Let me tell you a little bit about our experience with Ron. We needed some help after a pipe burst bursts in the ground. Mind you this be a Saturday and understand it is not normal business hours. He agreed to come out to come and fix our pipe while we cleared the ground outside for him to fix this. All he did was tell us that it is not part of our main water system and only our irrigation system of which he then told us it will be $230 for less then 5 minutes of his time after I, myself, turned the pump back on for our reverse osmosis system we have water again. He never offered to fix our problem of the leak of the irrigation system even though that was why he was hired. I then asked him why he wouldn't be fixing our system today and charging us the money hes charging and he responded "because you don't own me". Extremely rude and became disrespectful and would never recommend him. For Ron when you see this you need to learn how to treat customers and stop ripping people off. I would have been happy to pay the $500 for you to actually fix the problem but then tell me I need to have you come back and it will be another service charge. Get lost man I hope you and your company fail. *Response to owner* This is not the discussion we had and sent you pictures of what we needed fixed. When you decided to charge us for literally doing nothing is when I asked you when you could come back and fix what we asked you to fix and you got an attitude with a customer. Your unprofessional, period. I work in customer service and your just a bad company. You were also told to leave my property. At the end of the day, you didnt even fully assess the situation and the well pressurized water past the valve of the shutoff for the irrigation system and continued to flood throughout the night and had to turn the well off in the morning. This probably wasted thousands of gallons of water and threatened our well to potentially running dry. If you were professional, I wouldn't have had a problem paying you but clearly by the description of this that was not the case. She paid you anyways of which you literally have no problem taking her money. We don't appreciate the voicemail and my review will stand unless you want to refund her. Do not contact us again or I will file a complaint with the police department next.

I called Summers Plumbing and got a prompt return call. Ron explained that he was booked through the day, but could get to the apartment the next morning. He arrived promptly, looked at the water heater, and advised that it needed replacement. He replaced the water heater. In all his interactions he was extremely professional and gave the impression of complete knowledge of his subject. I own several rentals in Naples, and while I have replaced water heaters at lower prices, I would use Summers again for the completely professional manner in which they did the job.

Very nice man; professional and personable. Great job. My only markdown is his labor costs, i.e., $75 charged (part of $300+ total bill) for ~15 minutes to install a customer-provided external bidet. I would use Summers again, but his labor rate and flat rate $69 travel fee are just too pricey for me.

I spoke to Ron about our water leak and the possibility of using his services. I am 40 years old and have owned numerous properties in 3 states. I have NEVER had a contractor be such as a-hole on the phone. He was extremely rude and was almost threatening. The only thing I can give him credit for is that he returned my initial call. 90% of the contractors in Naples do not return phone calls or email. I don't know how they stay in business. Regardless, I would stay far far away from using this guy. Unless you enjoy be insulted and berated.

Excellent! I found Ron Summers, owner and Master Plumber, to be extremely knowledgeable, prompt and exceptionally thorough. His workmanship and explanations were greatly appreciated. Pricing was very fair. I am happy to have found such a good and honest plumber!

We were very satisfied with the work that was done. The owner, Ron, is a master plumber and highly knowledgeable about all home plumbing issues. He took the time to review our inspection list, discuss with us the nature of any problems he uncovered, and give solid, understandable recommendations that were within our budget. We got a good deal on work that included replacement of two toilets with quality Kohler fixtures, a new faucet and other improvements to the laundry tub, repairs and improvements to various valves, and a re-caulk on the kitchen sink. All this, and Ron responded to our call very promptly, within 24 hours!

Ron responded to my phone call after hours and was at my house with in a half hour. Ron was quick amd very professional and really knows his job well. He will be my future plumber from now on! I highly recommend this company and will be telling all my friends about it.

I had to call after hours and was warned there would be an additional $130 charge. Service was very punctual and professional. Although it was a bit expensive, it was clear that Ron knew what he was doing. When you have 3 toilets and 3 tubs all clogged it's important to find a person who knows what they are doing. Also, he accidentally tripped on my sprinkler head and made sure to repair it right away.

Ron came within 2 hours and fixed the problem. Had to chisel out around the pipe and also cut a hole in the bedroom wall. Patched and cleaned up both areas and put a new faucet on well secured to the wall.

Issue was with the apartment complex and not our unit.

Ron was great - very friendly and punctual. I was surprised by the high price of the work but I could have been more diligent in asking before he started working. He was in the house for a couple hours and did a great job - although I might have elected to change out the compression fittings in the kitchen myself had I known the cost beforehand. That's on me - and Ron did a thorough and professional job and discounted some at the end (probably because he took pity on my poor negotiation skills!) I'd definitely call Ron for any complex plumbing work I need in the future - he's the guy you want working on your house.

Ron was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The work was done to a high standard, and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely hire again.

Ron was professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. I highly recommend him. I had replaced the innards of my toilet the night before but when I turned the water back on the shut off valve for the toilette broke and began to leak. I called Ron at 8am the next morning and he was able to come before noon. He was incredibly professional and had the whole project completed in about 20-30 minutes. He also took the time to explain to me how he fixed the problem as well as answer other plumbing related questions I had.

Ryan was on time, fast and even taught me how to solve the problem the next time this situation arises. Personable, Professional & Punctual. I will use him again when I replace my H2O Heater.

Everything went well as far as I can remember, and I had no problems with the work. I also don't recall any issues with their timeliness.

We weren't able to schedule the plumbing service in the time allotted. The office person called us repeatedly to remind us that the time was expiring and that we needed to make an appt. They could have just let the time go by and not had to do the work but they were very honorable about the situation.

First, the flappers were replaced in both toilets (non corrosive type). The plumber left and when I went to check on the toilet -- it wouldn't flush! Called plumber back on cell phone -- he returned within 5 to 10 minutes. He said he tried to save me a trip charge, hurried through the initial job and apologized. Said the flappers did not work for some reason on the Brigg toilets. Then, he had to perform a toilet tank rebuild on both toilets as described above. I was disappointed that he did not check his initial work. I feel I paid too much for the work that was performed and would probably use someone else in the future.

Mr. Summers came on time and was able to complete the work the same visit. He clearly explained what he was going to do and the reasons for it. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently, leaving the area completely clean.

Arrived on time. Material installed was placed. Old model removed. Quality of work was good. To me there was a little personality conflic just didnt get a good feel. I would question the delivery charge again and check it out on the site before paying it.t
