Pure Air

We got 3 estimates and Pure Air stood out, not just about price, but because their salesman, Michael patiently answered our numerous questions. The installer Eric and his assistant were on time, explained their process and cleaned up afterwards. We would DEFINITELY recomment Pure Air Naples.

Everything went well and quickly. No issues.

Everything went to plan with removal and replacement completed in 5.5 hours. AJ and Michael were very wonderful technicians and extremely professonal and polite. Service manager, Novie Tocco, gave us a very good quote for Trane system that was very competitive. He also gave me credit for work done as result of Hurricane Irma damage. I was extrememly satisfied and would recommend them to friends.

Great. Mike's team was very responsive & professional. What I appreciated the most was that they stood by their work. They took care of my AC needs over the years, including the install of a new unit a few years ago. Fairly priced and quality work, what more do you want?

These guys are the greatest! They never try to sell you something you don't need and every one of their employees that I've met have been very courteous and professional. I called earlier today to have my air conditioner checked out and since everyone is still recovering from Hurricane Irma I figured it would take them a couple days to get here. But there showed up within a few hours. It was my pleasure to meet Michael Crothers, the owner. He's the one that showed up! You just couldn't meet a nicer young man! They are totally professional easy to work with take pride and always have lived up to everything they promised me and more. I never had any issues with them the work is done good and right the first time. They also insulated my entire home and went the extra mile doing that. Seriously I cannot say a bad thing about them and I know A LOT of other vendors/contractors I sure can. Keep up the good work!!!

At the time of the service, my air conditioner was only 2 years old. I was told I needed a new pole contactor on outside unit. The charge was $195.00 for replacing the part which took about five minutes. (Part cost about $10.00 at big box retailers.) The man that installed it was very nice but I feel the charge was excessive.

I'm extremely impressed with all aspects of how they conduct business and the level of knowledge of their technicians.

I couldn't be happier with the result and our electricity bill has subsequently decreased with the efficiency of the new unit. Plan to use them going forward to service our other units and when they fail to replace those as well. Two thumbs up. Great company.

The were very prompt and sect two teams to install both air conditioners at the same time. Completed the job very quickly and did a super job, very clean and neat install. We have never enjoyed the comfort of air like they put in. Keeps temperature perfect in the home and really lowers the humidity in the house.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. Product, installation. I never saw this type of responsiveness. I purchase the equipment 5pm, I was in touch with Michael till 10pm. Next morning I had a new hvac central unit installed. Impressive.

Michael did a great job of putting a complete bid together with all the necessary things included in the price. Once the job was scheduled they were on time and completed the job in the time frame they estimated. I did have them installl a wifi thermostat and it seems to be working as planned. Although everything appears to be working great, based on the information from the Wi-Fi thermostat, I have yet to be on site to review the work in person. I plan to follow up with anothet review once I physically get to Florida to check it out.

Got it working again but needed new system. It is being installed today

Mike was very responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. We called and got a quote immediately which included the exact breakdown of costs. He explained each line item to ensure we had a clear idea of our out of pocket costs. He also helped us with the financing process. The AC unit was installed the very next day. Prompt and attentive service. We will definitely call him again for future services.

The workman arrived on time to do the job and find out my AC drain was blocked so I needed more work done but unfortunately it broke down a couple days after. I called on a Sunday and got someone who said they will be there in am and they came even earlier than planned. The company returns calls also which is great. I would use this company again my AC is working.

Air conditioning unit replaced and return added to one of the bedrooms. The price was reasonable I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off, I did receive quotes from other vendors that clearly only cared about the money. The job was done in several hours, it did not take up the whole entire day. Diego was our installation team leader, he was very professional and answered all of our questions. Michael Elkins provided the quote for us and assisted my husband and I with the financing process. The system works great, my house feels cool. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone that asks. Very Professional!!

fine, but i was under the impression the offer covered checking an a/c that wasn't working, but it did not and i had to pay $89 to have the broken a/c looked at. i then used the coupon offer to service my other a/c which was low on freon and one lb was added free as part of the coupon deal. this was quite a bargain since one lb of freon alone is over $100. I liked the company so much, I used them to put in a new a/c (to replace the broken one) after they matched the quote from Costco (which was very low).

They did not show up as scheduled, no call/no show. We canceled the work and will go with another company.

It went well but the 3 years service contract I added was too expensive. Not happy at all about it.

The technician replaced a part (after consulting with a colleague) and said the unit was working, but said it was temporary and we needed a new air conditioning unit. The unit is not that old and rarely used except in the summer, and then set at 82. We have used Pure Air for 4+ years and had always been satisfied with their work. It appears we had an inexperienced technician. If we did not have a maintenance agreement, we would not call again. this is the first time in 4+ years they disappointed us.
