I reached out to this customer. We were there over a year ago. The customer has a 15 year old system that is completely out of refrigerant. We completed our obligation for the purchase of the big deal on Angie's List. After speaking with the customer she seemed very upset with a handyman, not us. Description of Work: Pure Air installed a top of the line computer-controlled air conditioning system made by Trane. I've had the system for nine months and I've been completely satisfied with the air conditioning unit and service provided by Pure Air. This is the best air conditioning system on the market today and I've saved approximately $80-$100 a month on my electric bill.

I think it's very obvious that HVAC companies don't make anything when coming out for $39 or $29, but they all do it. Why?
