Pure Air

It went well. No problems.

The technician was on time very professional and really knew his material on air condition systems. He pointed out all areas that will need service soon. We were very satisfied.

Person arrived on time, checked out my entire system. Told me things to look out for in the future. Didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Offered me a yearly contract for maintenance which I purchased. No pressure to buy. Just offered.

He was very cordial, professional, and took the time to explain things about my humidistat and thermostat and how they relate to each other. I had someone else last summer and I don't think they did anything but walk around the building and tried to charge me twice what was advertised on Angie's list. I will definitely have Pure Air, Novie, come back for my next servicing.

He gave us tips for future maintenance in case the problem ever occurred again. He also provided suggestions for how to alter our set up outside to decrease the chances of the problem happening in the future.

Tech said he may have sprayed too much sanitizer. Didn't think it meant much until air handler did not work immediately after. Air temp keeps going up, air handler unresponsive & this is a brand new system!! Think he may have shorted out air handler.

Signed up for yearly maintenance contract...obviously liked service. Happy customer.

This was much less a maintenance call and seemed to be a sales call. I have a Trane unit that is 3 years old and haven't had any issues. They pointed out recommended improvements that seemed very costly. Since then I have had 3 different companies come and give me their opinion and all 3 said the improvements were unnecessary. Since the maintenance I have had two service calls that could have been avoided if Pure Air did the maintenance properly. I'm disappointed that I paid for the service and should have continued to use my regular provider, even though they are more expensive the quality of work is much better. As a result I have had to purchase an additional maintenance on my a/c system. This may in fact be a company but I didn't have a good experience.

The service was okay. He was a nice enough guy and he warned us about our thing, but the prices were a little high. What I was going to get for $95 was not really good. I paid the $95, but I could have gotten the same thing that he did for $29 elsewhere. I know they are a good service. They are really a good company, but I was not thrilled. He was honest with us because our air conditioner is old, but to replace it, their pricing was high. I have looked since then at other places that are much more reasonable. I would probably not use them again.

Technician provided information about the status of our unit with additional suggestions regarding humidistat and programmable thermostats. He was thorough and seemed knowledgeable about how to best utilize our current system.

Fine! There were two units so we paid extra. We rescheduled them once and they came a week later. They seemed polite and came when they said they would.

They did a great job; I wasn't expecting the overflow to be flushed, but that was included; I was happy with the work they did.

Checked gauges but cleaning was not as expected. Opened air handler, sprayed a little stuff in and closed. Did no cleaning to outside units, did not check filters. The whole visit took about 15 minutes. Technician was not aware of what the offer promised. nice guy though.

everyhing was ok. he did his work and found some mold and tried to sell a UV lamp. i'm not sure if we need it, and we need to google / get a second opinion for that.

Their service was very good. They originally posted an ad on Angie's List for $59.99 and a few days later, they posted it for $39.99. It was the same service. I called them and asked for a $20 refund. They gave it to me and that was cool. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely use them in the future.

the 59$ was the deal price which was a excellent deal I felt. was unsure about the extra $200 for the capacitor and he may have done more that I did not witness, but he was very knowledgeable, knew what he was doing, had it fixed within 30 min. and seemed like he offered me a great deal to upgrade my air handler and air conditioner for a Trane but could not put out that kind of money at the time so had to pass. He fixed my air conditioner and it has been running now for over a month. they did an excellent job fitting me into their busy schedule when she realized my air was broken she had someone come out the next day. otherwise they were backed up for over 2 weeks out. I will definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

Made an appointment for June 5. Technician arrived on time. Worked on the unit for about 15 min and left. However, he did not clean the condenser outside. He said he could not find water faucet. I checked afterwards and there is one by the handicap parking. It might be 100 Ft or so from condenser. Does technician carry any long hose in their vane? Another incident was that after initial service, lost cooling completely. However, he came right back after the call. It was working again after a big noise came out of the line. Maybe the contestant drain line some how was plugged after the initial cleaning and reopened up the second time. He suggested to replace the unit completely and would send me a quote that day. Never received a quote. The AC is working fine now. He mentioned the temp difference was little less than normal 18-20 degree.

They did alright. They came in like a day.

Called at 7am after a/c went out the night before. They were scheduled between 12 & 2 and the tech showed up before 1pm. Very professional, quick repair. Most of repair cost was credited towards a service contract, which will keep us covered in the future. Now thinking of replacing our unit & will likely go with this company given this experience. Highly recommend.
