Description of Work: They came and performed the tune up service as agreed on the ad. I signed and annual contract. Got a follow call recently for service, I called back and inquire the receptionist and I have never heard from them again. I wonder if it was worthy to sign up for a contract service agreement. I will not renew if they do not fulfill the contract agreement and are not responsive. Will give a chance to follow up with me.

Description of Work: After checking our air conditioner, Pure Air recommended that we purchase a new one. We were very pleased with the installation of the new unit. There was a glitch in the system and a Pure Air technician came out the same evening of the install to fix the problem. We are pleased with our new unit and Pure Air will be servicing it for the next 3 years!

Description of Work: They came out to do a maintenance check-up and that went very smoothly once the person could get there. We had to reschedule because the technician called in sick. Tech was very nice, very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciated him pointing out an issue that could have resulted in an expensive emergency repair or days without AC when the part failed. There was no pressure to buy anything but he did recommend replacing it and I agreed to their quote and was told they'd call when the part came in. The only problem was that he didn't follow through. I had to call the office to schedule the repair.
