Very good experience. Very good workmanship. I was treated very well.

He wanted me to change the AC. I hate when people come in and say the AC does not work. He was trying to sell me a new air conditioning system. They said that they will give me a good deal, but I compared them to three other people, and they were the highest. I called them and asked them if they could come on a particular day, and they said I should buy the big deal and they would be here. I paid them $95 and I didn't get anything from them, the guy came in and said that the AC is going to go any time, but all ACs are going to break one day. There was a lot of misunderstanding at the beginning, but they haven't done any work. I have a service agreement with them, and if something happens, I will call them, and they will come in and do the work. He postponed the appointment twice.

Pure air replaced our air conditioner and condenser in one day for a reasonable price and performed professionally at all times. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone. I can only say I job well done.

It went so well that my 22 year old AC started working again. However, I knew the fix would be temporary because of the age factor and I decided to contract with Pure Air for a new unit. That was also an excellent experience with all of the perons I had contact with-- from the CEO to the very competent installers.

They were very prompt, professional, and took care of everything. They gave me the quoted price and gave suggestions on other projects I may need done.

Tech showed up on time and performed service. Overall great experience and would recommend again.

The company was easy to deal with. The technician came to our house within the timeframe that they gave us, actually a few minutes earlier. He was very professional.

My experience was good. They showed up when they said they would. They were neat and clean. They were well spoken and explained what they were going to do. They tried to sell me other services.

Found condenser coils falling apart, also compressor amps getting high. Inside of unit soaked with water. Unit in poor condition.

Service guy arrived well within the 3 hour window I was given. Called before he arrived. Very pleasant and professional. Checked the complete system indoors and cleaned the compressor outside. Did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Pure Air is awesome. Easy and responsive to schedule service with Morgan. Technician came on time. Totally professional. Was really helpful in explaining the AC unit and status. Provided helpful tips to keep unit operating at peak efficiency. All in all, a great experience. Would highly recommend.

I was not there, but my mother in law was and she said the gentleman was very nice and did a great job. It was the first time an AC company came out and did not try to make something up that was wrong and try to charge additional fees. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them.

Arrived late. Upon his arrival, the first thing out of his mouth that he had to charge $85.i00 just for showing up. A tidbit I did not of information receive when I called. Then immediately tried to sell me on a maintenance plan, very high pressured. When I did not "take" the offer the $50-75 charge (on top of the $85) went immediately to $100.00. It was Friday night, drain clogged, husband away on business I had to make an immediate decision as he could not come back the next day, too inconvenient. So I had him do the job. It was menial, not difficult to do, he was done in no time. But I had to pay the $185.00. Left rust water on my drive way where he disposed of the drain water. I would NEVER do business with this company again. No would I ever recommend them. Over priced, high pressure sales, and arrogant (but polite) business methodology. I felt he took advantage of the situation, high-balled me, and just did the least he had to do.

Pure Air is not satisfied from just making money from an installation. If you bought your own unit and want them to install it they will REFUSE. How arrogant!

The service went fine. They did not charge me anything additional. They were very fair. I wasn't here, because I live in Delaware during the summer, so I left it up to them, and I thought they treated me very fair. Much fairer than the other company.

Michael's employees arrive promptly at 9:30 and proceeding with removing the old system and replacing it with the new . Since I am curious as I can be (given by profession) they answered all my questions and were extremely cordial and friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Installation took about 8 hours but given what they had to do, and they did not rush the job, I feel like I got my values worth out of it. I would definately recommended Pure Are to anyone who needs a complete overhaul or maybe just a repair,

The install crew was excellent! Very nice and super professional. My garage floor was cleaner when they left then when they arrived. They even replaced all of my air filters and I have 13 ft ceilings! Thanks guys!!

.Technician was prompt. After cleaning and servicing, he told me about my system. He gave me more info than I had ever gotten in the past. I signed up for a two year contract with 2 more cleanings. Haven't had to call him back yet. Good for now.
