Extreme attention to detail and superior quality. Protected lines outside unit with hard plastic to shield from lawn service and elements, and used thick insulation inside the A/C indoors; very high quality work. The technician, Eric, was also very professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't think of using another company.

I obtained several estimates for an entire HVAC system, including from the company that has serviced our system for the past 4 years, and Pure Air gave us the best options and at the best price. We arranged for the install and it was completed the same week. Very pleased with the customer service level, pricing, product offerings and quality. Called them on a rainy Sunday Afternoon on a holiday weekend when my old A/C stopped altogether - they installed a new system complete the following Monday morning in 4 hours. I give them the highest of ratings. We had no idea what a difference the change would make; the new system is creates a much more comfortable environment. The company that had previously serviced my old unit wanted a much higher price for a lesser quality system !!

Excellent and professional service....The Trane unit recommended and installed cut our FPL bill in half. Service personnel are knowledgeable problem solvers, honoring our maintenance agreement beyond standard working hours. Having lived in Fort Myers for fifty years and after having used multiple AC contractors and repair services, we must state that going with this company was one of our best decisions. The service provided by Pure Air in the past three years influenced our decision to renew our service contract for another three years!

Went very well. Showed me where the main filter was located of which I wasn't aware. Recently moved in & wasn't informed of filter location. Was shocked at condition of filter. It took several days after servicing to get rid of smell. Didn't know if used refrigerant which was included in cost.

Service tech arrived within appointment window. Checked temp differential of evaporator which was ok. Checked current draw of electrical system. Hosed off the condenser coil. Had to ask tech to check system pressures. Backflushed drain system, which dislodged debrie and plugged the drain system causing the A/C system to shut down. Had to call and have another tech come out and clean out drain and he did a great job. Previous years had same service performed and techs did a excellent job
