Description of Work: The stopper in my tub did not hold water in the tub. The serviceman replaced the stopper and it is the same as I had. There were two men and they took off their shoes before entering the house. The one who worked on the tub, left the tub and bathroon as clean as it had been when they arrived. The serviceman was quick, efficent and got the problem fixed. They were polite, though the one gentleman left the house and sat in the truck. It was OK but a bit surprising as he never said a word when he left.
