Very well. In fact perfect. Mike came did a walk through as to what had to be done. Gave us an immediate quote and also various options and cost. When advised we were going to use his company they scheduled date and time for installation the crew arrived on time. They were professional in every way from appearance to installation to clean up when finished. Mike called to see how they did and also came over to check on installation and made sure everything met our satisfaction. Very much impressed with whole company and the staff for all their assistance through the process Would recommend them in a heartbeat

Pure Air did a great job from start to finish. I was extremely pleased with their service and everyone in their organization. I called for service on a Friday morning and within a few hours they sent out a serviceman who was very knowledgeable and explained my problem and options. I received a quote over the weekend, from the Owner, and a new system was installed on Monday/Tuesday and I was up an running. Pure Air is definitely a customer driven company and the entire experience was painless. Their installation team was very courteous and they left the premises spotless. I have had property in Naples for 39 years and highly recommend them for any HVAC service. They have certainly earned my business going forward.

Overall went well. Mike needs to communicate a bit better with his field service staff but once the problem noted it was remedied with courtesy and dispatch. No company is perfect but you can count on this company to be responsive to your needs.

We ended up replacing the entire AC system.

I contacted Pure Air b/c I already had an existing multi-year maintenance contract with that company and a technician was dispatched shortly. He confirmed the problem with the compressor and discussed my options. He then put me into direct contact with Pure Air's owner, Michael, who confirmed those options and answered all my questions. Michael then provided a very attractive price for the replacement of the entire unit (compressor and air handling unit) with a new, higher energy efficient unit. Throughout the discussions, Michael was very professional, and flexible as far as meeting my objectives and answering my questions. Likewise, his installation crew was efficient, very professional and interested in making certain I was completely satisfied with their work---which I was. After the installation, Michael followed up as promised on a promotion gift card arrangement with the A/C manufacturer. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C related work.

Amazing job done by this company. I was out of town and needed a new A/C unit. Mike was able to get the work done and it looks incredible. Highly recommend especially if you're an out of town owner and need someone to trust.

I'm very satisfied with the service they have provided me. The technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and fast. They came early in the morning to install a new unit and change the ducts, worked the whole day, cleaned and come again the day after to finish. I honestly recommend Pure Air .

Outstanding professionalism from the point of developing a detailed estimate based on my needs as a home owner, through the execution of the work by the technicians. No pressure to "up-sell" beyond my needs. All work was completed by a two man team within 4 hours, which included preparation of protecting floors, installation of the system, start-up and clean-up. These guys know what they are doing !

Really well. Fixed quickly & on time. In addition, Pure Air was able to bill back the MFR so no charge to me! Appreciated the responsiveness and integrity. Had some minor tuneups done at the same time but the bulk of the expense was covered.

When my a/c unit started making a horrible noise and not cooling ( and it was not a cool day) I contacted pure air and MICHAEL ELKINS got someone out out immediately to check it out ! Unfortunately it was the unit going out but MICHAEL got me an affordable unit and was on the phone with me during the whole installation process and contacted me a couple days after to ma?ke sure everything was cooling fine! My business will stay with PURE AIR thanks to MICHAEL! JOB WELL DONE

Mike was very prompt on giving me an estimate and getting us in the schedule to have the A/C installed. They meet with a few unexpected structural problems that they dealt with no problem and no additional charge. We had a "crew" that did the install and they were all great except for the guy left to finish it up. Was not happy with him and contacted Mike, who sent a supervisor to finish everything up. The only real delay was the duct cover which was custom made, and was delayed due to Hurricane Irma. All in all, the new A/C works great!!
