[member name removed], I have the invoice from August 8th which you signed that clearly states that my technician was unable to clean the condenser coils due to no water access. Furthermore, he also noted that he cleaned with self rinsing cleaner, and sanitized your indoor coil. This cleaner is not made for the outside coil and we do need water to properly clean the outdoor coil. I do not see an estimate written on the invoice. Description of Work: Cooling system inspection and service. While it seems that system may be leaking a replacement system was offered for $5,400 rather than a $$ estimate to fix. Gotta make you wonder as to validity. one pound of refrigerant came with offer, tech stated two were needed. Was not offered second pound or additional cost? Lastly tech was two hours late, no call was received advising of delay nor any apology offered. I had to call 30 minutes after scheduled time to inquire status. I suspect the price is fair just not comfortable that I need a whole new system.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie’s List Big Deal for Pure Air’s duct sanitizing for $199. I assumed it was vacuuming of ducts but I was mistaken. The staff of Pure Air were very pleasant and a refund check was issued and was received several days before I expected.
