Pure Air

I was very pleased with the job that was done. They showed up on time, did a great job on the install and left the property very clean. My one issue is that I was left with no paperwork at all. I have nothing telling me what model was installed, no info on how it works and no warranty information. I have called no less than 10 times asking for this and they keep telling me they will mail it but I have never received anything. Very disappointing.

They were on time and completed all the work.

It went fine. They were friendly. They're dressed nicely. I never had any dislikes; they were good.

Went off well but said the vent system was not adequate. System requires more air then the ducts can deliver. Said he'd get me details and prices Monda, 3 days later. It's been 15 days, no contact and no written report on what was done and an evaluation of the system.

A kind technician came to visit us at around 7pm of the day that we called, due to the desperation we were in, even though their next availability was, technically, 4 days out. Our AC went out a couple of days before and with a dog and a one-year old, we had already given up on the DIY stuff. After a speedy inspection, the technician replaced a calibrator, which fixed our AC; he said that the total charge for the inspection and calibrator replacement would be $100. I told him that I was hoping he would've first given me a report after the inspection, since I had been planning to speak with my husband when he got home from work before I paid for any services. The technician was understanding and acknowledged that he had made a mistake, not realizing that we had already ordered an inspection coupon off of Angie's List. He went to his car and made a phone call. When he came back, he informed me that after speaking with his manager, Pure Air was going to wave the cost of the labor and calibrator replacement due to the misunderstanding. After two days of 87 degree weather in my home with my babygirl, I could not have been happier with the excellent and speedy service of Pure Air. Their customer service is above par. And, before I ordered service with them, their manager personally assured me, over the phone, that their technicians get a sufficient paycheck at the end of the week without having to worry about whether or not they sold any parts to the people they serviced. It feels great doing business with a company without having to worry about being scammed!! I cannot imagine doing business with anyone but Pure Air when it comes to our future AC needs.

Great company. Great price. Great Service. they did a nice job on the heat/air unit servicing. got some advice on the remaining life of the unit as well and what to expect. he also installed a new smart wi-fi thermostat and completely set it up. a lot of HVAC people wont and dont know how they work. he connected it to the wifi network and configured it fully. no problem. The price and professionalism was first class. I will be using them for my future HVAC needs. Thx Angie's List as i didnt know any HVAC service providers and needed a recommendation. Highly recommend.

The Pure Air folks arrived spot on time. They brought in their equipment and efficiently went room to room cleaning the returns and extending their powerful vacuum tools down the lengths of the ductwork. When they were finished, they quickly packed up and were on their way. They were very courteous and tried to avoid intruding on us while they worked. I have to say that the dust in my home has been reduced dramatically. Our home is 30 years old, and I do not believe any of the former residents had the duct work cleaned. I have noticed that I do not have to dust the furniture as often, which is a Godsend because dust would cover surfaces within hours of my cleaning it off. In spite of the fact that we have two dogs and two parakeets, we can go a week without having to dust. I can only imagine how happy my lungs must be! The service was well worth the price.

As far as I know the maintenance was performed satisfactorily. The tech, Novie Tocco, was very nice and gave me a lot of information. He was able to answer my questions and offered a very, very reasonable three year service agreement. I did have a few concerns however. First he was at least two hours late and no one called me to let me know, so I just waited around. I called the company; they contacted him and said he was late because an emergency job had taken more time than expected. When I asked why he had not called, she said it was because he had been given the wrong number. Once he arrived and he checked his phone for my number, it was indeed incorrect. So in a way his tardiness was a moot point, but I was still annoyed. Second I offered him a bottle of water which he accepted. However, when he wanted to set it down, he placed it on a table instead of asking for a coaster. The bottle of course was wet from the refrigerator and I had to ask him to remove it. Third, he did not wear "booties" when he came into the house, thus dragging dirt and grass clippings in. Luckily we are installing new carpet very soon so I was not as concerned with this. However, had the new carpet been down, I would have been furious. As it was, I only had to vacuum. I am still debating about using this company again.

They were friendly and competent

The serviceman was very thorough and professional - he arrived a little earlier than scheduled. He was knowledgeable about our unit and did a good inspection. Very pleased with this service provider- both in price and service, and we will contact them in the future.

they scheduled and arrived exactly when they said. the owner and helper hooked up their heavy duty suction equipment and took apart all the ducts, cleaned them all, and re-assembled same. Excellent people, excellent service. I recommend most highly

They did fine and they did great. The work has been fine. So far, so good.

The workmen arrived at 8 am for demolition and removal of the old system. There were as many as 5 men working at one time. The crew, to a man, were neat and professional. 13 hours later, the work was completed. We were are are very satified and would certainly recommend this company.

Called for an estimate,the owner came out personally, gave me the quote.Afew days later two crews came out early morning and had the job done in about six hours.d[d an exellent job.

The service started out okay, although I was surprised he showed up at 5pm to service 2 units, leaving him here until 6:30-6:45pm The first a/c unit went fine, pointing out a few suggestions and appraising general condition. The second unit was a different story. I mentioned I had to change the thermostat about 3 months ago and couldn't find the right one I wanted that tied to a humidistat, allowing for a/c unit to go on if the humidity is too high . He checked it out , showing me a wire I didn't have quite right. A few minutes later, he came off the roof where the unit was and told me I had no refrigerant and furthermore , I had it wired wrong , so obviously the unit wasn't even working. I told him the unit was working fine until he shut it off to check, which raised the temp in that part of the house. As it turned out , the unit has a double time delay and he was getting a reading of no refrigerant for some reason. Everything turned out fine once it came back on and apparently needed no refrigerant. But accusations were made from the tech which were unfounded and he did apologize. At that point , my confidence and comfort in the company diminished. I most like will have them return as I prefer to have ongoing relationships and I will chalk it up to an overworked tech.

Owner came and gave estimate at my request. His crew showed up the next day to install the system and did a nice job. System needed adjustment and they got back quickly to make the adjustment to my satisfaction. Has been running great ever since.

The two technicians wee excellent. They were professional, friendly and worked quickly. The gave instructions for better, more efficient operation of the air conditioning system. I was very leased with the service and plan to call on them again as need arises.

Service was prompt and courteous. Very professional company. I took out the service contract for three years and did not get charged for this service call. Service contract is $250 for three years, which is a great deal.

My appointment was scheduled between two and four in the afternoon. At about 130, I received a call and I was asked if I would mind if the representative arrived a few minutes early. That was fine with me. He arrived about 155 and was here about one half hour. He did not try to "upsell" in any way and was very professional. I plan to use pure air each and every year in the future. This company is a "breath of fresh air" in the Naples air conditioning market.

Called Pure Air and within 1 hours their rep was at our door to give an analysis of a new system along with in depth explanations of the equipment and a price quote for new system with installation. Within 2 hours the installers were at the door with the equipment to start the removal of old system and installation of the new system. The installers(4) were extremely professional and took great care to cover all of the rugs with drop clothes to protect the carpeting and tile floors.
