We visited Profloors after looking for suppliers on Angie's list. Our salesperson, Mel, was most helpful in helping us to narrow down our choices , given our requirements, and visited our home to measure up and give us a detailed quotation.He matched the price we had been offered by another company, and we were happy to proceed . The installers came on time, were very professional and helpful, and fitted all the carpet quickly and with minimum fuss. Ivan was great to work with and left the house clean and tidy. Overall a first class job.

Their service is great. I will be using them continually. Cedric is awesome and he does a great job. Their quality was excellent. I did have one issue as they left the carpet in my garage in the beginning because of a miscommunication and they handled that situation immediately.

Everything was great. They were patient with me as I chose the wood and asked a zillion questions. They explained the tile removal and that went very well. We needed to have new carpet installed and old carpet torn out within a short time span. I found ProFloors on Angie's List and emailed Cedric. I received an email back within a half hour and was told that he had a supplier that he could receive carpet quickly and asked if we could come to the store site that day. We went to the store site on a Tuesday, picked out something we liked and a call was made to the supplier to see if what we picked out was in stock. Cedric measured the room the following morning and the carpet was installed on Monday am by some very professional men. The whole process was pain free and the carpet was even on sale. I cannot say enough good things about ProFloors and their staff.

This was one of the most professional jobs we've dealt with! From our initial store consultation, to onsite visit for quote, and coordination with our condo association for soundproofing requirements, Pro Floors covered all the bases. They itemized in writing all the specifics, worked within our time schedule (we travel back and forth and they allocated time accordingly), and delivered a beautiful floor and carpeted stairs. No surprises, no issues or hassles, and the place was left absolutely immaculate, with the leftover pieces in one area. Never have we dealt with a contractor that it went so smoothly! Definitely use them again when we redo the rest of the condo! and highly recommend them! We worked with Tom Kelly, but all the guys there are pros.

We never had to leave our house to choose carpeting. Chuck made 3 trips to our house with samples. We did have an unexpected delay when we learned the carpeting we chose was no longer available, but Chuck drove back to our house immediately so we could choose a comparable carpet. The installers were hard-working and professional. There was no extra charge for moving furniture.

I went to Pro Floors before the holidays to order a wall mounted soap dish for my shower to replace the broken one. I inquired about the cost and I was told the trip charge would be $85. The soap dish was $12. I realized that would be the cost of the trip and labor and agreed, so they ordered the dish. The man that came to do the work was an independent contractor and did a nice job replacing the dish. I have no quarrels with him. On the other hand, the bill was for $137, which included a $125 trip charge. I called Tom to inquire, and was told this is the regular charge. I told him that I was quoted $85 and he said, "I don't know why I would have told you that". My advice, if you are using this company, is to get your estimate in writing. I would looked for other estimates had I known the rate they charged.

They were very helpful and did a excellent job of clean up after work was done. Will use again in the near future . More expensive then other installers but were worth the price

I called Pro Floors and discussed the price. During the discussion, I was holding an Angie's List coupon, and they said that they wouldn't honor it. I asked if I was entitled to an extra $300 off and they said they wouldn't accept it. I don't think the sales guy was really even aware of Angie's List. He just said "We aren't going to honor it", even though I read it back to him.

I was satisfied and pleased with their work. I plan on using them to refinish the floors soon.

They were very accommodating and easy to deal with from my consumer point of view.

Everything went very well. The gentleman that came, Steve, was absolutely professional and just wonderful. He was very personable, nice and did quality work.

It went very well. It was a dirty job, and a lot of furniture had to be moved before starting the project. The people working here were considerate and careful with our belongings.
