Fred did an excellent job. If I needed any other work done I would definitely call Fred he did an awesome job. No paint on the rugs, ceiling or white paint drippings on the walls From the banisters. Tony gave us a quote and explained everything in detail. They were scheduled to start Saturday. So I said to Tony if they would then finish on Monday. He said it would take a day. ONE DAY! Being a former Quality Assurance Director, I am known to be very picky with great attention to detail. It's my nature to look at things with a microscope and find the errors. I tried to find flaws with the work of Frank's team and I simply could not. From the initial quote meeting with Frank, I knew his would be the company I would hire. He gave me some great questions to ask the other companies that were providing us with a quote and none of their answers could hold a candle to his. Most important being a competency license and type of paint being used. The two other companies not only had higher quotes, but they also used an inferior paint: Super Paint instead of Duration, which is what Frank uses. When picking our paint colors, we confirmed with Sherwin Williams staff that Duration was a much superior paint, especially given the highly pigmented colors we had chosen. Frank was very patient with us, as approval from our HOA took over a month. Once scheduled, our home was pressure washed one day and prepped and painted the next. We could not be happier with the job of Frank and his team, most notably Rick and his attention to detail. Painting our home was a big investment and we could not be more satisfied with the work that Above The Rest Painters did. It feels like we have a new home, and that is priceless.

They did an excellent job. The did my entire house in 1 day and I was extremely happy. They removed all hose reels, lights, fixtures, etc and then put everything back together like they were never there. I would 100% recommend. Fantastic price too!!

Fred and Tony are great in giving a comprehensive explanation on what products they use and a competitive quote. We just had painting done by Above the Rest Painters, 9/4/19. The 3 guys who did the work were and are excellent! They were friendly, polite, and worked as good as anyone could work. Fantastic! I wish every business had workers like these guys. We called Fred, the boss, for an estimate and was contacted and information was cleared ASAP. He spoke with my wife and myself with all information including written contract handed to us before he left. The price was better than other painters and the work was excellent. The work, painters and price could not have been done any better!

From price estimate which was competitive, two month's later actual on site completion, owner Fred Ferrer was responsive to a number of questions that came up during that period of time and always called back. This company uses Sherwin Williams paint. My wife and I went to a Sherwin Williams paint store asking about the type of paint to be used and a comparison of other types of Sherwin Williams paint offered by competitors. We were told that the paint is superior in durability and coverage. Jorge Maldonado and crew came over and acrylic coated the home, caulked and trenched the home. They then painted the home and went beyond to accommodate us. Jorge is an utmost professional with customer service being #1. Highly recommend.

I had Above the Rest Painters paint almost the entire inside of a house my parents had just purchased. They were able to come on the day I requested and were prompt, professional and clean. The work was done beyond my expectations. The entire 4 person crew was great and all the work was completed in one day. I will definitely hire them again.

I wanted to share my amazing experience with Fred and the team from Above the Rest. I called numerous companies and had 3 come out to look at my home and give me a quote. Out of everyone that I spoke to Fred was by far the best and didn’t just come out with a measuring tape and give me a generic quote like the others did. He took the time to look over my home thoroughly, point things out that I didn’t even notice and explain the process and products from start to finish. I was on a short timeline because I was leaving for vacation and to be honest didn’t think that everything could be done in time but he assured me that it would and he and the team nailed it. After it was done they walked around the house with me looking for any imperfections and they noticed a few things that were so small that I walked right by them and didn’t notice but it didn’t slip past them and every tiny detail was corrected before they would accept payment. We engaged Above The Rest Painters to paint the interior of our home. It is a two story with 3264 sq/ft. First, they are truly family owned. We met Fred (the son and primary contact) and the father, Tony (very cool dude). Both are very polite, conversational, professional and clearly have a significant amount of experience. Fred went above and beyond (no pun intended) to ensure we were happy. It was quite amazing how concerned they were with our satisfaction. It was literally their number one goal. The crew were an absolute pleasure. They too were very concerned with our satisfaction, asking my wife along the way if she was happy with this or that. They completed our house in only two days. Paint coverage was absolutely perfect, the lines along the trim and ceiling were perfect (surgeon-like) and they were very clean and neat. They were polite, respectful, and friendly. We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend them. Customer satisfaction for them is not just a talking point. It is a fundamental belief and practice and is apparent in everything they do.

I can't say enough good things about Above the Rest Painters. I had originally hired them a few years ago to paint the exterior of my house. They did an amazing job, used high quality paint, and the house still looks like it was freshly painted. So when we were moving and I needed to paint the interior of both the old and the new houses, I called them again. There was a misunderstanding when they gave the quote (entirely possible it was my fault) - I thought I had scheduled the job and they thought I would get back to them. I was on a tight timeline due to the move and they were booked several weeks out. But amazingly, they were able to accommodate me - they got a crew of seven people out to the house on a Sunday and worked for 12 hours to meet my deadline!! Their customer service is beyond exceptional. They did an absolutely flawless job and both houses look brand new. They did not spill a drop of paint. Every member of the crew I've interacted with has been incredibly accommodating and meticulous. I will never hire anyone else. They have a customer for life!

Excellent. Above The Rest Painters were quick to return my call for a quote, scheduling the visit, and providing the quote. Fred's team painted my whole house including closets in 1 day and it looks perfect. In addition Fred personally called the next day to make sure we were happy with the results after the paint thoroughly dried. I highly recommend them.

I hired these guys due to their great reviews and they did not disappoint. Very reasonable pricing, immaculate work, great communication. Set aside some time to request your estimate, Fred loves to talk about paint. His crew has been working with him for 15-20 years which says a lot about their business practices. I have had years of experiencing other contractors not returning calls, not showing up on time, or not showing up at all, so in this regard Above the Rest is a breath of fresh air. Fred once called me to tell me he was going to call me (at a later time), and also texted me to advise he was running 6 minutes late. Six whole minutes! Such respect for your time and the process is rare and much appreciated. Crew arrived the day prior to pressure wash the entire house, including areas I was not expecting them to pressure wash (patio, concrete pads around the doors, lanai screens). Painters arrived early the next morning and were very efficient and conscientious, clearly caring about their work. They repaired numerous stairstep cracks in the stucco prior to painting, repaired and touched up areas I would have never known were needed (around the chimney on the roof), and painted areas I was not expecting them to paint (lanai ceiling, inside of exterior door frame). They were finished with my 1800 sq ft single story home by early afternoon. I feel like I have a brand new house. I'll be contacting this company again soon to ask about interior painting.

Amazing staff! Best company I've ever used. These guys were efficient and professional. They did an extraordinary job. They made me feel so comfortable. They removed all my furniture and put it all back with Gentleness. They cleaned up after the job too. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW GREAT THEY WERE! YOU HAVE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF! I would HIGHLY recommend them & I will be using them for my remaining bdrm/bath. They did everything else. I just wasnt ready for that bdrm area to be painted yet. Purchased a new home and the previous owners smoked so I needed the whole home sealed and painted. This included the removal of several rooms full of wallpaper. I couldn't be happier with my selection of Above The Rest. The job took several days to complete, each day the crews were polite, punctual, and at the end of the job they did a great job of cleanup. On the final walk thru the project manager caught several small details that I probably would never have noticed and had them corrected immediately. The attention to detail from everyone involved was excellent. They used quality materials and were attentive to any questions I had during the process. I will call Above The Rest Painters first when I have other painting needs in the future.
