Description of Work: Provider installed two ( replacement) five ton air conditioners in my home. They did a great job of evaluating the current installation and noted some deficiencies. These deficiencies were also noted by the three other folks that provided estimates. Paul and his team corrected the deficiencies and installed the two new units in three days. They are working fine and I am pleased with the correctness of the installation. Paul is very honest and does exactly what he says he will do. I'm very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends.

Description of Work: My a/c was not working. I was told there was a leak in the outdoor line and that |I would need extensive work done. They put freon in and charged me $500. |The company that replaced the outdoor copper lines had a leak detection device and there was no leak. What was wrong? Needed a new thermostat inside. End of problem and I felt I was ripped off for $500. Would never use them again or recommend them.

Description of Work: Annual Maintenance. Very well. The technician was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and confident in what he was doing. He did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Purchased existing older home that had wonderful architectural presence and siting but had mold problems and needed significant work. Key in the restoration process was the complete removal of the existing, non functioning HVAC system(incl all duct work), sealing of the house for the required major mold remediation process and then installing a new HVAC system with duct work. Paul and his guys did all this without one single problem. They took everything out and then came back 10 days later and put in the new equipment, working on a Saturday to get it all in place. Due to the mold remediation which resulted in some walls etc being taken down the the bare concrete block, the interior had to be re-drywalled and then completed repainted. this took another two weeks and after the painters were finished, Paul's guys came back again, installed new registers and air returns and gave the system a final balancing. What a great and competent bunch of folks.

Description of Work: We called the company to evaluate our A/C unit. We bought the house a year ago and did not know how good the unit was or how long we good expect it to last. Paul, the owner, came out and looked at our unit and then talked to us. Bottom line our unit was low end and thus not very efficient but could last a few more years. We had never had A/C and so ask Paul to help us decide what we needed to do. He was vey knowledgable, honest and straight forward. He never tried to "sell" us but helped us understand what might better meet our needs. Based on our discussion, we ask Paul to give us an estimate. He emailed it to us that night. After some discussion and a few questions we set a date to do the work. Paul assured us they would finish in one day. Paul and his men came the next day, Paul explained what would happen and then he said he would check with us later. The men worked all day and then one of the men came and showed us how to work the thermostat . The men worked steadily and were very polite. They cleaned up and left everything in order. Paul brought our filters and checked out the job. The filters did not fit so Paul brought us replacement later that week. He arranged for the permit and the inspection. We expect to see Paul for our maintenance visit next year. We were very pleased with the whole process. We paid $ 5500 and believe we got our money's worth. Paul will continue to take care of all our A/C needs. He is trustworthy and dependable and a really nice guy. We recommend him highly.

They pulled out an aging system (ducts, air handler, outside unit) over 4 very hot days and at the same time installed a completely redesigned system. Paul was on site each day in support of the project and maintained the highest professional standards. HVAC engineering in unconditioned air (attic space) requires attention to detail to avoid duct condensation and a healthy home. Paul, Ian, and Josh delivered an outstanding value to our second home and all within a very reasonable price. We have turned their signature system over to them to maintain for the life of the system and in many years to come when components fail, we will again use Paul Reynolds for the new installation job. I highly recommend this buisness for integrity, honesty, safety, engineering, product knowledge, and value. Their buisness model represents by far the best service availble in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Coral Gables, and beyond. In our minds, they should rise to the top of anyone's Angie's list of preferred vendors.

Description of Work: We got several estimates for the replacement of our complete AC system. Reynolds was in the middle of the $$ pack, give or take. They presented several details of the standard way they do service that seemed above any beyond what other companies did as standard. When they came to put the system in, the workers were are clearly knowledgeable about HVAC and they were clean and polite. They did everything they said they would and more -- again, the little details about how they adjusted the ducts for best airflow, recommending the right type of filter (not just the most expensive), etc. They cleaned up after them selves. We felt very good about our experience with Reynolds. The only thing I would have liked better is if they could have put the system in the next day -- as it was still hot when our system broke -- but they got it done by the end of the week.
