It went well. But their offers were limited.

We take it in steps. They were out last year for the master and the living room and this year for the other 2 bedrooms. What I like the most about Pro Floors is the quality of their work, scheduling, communicating, and their reliability. There is nothing they need to do to improve on. I will continue to use them in the future because they are reliable. Something they could do to get a better letter grade is their price. In other words, you give me some really great sale. We went back to deal with them again. That’s how much we thought of them. My husband handles more of this stuff, but I am more of a bargainer.

ProFloors did an excellent job replacing a large section of a damaged wood floor in the kitchen of our Naples condo. I had ordered the wood materials elsewhere but decided to use a different installer, and hired ProFloors. Rick Migal of ProFloors was very thorough and professional. He always followed up, returned phone calls, and generally went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out well. The company's installer, Calvin, did a great job of blending the new and existing wood, and the floor looks great. All in all, their professionalism made a difficult project very manageable.

Estimate for the project was for 2 people, 3 to 31/2 hours of labor,$ 250.00 to $350.00. 2 people arrived on time, did a good job (gave each a generous tip) They were done in less than 1 hour!! To my surprise, I received, after a long wait, an invoice of $350.00. If anything, I would have expected an invoice much closer to the $250.00 range. I expressed my feelings to John, but wound up paying the full amount anyway, leaving me a very unhappy costumer.

Nice showroom with professional staff to assist in selection of wood flooring. We were able to take multiple samples to our home in order to make our selection. ProFloors offered a competitive price and very prompt delivery once ordered. Although we used our own installer, ProFloors offered advice to him.

Verified and bid on replacement of flooring. I assure you should we replace the flooring, we will use this company. Very Very professional and reasonable

Engineered hardwood was installed in entire house nearly 2000 sq. ft. The communication was excellent. Two days of demolition went smoothly. They accommodated us by leaving bedroom for living. All furniture was moved into garage. Installers were very considerate working around our needs. Kept us up to date on scheduling and when they would arrive. Installer did an artful job. I have had floors installed before, but the level of detail here surpassed anything in my previous experience. In removing old rugs, a leak was discovered. They worked with us to solve the problem. Moved all furniture back to its place. For a large, disruptive job, they were exceptionally considerate. Now we have beautiful floors. An excellent experience from start to finish. I would recommend them highly for hardwood floor installation.

Ricky Migal went way out of his way to find a way to make this job affordable for me. We had a limited budget and he worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. They worked hard and fast and left he house in great shape. We have a beautiful new floor that we love.

On December 9 I first consulted with Rick at Pro Floors office. We discussed removal of old, chipping tile and replacement of the tile with laminate I'd already purchased and he set up the date of January 4 for the beginning of the tile removal. The technicians arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m., removed furniture and carefully sealed entrances to adjacent rooms. The process of tile removal began on Jan. 4, and was totally finished on January 5. Much care was taken to ensure pictures were returned exactly to their proper places on walls (they took digital photos to ensure proper placement), furniture was carefully moved. They also cleaned thoroughly as the work progressed. Installation began on January 5th and the final finishing pieces were installed on January 6. The technicians were pleasant, polite gentlemen who took great care with all aspects of this job. This was the third flooring installation company I had contacted, and both the pricing and the customer service were exemplary in all areas. I would highly recommend this firm.

This job was accomplished while we were out of town and they kept us up to date with photos of their progress. There wer no major problems and the installation looks great. The work was accomplished in less than a week and the room was restored to it's original condition with all furniture replaced properly.

The provider was prompt to measure. we had to call 3 times in a 10 day period to get an estimate which was twice as high as other providers with all things being equal. Pro floors could not start the work for 3-6 weeks....reminder...this was out of season and other providers had the tiles in stock. The provider acted uninterested our perception was they really did not want our business.

I was extremely impressed with the prompt response, honesty and professionalism in answering my questions. Since I was shopping carpet at another store, there was no guarantee they would benefit monetarily in providing this service to me, but they did anyway, without any pressure to sell me anything. Due to the fact I was in a hurry, I failed to read all the information on the company and thought they only provided install, removal and repair, and it wasn't until later, after I purchased the carpet from another store, did I realize they also carried flooring products. I would definitely use this company for any further flooring needs. They were great!

When we went to the show room we had pre-conceived ideas of what we needed. Our consultant, Jeff Robinson, listened carefully to our needs and came up with a good alternative which saved us money. We were able to take several samples home to see them in place, There was a minor scheduling hiccup, but the installers were punctual, polite, tidy and reasonably quick. 6 months later we are extremely happy with the look and feel of our new floor!

After making first contact we went to their showroom to pick the flooring. A week later they came in, removed carpeting and leveled the concrete floor. Installed hardwood the first day and came back to install trim and caulk it. Neat and professional!! Like the job so much contacted the again and ha another room done..

We finally reached out to Angies list and found Pro Floors. We had visited several other vendors and received conflicting information and in some cases poor service. Cedric and Jeff at Pro Floors explained to us the difference in the different types of flooring. We have unique with having 3 dogs which every so often have a liquid accident. They recommended a vinyl product that looks like wood yet is impervious to water. We purchased it on the spot. You get what you pay for service and great quality. Jeff actually came to our house and measured correctly and found the house to be 300 feet smaller than we originally thought. This saved us $1000 approximately. I highly recommend Pro Floors and would definitely use them in the future.

Representative arrived on time. He walked through the house and took some measurements. In response to a question from him, I advised I had selected a tile I liked from Home Depot and showed him a sample. However, I made it very clear that if he had something similar he wanted to use, I would consider that. He immediately "bad mouthed" Home Depot, said he never used them, that the tile I had selected would be "odds and ends", that 16" was no longer being made. I did not react. I did tell him I had called them because of their review on Angie's List. He promised to e-mail me a quote. Five days later I've never heard from him. I cannot recommend this company based on my interaction with their representative, Tom..

Cedric came to our home after our visit to his showroom. He measured the room and checked for moisture and explained its importance. He stayed until all our questions were answered. The next day we received his estimate on-line as we had requested. We visited the showroom once more to discuss the underpad/lack of underpad. We scheduled the start date . He called us twice to confirm the arrival of the wood at his shop and again to confirm the start date. There was never any pressure to make any quick decisions. He also gave us the Angie's list discount. The men arrived on time on the start date and worked steadily until the installation was completed. They cleaned the floor and removed all debris and even broomed our driveway where they had cut the wood to fit in places. They offered to help replace the furniture in the room, but we were expecting painters a couple of days later, so we declined their offer.

From start to finish this was a good relationship. Our main contact at Profloors (Jeff Robinson) helped us identify a good option to meet our needs and budget. We were able to take samples home to make sure we were happy with out color choice. An unfortunate mix up delayed the work for a few days, but on the day it was quick, clean and simple. After the job was complete Mr. Robinson kindly presented us with a gift certificate to compensate for the delay which really wasn't material. We would certainly recommend Profloors.

They were fine with the estimate. The guy that came out was professional and was thorough in looking at the job that needed to be done. They came out out promptly and when they said they were going to. He showed up when he was supposed to. I ended up going with another company simply because the other company's estimate was significantly lower.

The were very professional and very quick as we needed them right away. We will be using the, again. Be careful of independent carpet layers, they are shady, we hired one and they left undone. We had another lined up and they said they wanted the job, and never showed. Pro Floors came and helped us out of these situations.

I purchased from another provider tile and install service for my lanai. They did not tell me the paint had to be removed from the floor until the day before install. I was lucky to find Pro Floors and they were able to remove the paint from the floor and install the tile. They showed up on time for a measure and sent a quote to my e-mail the same day. I accepted the price and scheduled the job with them. First day was paint removal from the floor by Bill who was on time and early which you do not see today. That was a great job by him. The next two days for install became one day. The tile staff was great. They installed and did the grout work in one day instead of two. I was very pleased with the work by Pro Floors and Jeff who scheduled the job and followed up to make sure it was done correctly. I feel that if you need a Pro for tile ask for Jeff at Pro Floors.
