Description of Work: Inspected the system and added some desiccant in the air handler. Tested the operation and then had a discussion about when to replace this 15 year old unit and what the options are. I feel better the unit will continue working till replacement is scheduled next year.

Description of Work: I forwarded a bunch of information about this and was promised the fees would be credited. Did you credit my account? Also the CEO has #1 on Angie's List on the back of his card. They no showed several times and never completed the worked. I hired another company.

Hello I am sorry you had a problem with the location of your PMA and they slow response you said you encountered. I noted in your response that you called during off hours, so this is more than likely why the technician was unable to locate your PMA as it is in your hard file at the office. We are currently transitioning to a digital format system so hopefully this will limit the future slow responses and make customer files (PMA'S) more readily available. Hopefully you will allow Pure Air to service your AC system in the future and give us the opportunity to make your next experience much more favorable. Description of Work: Tried multiple times to schedule a duct cleaning with a coupon they had advertised on their website. Had four scheduled appointments which were all cancelled/rescheduled by them. After the fourth cancellation I asked for the owner to call me so I could voice my disappointment. I did not schedule a fifth appointment as I was fed up and the secretary told me they were very busy, but she assured me she would have the owner call me. I never heard from him. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Description of Work: I had my AC serviced with an Angie's list special. Minor complaints: first available appointment was two weeks from when I purchased the special. The day of the appointment I had a two hour window from 9-11, the technician called at 1045 saying he was 15 minutes away and asked if it was raining. It wasn't raining but was getting very close. Around 11 it started sprinkling and the technician called and said he would have to reschedule. If the technician had shown up on time there would have been no rain. | |The technician showed up at the end of a two hour window the next day and did a great job.
