Slightly longer than promised, but good communication and follow-up.

Pure Air was extremely quick to install our new unit that we feel is almost paying for itself. They have responded to all of our concerns.

Excellent called showed up within a couple hours fixed Air conditioning system great company have used in past highly recommend this company for service in the future

Michael took care of all the issue during the install, so the job would run smoothly.

The deal was very good, and Novi was excellent performing the service in a very timely manner. Would recommend again.

Awesome. I don't own a home myself and I live in rural NY State where everyone knows who to go to for their needs. Here I was in a fairly large town with lots of service providers. I finally remembered Angies List and saw a pretty enormous discrepancy in ratings... Pure Air was the highest rated by a ton. I sent in an email to them and a couple of the other companies, and THAT NIGHT, maybe within an hour, I received a very professional text from Michael, the owner, letting me know he saw my email and wanted to set up a plan. I did hear from the other companies the next morning. I thought that was amazing... this was after 9pm on a Friday. My dad and I had just arrived back in town (he was in NY with us a month while they sorted out the electricity) and needless to say VERY eager to get the AC on that weekend. I was leaving on Sunday. To make a long story short, the work was completed on Saturday. I did get to meet Michael and he was smart and totally on top of things. I felt this was a very responsive company that cared a lot about their reputation and would call them first. I will add that over lunch, a neighbor (it's a condo association) tried to call her AC guy to see if he'd come out (she was an established customer and we weren't) and he wouldn't do come out. We did have to wait a bit but Michael came. My dad is 84 and needed that AC working. I really appreciated his help and felt that he readily went the extra mile.

Everything went well and Michael our Sales Manager was a critical factor when we needed documentation for our Insurance Company due to the damage caused by Hurricane Irma. I certainly would highly recommend Michael and His team.

Jim the technician was very professional and explained all diagnostics on my unit and system.

Michael Elkins has been very responsive, including on weekends. The crews were polite and professional. There was one minor issue after installation which was promptly fixed.

I’m very happy with the Mike,only wait for the paperwork (Invoice) but the insurance company required,and he promised send by mail,and up to date 11/14/2017,not received yet. Hope maybe is to busy and forget.

Everything was done professionally and quickly. Called day one, replaced day two.

A couple of days later his installers called ahead and arrived a 1/2 hour early (to my pleasant surprise). They were neat, friendly, and got right to work. After the install they tested the equipment, showed me how to operate the new control panel, and then did a thorough clean-up of the work areas. Very satisfied!

Great - they went above & beyond in making sure the wiring situation was straightened out as well!

Tech showed up on time gave a 30 minute courtesy call spent over hour working on system cleaned unit sanitized duct system was very knowledgeable extremely happy with service signed up on a one-year maintenance contract

Mike responded extremely quickly and came and did a assessment of the problem and the needs. He gave options and helped to solve another issue I had with inconsistent cooling. The price was very competitive and the timing was extremely fast and thoughtful so that I could ensure proper functioning before I left the house. The crew arrived promptly and fitted the new system quickly and with minimal if any mess. The last piece was the thermostat which would not set up via the nexus site while the Tech was there so I was left to set that up myself (happy to do so as I am very tech savvy and I told the Tech) . However once the thermostat connected there was an error. I called this in straight away and within an hour they had a Tech out to my house to fix the issue which they did in about an hour. The aircon system works perfectly and I ffeel I had value for money and great service.

All went well except the install date and time. It was scheduled for 8 a.m. didn’t get a call when no one showed. I called and was told salesperson double booked and the install crew was at an install in different city and would be done at 2. I had a Massage scheduled at 2 so thought I would have plenty of time to go. Then the crew showed up at 1 and I had to cancel my Massage appointment and I lost out on the money for that due to not canceling within 24 hours

Excellent, The work as fast and efficient. The Reme Halo addition really helped my wifes allergies. She no longer needs to see a plastic surgeon, as the bags under her eyes are gone! We've had them maintain our units at our small business, and change the filters, etc. When one of our business units stopped working one evening, they came to fix it that night. We've never had a problem or complaint. It is a locally owned and run company. Highly recommended without reservation.

OK I was a little disappointed that we were told we needed a new ac unit right away but they still put in extra pounds of freon above the quantity listed in the deal. We did get a new unit so that freon went to waste.

I was skeptical at first of the additional air purifier that they wanted to install with the new Trane A/C unit. However, I put my trust in the company and got the Reme Halo air purifier. I have very bad allergies that make my eyes puff up every morning and since the installation, my allergies have been AT LEAST 70% better since! My experience was wonderful, I would recommend this company without hesitation!

Very competent, fast, fair pricing. This is the first AC company I was completely satisfied with. Mike, the owner was quick to respond. Made excellent recommendations on what system to get. Gave me a fair estimate and installed the next day. Technicians were very competent. 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job. I am an amputee in a wheelchair and their service was great. They helped me with my financing of my A/C unit. I would highly recommend them and would like to thank Michale Elikins, Sales Mgr and Erick Huerta the installer.

I am both glad and fortunate to have chosen Pureair for our air conditioning needs and this is why... Having recently purchased our dream home which needed a total renovations, addressing a well worn original 20+ year old unit was high on our priority list and thus we contacted no less than five local companies for estimates within days of the purchase. Each company offered their own solution, but ultimately Pureair stood above the rest with a comprehensive plan that included not only addressing all of our requirements, but exceeding them. Pureair was able to work within our budget in a timely fashion as promised and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They delivered on the all of the aspects of our purchase... the equipment, installation and subsequent service since. This is where we feel fortunate to have chosen Pureair... Days after the initial installation it became evident that our unit wasn't performing as expected although the system seemed to check out and the correct size unit was installed according to the load calculations. We just had a feeling something wasn't right and Pureair agreed... they wanted us to be satisfied and decided to swap out the entire system for a larger unit that could meet the demand. This basically required an entire system to be swapped out... including replacing the new refrigeration lines, custom plenum, etc... and all they asked for was the difference in the cost of the upgraded unit.... no labor or materials. I don't know many companies that would be willing to do that these days. I don't write many reviews, but I glad to write this review. Mike and the crew at Pureair are very deserving and if you're in the market for AC system... do yourself a favor and give them a shot.
