Excellent service and feedback. I signed up for a 3 year coverage plan, was given a great discount as an Angie's List member and was very pleased overall. Professional and not at all pushy. This was an excellent choice.

The technician evaluated the status of our system. Indicated that the unit would fail in the next six to twelve months due to corrosion on the coil. He thoroughly cleaned the system as it had weeds growing into the system. Washed the coils completely.

Not well, when I got to Florida, my AC unit will not work. Now I have to try and get the school fixed Not impressed

Serviced air conditioner. Went very well. Showed us things we did not know, being new to Florida. Will continue to use them.

It worked out pretty fine. They cleaned the coils on my evaporator and he did some pressure checks on my refrigerant and I told him I would change my own filter. He basically did a preventative maintenance. He was on time, he did the job, told me what he did, explained everything and that was it. I was well satisfied. I didn't spend a dime more than the cost of the deal and the service was done a week or 2 after I purchased the deal. They called me back after i paid for it an we scheduled it and they came out.

THE SERCICE MAN CALLED TO ALERT ME HE WAS ON THE WAY AND WHEN HE ARRIVED CONDUCTED THE CHECK AND ADVISED MY UNIT WAS IN GREAT SHAPE AND REQUIRED NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE. HE ALSO REPLACED MY FOAM AIR FILTERS W/O CHARGE.

PURE AIR ended up installing a complete new Trane A/C. There were a couple of shut downs. They were addressed within 24 hours. Some glitches in the new unit, I understand. Novie Tocco was the salesman on this job. He lives within 5 miles of my house. He was very good with these problems and they got solved in good time.

The system was replaced while we were at our home in Pennsylvania. Everything was handled over the phone and through email. All work was done as described and we have no complaints. Would recommend this company and will continue to use their services as needed.

They were fine. They showed up when they said they will. They were nice and polite. I was satisfied with them.

Cleaned A/C ducts, vents, filters, and main units, treated for mold and mildew prevention.

It was not a go.........they rescheduled once and were a no show once. Obviously we had to cancel the service and ask for a refund. It is a month later and we are still waiting for the refund! Now we don't even trust using Angie's List!

They didn't show or call on the agreed upon time. I called them back, since I'd already paid for it online, and we made another appointment. The technician came on time and was really honest and professional.

This company is now advertising county wide.. I am concerned that someone else will be hurt by their business dealings. After a high pressure sales presentation I agreed to purchase a new unit from this company. The company insisted on installing the unit the same day. It took them until 11pm to install that day. I learned the hard way why this was done..it didn't give me time to compare costs of other air conditioning companies. Unfortunately, I ended up paying a couple thousand dollars more than comparable units. I called the owner of the Pure Air franchise in Naples and was told "Well you agreed to pay me the money...it's like selling a home...if someone will pay more for it, you take it!" This is not what the parent company promises in their sales brochure..."a fair and reasonable price" The company did not apply for a permit until I called the county to complain about the company.. When the county engineer inspected the unit there were multiple problems with the installation. It took a couple more service visits to bring the unit up to code which took a couple more visits from the county engineer....then the unit "froze" and that took another service visit. Part of the sales agreement was three years of service....(twice yearly service calls). These were not completed. I've called in another company to do the service calls and they had to do even more repair on the unit. I hope by reviewing this company it will help someone else from making a costly mistake. I wish I'd done my "due diligence" at the time...it would have saved me a lot of headache and a couple thousand dollars!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. They came on time. It was professional. It was a good deal. They performed the service satisfactorily and I was happy with it. There were no other additional costs.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went quite well. They came right out, and it was all good. I had a little bit of trouble with us getting back and forth, but they came quickly. I think the price was very reasonable.

They were professional and on time. We originally had a smell when the a/c turned on and that smell was gone after they finished. Unfortunately, after 3 days it returned. I was not sure if there was another issue that needed to be addressed. So I called Pure Air and was pleasantly surprised with customer service that is not typical anymore. They looked up my invoice and made an appointment to come back out and look over the work that had been completed. The technicians were again on time and professional. They cleaned everything again and sprayed a fungicide. While they did ask us to leave the house for 2 hours, there was not any odor when we returned. As an aside, after we had left the house, I realized I had left my wedding rings on the counter in plain site. I took them off to apply lotion and forgot to put them on. As I suspected, when we returned home, the rings right where I left them. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Pure Air to any of my family, friends, or fellow Angie's list members.

They were great. Stan was very good with the service. He determined the work that was needed and he even credited later service as the service did not meet the full Big Deal service. He let me know to call with any issues. They called promptly after the purchase to setup the work. I will continue to use them in the future.

Everything was great and we felt very confident with our choice to have a service contract with Pur Air.

I originally contacted Pure Air through Angie's List for "Big Deal" to replace my thermostat with a programmable unit and check my system. Since I had just recently purchased an older home, I was curious to find out how much life was left in the air conditioning system. Unfortunately, the air handler was 25 years old and the condenser was 10+ years old and never should have been put together. After seeing the extend of the wear and tear on the system, I decided to replace the units. The workers arrived the next morning promptly at 8AM as promised. The two gentlemen that came to my home were very professional both in appearance and manners. They worked non stop except for a brief break for lunch and dinner well into the evening. The job was completed at approx. 10PM. Two other workers from Pure Air arrived around 6PM to help. Also very professional. I have never had such a nice experience with a team as this. They replaced everything to do with my air conditioning. All debris was removed and my garage was swept before they left. These workers were efficient, polite, professional, and very hard working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing air conditioning repair, replacement or a new system. Thank you

Mike did a quick look at our system, and went into salesman mode to sell us a new AC system. Our first priority was to have the system serviced so that it could operate for a week of two until we got quotes from at least 3 contractors for a replacement system. Mike never did the complete service, and then tried to sell us a $9000 replacement system. When I told him that we had prepaid for a service by purcasing an Angies list coupon, he said he would refund our money. I have made three calls and sent one email regarding the refund, and nothing has been done. By the way, his lowest cost system he quoted us was a 3 ton 13 SEER Rheem for around $4400. We ended up getting a 3 ton 16 SEER variable speed Trane system for the same price from another A rated Angie's list contractor!

Michael Crothers (owner) quoted the job and gave a very competitive price for a 16 seer multi-stage Rheem A/C system with programmable thermostat. The removal of the old Lenox A/C sytem and installation of the new Rheem A/C system including new return air duct work was completed by Noree (sp) and Mario in less then 12 hours. The new Rheem A/C system had several minor issues but each and every time Pure Air was very responsive and had repair people out to resolve these concerns. I would/will use Pure Air for future A/C maintenance and/or repairs.

Please note, this unit hangs appx 20 feet in the air, as the house is on an island (Ft Myers Beach) & code restrictions put it there! The serviceman was exceptional, knowledgeable, and impressed me with his patience. I have signed up for an annual service agreement with Pur Air, so I will see them again next spring.

The air conditioner and the air handler was installed and in a timely fashion. The problem with the service is....no one came back to do the final inspection and the permitting is still not done. We have called them with a promise that someone would be by and/ or the excuses that someone was here but we were not home. On and on. They have not been dependable after installation. We have a noise problem with a loud unit rattle that happened again today. We would not give them a thumbs up. We are seniors and getting things completed and out of the way is very important to us.
