Description of Work: Painted a 2 story, 2500 sf house in three colors - body, trim and accents. Procedure was pressure wash, repair cracks & rust spots, seal & spray/roll. All lines where colors meet are straight. Super quality job.

Description of Work: Mr Ferrer was extremely polite, thoughtful and considerate of all of my needs and concerns about painting the house and all of the prep work needed. I wanted the house painted yellow but another painter said i could not have yellow due to fading problems in the Florida sun. I wasn't sure this was always true because although my house had faded badly since the last paintjob 5 years prior, I had seen other yellow houses in the area that seemed to retain their cheerful hue in the years. Mr Ferrer brought some samples of yellow since he had learned what type of yellow I wanted and we decided upon a beautiful rich shade. I was so grateful for the samples so I could see the color on the wall!! I had learned that the paint chips in the store do NOT always translate to the actual color! The company did everything they said they would: cleaning, patching up, repairing, sealing window and surfaces and finally painting. They even cleaned the lanai and birdcage around the pool! The two painters who actually did the painting worked quickly and as a perfect team. They covered all doors and windows to prevent drips on them, recaulked and seals windows where needed and patched stucco in other places. Afterwards, Mr Ferrer came to inspect everything the painters did and they walked around the house, fixing things he did not like and cleaning up any drops of paint on cement. They even cleaned up paint drops from a previous painter. The total job took only two days. I keep the company card with me so I can show it to all who ask about the painters. The price was reasonable because they used the best sealer, primer and paint and thus should last me at least 10 years, if not longer. I would recommend Above the Rest Painters anytime and to anyone! Description of Work: Painted entire exterior of our residence, including ceiling in lanai. Workers were prompt and courteous. Freddie and his brother were great to work with and were helpful with color selections (thanks, Freddie!) and with all aspects of the job from prep, inspection of the work performed and the clean up. We are quite pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company!

The project was done well. |There are lots of painters in Tampa, but not all deliver professional results and a great experience. We have honed our painting process over 12 years to provide you consistently gorgeous results. We were educated on the prep and products used on our home. We received an appointment promptly and the job was done on time and as planned! They were ALWAYS available when we had questions or concerns. Painting the outside of your house is a big job. But a new paint job added value to our home so it's worth the investment. I will never use another paint company again. Above the Rest is very professional, prompt and honest! They are very concerned with your happiness! They scraped and sand loose paint. They remove dirt with a power washer. They removed old caulking and fill cracks around windows, doors, and trim with acrylic caulk. They also made sure to clean up everything before leaving. The job was done with 48 hours! |

Description of Work: Exterior cleaning and painting of roughly 1850 sqr ft home. Job done on time and paying attention to every minor detail, as well giving advice on some requested additions. Description of Work: We had the entire house painted (inside walls, ceiling, trim, doors, plus outside walls, trim, soffit, gutters, and doors). They pressure washed the outside before painting, as well as the driveway and sidewalks. Every phase of the work went well. The owners and crew were very professional.

Pleasant professional. My neighbors have complimented thd work done and have also gotten quotes. I highly recommend Above the Rest.

Description of Work: Contacted this company nearly 3 weeks ago and as of yet have not had a response. Guess business is so good they feel they don't need to reply or maybe they are on vacation. Don't know, but seems very unprofessional
