniture and prepping walls. All furniture was covered to avoid paint splashes and they were off and painting within 15 minutes. Only took them about 4 hours to complete the entire job. During the whole process, they were very good about keeping the work areas clear, and making sure to use drop cloths in the driveway to prevent any staining. All rooms look fantastic, clean cut lines at the ceiling and trim work, no splatter or spills - very professional results! Will definitely be calling these guys back again when we are ready to paint more rooms.

They weren't the lowest estimate I received, but the level of professionalism and knowledge on display during the process more than compensated for the cost. The owner, Fred, walked me through the entire process, explaining the options available and the methodology to be employed. I felt confident that choosing to give them the job was the right decision. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the finished product. They were able to get my house completed ahead-of-schedule over two days of cleaning, prepping, and painting even in the brutal Florida summer. Amazing!! The crew are ultimate professionals. The inital meeting to tell me what would happen and how it would get done was very detailed. I have never had my a home I owned painted, so I was a little worried. Above the Rest did an amazing job, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The price was right in line with other estimates.

Absolutely great! Fred should rename his company "WAY Above The Rest"!!! From our first visit to receive an estimate until the painting was completed, Fred ensured that the experience was top notch. Fred is a pleasure to deal with and takes much pride in his communication, which you can't say for a lot of people. Fred calls back when he says he will! He made an extra visit to our home when we narrowed down our paint colors to give his "expert" opinion. On the day of the job (and I mean one day to complete the entire painting), Bucky (Fred's brother) and the paint crew worked diligently and pulled off an amazing job! Cleanup was immaculate!

After such a great experience on painting my home, I didn't hesitate a moment to hire Above The Rest to paint my mother in law's house. It was her 90th birthday and she wanted her home in tip top shape for her party in a couple of weeks! I know the painters were busy, but somehow Fred promised her that they would get it done in time! The "A" team showed up as promised, the first day to pressure wash the entire home, and the next day to seal and paint. There were many layers of loose paint, which were removed so the new paint would look and adhere properly. Also there are old style metal awnings over the windows that had to be prepared and painted. During the estimate Fred had warned that some cracking on the windowsills and cement planters would not look perfect from the calk and paint. Even though we agreed to that, the team showed up to the job with cement and the materials to do a first class repair on the cracked cement. Above The Rest truly does go above and beyond their customer's expectations and I believe they deserve every one of their consistent "A+" reviews. You will surely not be disappointed in their work.

Fred, the owner spent nearly one hour with me on the day he gave me the estimate. Fred went over every detail that I wanted to have done and he even made arrangements to exchange the wrong sealer that I had already purchased for the correct sealer. The guys arrived at 7:40 am each morning for an 8:00 am start time. They were easy to work with, moved items as needed, did a professional job applying all coating and cleaned up after they were finished. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I WILL USE IN THE FUTURE FOR SUCH NEEDS! :) :) :)

The best painter I have ever hired! Fred came over to help us select the colors. Using his samples he guided us through a thorough selection process that resulted in pin-pointing precisely the combination of colors we liked. I have never had anyone go through a selection process like this before. The crew worked non-stop until the painting was completed, in 2 days. The courtesy and promptness of the whole crew was unbelievable. The response time for calls was the best I have ever experienced. Workmanship was impeccable. Cleanup was excellent; not one drop of unwanted pain was to be found anywhere. I would strongly urge anyone contemplating a paint job to first check out "Above the Rest Painters".

Fantastic! Neighbors keep stopping to say how great it looks! We had them paint the complete interior in the fall of 2015 just before we moved in and they did an amazing job so we didn't' think twice about hiring them again for the exterior. Very meticulous about both interior and exterior.

Fred his brother Bucky and his crew were great. Everything went as Fred said. The paint was delivered by Sherwin Williams around 7:30am and the crew arrived by 8. They sealed the house,filled in the many cracks and caulked where needed. Fred showed me all the high quality materials being used and as the work was done he took me around the house and explained everything that was being done. When I didn't think the white trim was bright enough he had his brother bring another can of brighter white which I really appreciated. They were here for 8hrs. They went over my house triple checking for missed spots. They cleaned up everything. The only thing they left was my newly painted house. They did a great job. Fred,Bucky and the crew were very polite and professional. They showed me they really are Above the Rest and I would definitely hire them again.

The Above The Rest Painters team is among the top professionals that I have ever experienced in Florida. From the first contact, they have been responsive, timely and professional. Although the start of our project was delayed by heavy rains, as soon as there was an opening in the weather, the team showed up in full force and worked every day until completion. They would have worked on the weekend as well but we were out of town those days and we all decided to wait until Monday when the weather was also more stable. Bucky, one of the sons of the family run business was on the job every day overseeing and running for any supplies needed. Each and every comment and request from myself and my wife was welcome and immediately resolved. We had a three to four man team here every day and these guys work together like a fine machine. This team has been working together for 18 to 22 years and it shows. There is no wasted time and there is no compromise on quality. The owner family really likes to talk to their customers... "or anyone else that will listen." They are extremely proud of what they do and the reputation they have earned, and rightly so! In my case, their price was very competitive with the several other bids I got and there was no attempt to add onto their original bid for some extra things that came up during the job. I like the work ethic of the worker team so much that I tipped and thanked each of them personally. There is a severe shortage of people with this work ethic in our country. I have several commercial buildings in Florida but have never experienced a higher quality or more professional jobber.

This was a very good experience! Fred Ferrer delivered what he promised and he did it very promptly and professionally. The crew was a pleasure to work with. All of the workers were very efficient and professional. They used high quality products, repaired all the cracks prior to painting, caulked around all doors and windows, and repaired stucco and rust areas. They also moved very large planters from my pool deck and came back several days later to put them back inside the enclosure. Above The Rest Painters made painting the exterior of our house and painting the lanai/pool area as pleasurable as possible. I will definitely call them when we are ready to paint the interior.
