Pure Air

A thorough check and tune up of the entire system was performed with explanations of procedures and suggestions for continued good maintenance and operation.

They said they'd come at 3pm, didn't call or arrive until 5:20pm. He was very professional and apologetic and so I felt that "things happen" and he just got held up with his previous appointment. I called the following week to set up an appointment for the tune up. Again, everyone was nice and polite, but they said they'd be there between 12-2pm, and I called around 2:20 to find out when they might arrive. The office said it would be another 20-30 minutes. Although I wasn't too happy about having to take even more time off work, I agreed. A few minutes later the technician called and told me he was 45 - 60 minute drive away from my house. So, I canceled and will have to call another company. They are very nice and if you have someone who stays at home, they would be a good company. But, when you need to take time off from work to meet them, it seems they don't have a realistic guess at when they will actually arrive.

I was out of my house all summer so I don't know how it went. It seemed alright. I never spoke to anyone. The person in my house said there was some kind of problem with the air conditioner so I planned to wait until I got back but when they said there was a problem, I had the people come out and look at my air conditioner and they said everything was fine. I was happy. They went out there. They seem to have done what they were supposed to do. I spoke to them on the phone and they were very accommodating so as far as I've dealt with them, I thought they were very good. They even answered the phone outside of business hours.

Great. Loved them. On time. Thorough. Efficient. All I asked for. And they had a great follow up offer.

Went well, after the holidays he came right away, very professional. Showed me what was working also showed me what wasn't working. No pressure, to get issue fixed, great attitude. Will use in future, thanks Mike with Naples Pure Air, also thanks Angie List. I's happy :)

We were impressed that the owner came out to our property and performed the annual tune-up on our central HVAC system. We do this routinely to keep our system operating efficiently. At our request, we asked him to replace the existing thermostat with a new digital model while he was there so we paid an additional $149. At first, we thought this was a bit expensive but as he was installing the new equipment, he discovered that our humidistat was never connected to our system. For fifteen years, we thought it was working and apparently it never was. He made sure to connect it for us so, in the long run, we didn't mind paying the $149 after all. A week later, we ended up calling Pure Air again when the air handler in our rental home suddenly died and this contractor did another great job.

They did great. They were reasonable and went over and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. We will be having more of our duct work replaced in the future through Pure Air.

Very professional. I had to cancel at the last minute and they were great about rescheduling. They came exactly when indicated and spent a significant amount of time checking the system and then adding freon. I was not pressured to buy anything extra but was told to keep an eye on a couple of things. I would gladly use them again.

The price was in line, and they did a nice job. I'd use them again.

Tech was very friendly and the only person my dog has never barked at. He was extremely pet friendly. Everything was done as wanted and expected.

The service went well. The technician was professional and informative. He also provided me with quotes for new A/C systems.

Great company to deal with. Didn't try to "sell" me anything. Complimented the workmanship of the installer (not them) and said things looked very good. Was so impressed, signed up for a yearly contract.

My air conditioning developed a leak and unfortunately I was leaving on a business trip in the morning. I contacted my regular provider who did not return my emergency call. I looked on Angie's list where I obtained the phone number and wonderful reviews given to Pure Air. I called Pure Air , my call was promptly returned and an appointment was made for the following morning. The technician arrived on time the next day, he was very polite and professional . The work was completed In short order. I was able to leave on my business trip as scheduled. I have since decided to make Pure Air my service company for all future needs.

We made the call to PureAir after purchasing "the deal" and knowing we needed someone today. They were very helpful and scheduled someone to be here within a few hours. Michael arrived on time and we soon learned he's the owner of the company. We got the Top Dog! He had our system cleaned out quickly and was very helpful. He even complimented my husband on his innovative hose-into-a-bucket temporary fix! Although there was NO pressure to do so, we signed up for a maintenance program. ($200 for 3 years. Very affordable.) PureAir will check our system once a year and let us know if anything needs to be done. We are seasonal residents and have battled the plugged drain line with water damage to the wall. Now, we feel confident we're in good hands with people who know their stuff and won't charge us a fortune. (-Like another company we previously contracted with that charged more than double that price.) Highly recommend.

Service went fine, added duct cleaning (which still hasn't been completed) and uv lights. Only negative is that there was a language barrier with the installation guys for the uv lights, it was hard for the three gentleman to understand my questions about the service.

Everything was great. This was the 2nd i used them. They came out quickly on the same day. They diagnosed problem with minutes and fixed it immediately. The service tech was excellent and friendly and knowledgeable. I now have my service contract with them as well as my parents.

It was fine. They were on time. They did the job professionally. They told me what they were doing and explained things to me. I was satisfied with it. He didn’t do much of anything really. He didn’t find anything so he really didn’t have to do much.

I live in a small condominium and my air conditioner was installed in 2008. It looked to need cleaning and I was also interested in having the air conditioning ducts cleaned. The service guy (who is also the owner of the company?) took the front plate of the front of the air conditioner and showed me the inside of the machine which was indeed very dusty and dirty. He stated that to clean the machine would be a big job because of the difficulty in accessing the inside of it. He quoted me a price of $375.00 for the basic job. If I wanted the air conditioning ducts cleaned, the whole thing would cost around $500.00 +. In the end the only thing he did was to take the removable filter out, walk outside with me to use the water hose and wash the filter off and then replaced it. Nothing else was done. The coupon I had bought was a $49.00 promotion for a cleaning that would supposedly normally cost $119.95. The man was nice and explained the problem with my air conditioner but the bottom line is - I paid $49.00 to have a filter washed off. The guy was very nice and professional but I should have asked for my money back or insisted that something more than just the filter being washed was done.

It went well with Pure Air. I was impressed with their services and their price was affordable. I was just impressed with the degree of professionalism that the service person displayed.
