Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment and rob the tech said he was on the way. He contacted me by phone but could not find his way to my house. I offered to assist by phone and he said the police was behind him he had to get off phone. that was the last contact. This is very bad with this heat in sw florida. Not too professional.

Description of Work: First service person worked well with me to do what I could afford, $800. Second service person came to install the new part and discovered that I was misinformed about what was wrong. He repaired a/c at a much lower price. Honest company as they could have installed the new unnecessary part and charged the original estimate. I value their integrity.

Description of Work: They have been out twice. The first time my air quit working, it was the capacitor. They came out on a Saturday, made the repair and honored the Angie's List coupon. The second visit was for the air conditioner motor. They came out to check, but I had to wait until the next day for the part. They came out first thing in the morning and, once again, honored the Angie's List coupon! So far, so good. The house is nice and cool. Pure Air did a great job.

Description of Work: When the appointment time came and went without anyone showing up I called and the owner came personally to perform the service. He showed me the problems with both the outside and inside units at which point it was determined to replace the system. I chose the lesser expensive system available without any pressure or sales pitch as to why I should buy the more expensive one. The tech's who installed the system were very professional and careful not to damage my home in any way and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would highly recommend Pure Air to my friends and family.
